Nate is an honest owner/technician who is professional and does good work. I have known him from when he used to work for a big name company here in town that we used. I didnt always prefer every technician that company would send to my house, but I was always relieved when it was Nate. When I learned he went out on his own, I was eager to have him work on our unit. He diagnosed and fixed an issue we had with our AC unit. He registered the part so that we will be eligible for the warranty on the part, and did this without me asking, so it is his standard practice. Now the AC is working great, so he did successfully resolve the issue. He routinely put on covers over his shoes every time he came into the house, and I did not ask him to do that either, but that is definitely a sign of being professional and having respect for others property. His pricing is fair as well. If you are trying to decide who to call. Call Nate ! He is nice as he is good at his job. Only time my older furnace has ever ran correct is when he takes care of it. Wont try to sell you stuff you dont need like some places. A+ in my opinion.

Our ac heat pump unit was not working properly. We had called another company 2 weeks prior to check our unit. Basically they took 2 hours to say oh you have a bad thermostat wire then bye see u later. Won’t use them ever again.Today we called comfort professionals a technician came right out and within few minutes had repaired the issue. So thankful for the super great service we received this time. Will definitely use them again for any other hvac needs we might have in the future.
