This was a great experience. The staff at the store was very helpful in picking out the right flooring and presenting a detailed cost sheet for both materials and labor.The price was very competitive with other suppliers.Communication through the entire process was good and the installation was completed in one day. The instawemt well and clean up was great.

This project couldnt have gone smoother! The team at Lumber Liquidators Fernandina was professional and stepped us through the everything...just when we needed to know it. The installation team communicated great leading up to the job. They arrived on time, ready to start, completing a large job in one day. They were professional, cleaned the site when they were done, and did all around excellent work. The floors are high quality and look great. Highly recommend the floor and the installers!

Customer services is great! They have a great variety of flooring to choose from.

Nope! No way! No!Research where the product is really from. One hint, China! Then research what gas will be a part of your home environment.Oh, and dont give them your number for any reason! Buy a burner phone if you have to! They will not stop calling, and they get ugly fast when you ask them to leave you alone.For me, they could give hardwood floors away, and I would still not want one from here - ever!

You would think that help loading the flooring would come with the price. Not only was I spoken to in an extremely rude way but also had to load the product onto my truck myself while the employees watched. Much better experience at the two notch location.

The worst experience of a large ticket purchase in my life. The quality of the install was horrible, the broke three water pipes and flooded my home, fought me to repair any damage did.Do not use this company. Im living a nightmare with the results of their work.I was days without water. No toilet, no shower, not even an option to pour water from a jug into my toilets to use them because they were in my tubs.Currently without vanities, just had to pay $1k to a plumber, and waiting to hear back from the store regarding the most recent damage. Much less the awful finished installation. I wish I could put pics on this review.

My order did not come on the truck as promised, drove 162 Mikes round-trip to get my supplies. They did offer to get it, but, not for 3 days, and Im off the weekend. Otherwise very happy with the product and help.

Ive seen a lot of bad reviews, so I felt the need to share my experience. I had been looking at their website and found the vinyl planks that I wanted. I went into the store hoping I could take them home. The two gentleman that were there, informed me that they didnt have it in stock but they could order it for me. After I asked them a few questions, they ordered the planks I wanted and I was on my way. Five days later, my vinyl planks were delivered to the store. I went that afternoon to pick them up and two different gentleman greeted me and helped me load the boxes in my car. All employees I came in contact with were very nice and helpful. I would definitely shop here again.

Really I don’t see a much of a difference in their prices and Home Depot. I believe in first come first serve and the guy working in the front completely over looked me after pointing out the customers that were before me. Poor costumer service!

I was not at or near lumber liquidator yesterday Google maps hmmmmmm. However when I have been there in the past it is a great store nice service nice people.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Went there on Saturday to buy some vinyl flooring, the lady not only sold me the wrong leveling mix, she didnt bother to tell me that the flooring I bought wasnt going to stick to my floor. So go back on Sunday to exchange it & they wont give me my money back or a store credit because I paid cash..now I have to wait 3-5 weeks to get my money back and new floors.

My wife and I are about to close on a new home and are going to put in new flooring so we have been shopping for materials. After looking around in the store, we wanted to ask some questions. We have done enough research on hardwood flooring to understand a little about whats out there but the girl at the counter was very condescending toward every one of our questions.One question I asked was if they had anything wider than 5 inches and she acted like that was ridiculous idea. She said something to the effect of, you cant even order that (in a way that seemed to imply, and why would you want to?). When asking if you can use a steam mop on it (we heard somewhere that was acceptable) she was kind enough to inform us that steam is made out of water and let us know there was no possible way to coat or seal wood flooring to protect it from water. She never attempted to ask us any questions about our project or enter into a conversation with us.After the third or fourth answer, my wife had enough of being made to feel like a child, turned sharply and walked out. Im sure there are some great people that work for lumber liquidators but unfortunately this experience with one person will cause us to buy elsewhere.
