If I could give negative stars, I would. I signed contract in 2015. Everything was going great. Until last year. I have never missed a payment but they have not paid last years taxes and this years are now due. Part of my monthly payment is to pay the TAXES. Cannot get ahold of anyone. I have filed several complaints everywhere. And now the attorney general has the information.

These folks owe me legitimate money.They requested a winterization on property at 97 Bertie Patton Rd. Moshiem, TN. Onxe completed I submitted the proper required paperwork for payment back last fall and no one will respond.Watch out here. My contact was Tristan Seabrook. Those are the facts....

My husband and I were looking for a home in the country for over a year, I had stumbled across Vision property management ad online and decided to check out what Vision had, after looking for over a year we had finally found our home with 2 acres and loved the fact that we could lease first, then vision helped us thru the whole process of getting a loan and reduced our payments too which was a bonus. I never had one issue with this company, the people that I have dealt with have been wonderful and polite and willing to work with you . I was so ecstatic when this property had finally got a sign on it Rent to Own. I watched for a year prior that when the sign appeared on it I stole the sign went home and called Vision properties. Then I got the money together and sent it in. Its a great home no damages and really nothing to fix. Fortunate that Vision allowed me to get this property. Now 4 years later again fortunate how they massively helped me buy it. Instant equity too. I highly recommend VPM. THANK YOU VPM AND BRADLEY

I was leading to own property of theirs in olivet mi I had to pay a water bill and light bill that wasntvecen mine.then there was know plumbing basement flooded not stop I paid for it for a couple years I finally got tired of it and gave the house back because it got to the point where I couldnt fix it to live in it

They do not follow through. We have had years of issues. Most recently they have canceled our hazard insurance which is in our contract that we pay for. Last time it was canceled we had a tree go through the roof and it took almost a year to get paid. You cannot reach them by phone. You leave messages and they dont return them.

Vision Property Management is the BEST!! I found my dream home with them. Ericka was the most helpful agent that I have ever worked with. She answered all of my questions and made the home buying process convenient and stress free. If I ever need to buy another home I will definitely buy with them again! Lets see the contract you do at the start has so many lies in it. AFTER a year they send someone to your house to check it and take a million pictures. they DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING about any of their houses they didnt even know the house we got from them had a well or the fact back taxes was owed on it. they move accounts around a ton within 2 years we have had 3 different account reps MOSTLY within the last month in a half my husband has been sick and we have been a little behind on our payments NOTHING like most we have never missed any payments nothing we have always kept in contact with them now they want to try and kick people out with 15 days NOT LEGAL! they say they work with people going through times ya thats a lie!

Found my house through Vision Property and was glad I did. I enjoy Country living and the house was in a rural area in which I knew was perfect for me. The down payment was reasonable and the monthly payments were just right. They truly do work with people that don’t have perfect credit and work with you if something major needs repairing. If you’re struggling for whatever reason they will work with you, don’t be afraid to ask for help. I can honestly say I am now a proud owner of the house I chose. When they ask you if you want to own your house, they will go to great lengths in helping you to purchase your home. Will i recommend them to others?, ABSOLUTELY! Vision Property Management gave me a great opportunity to own my own home for cheaper than renting. I no longer have to ask for permission or pay a deposit for pets or renovating. They are amazing to work with! Ashia is my account manager and she is absolutely AWESOME. When I became disabled and no longer could work a full time job necessity became the mother of invention when I came across a rent to own fixer-upper and this was my line of work to do. It took my skills to fix the house up and increased the value of the house by forty-three thousand over a few years and now have purchased the house. So far, pretty good, just getting into a ugly situation where me and my husband are separated, I have a restraining order against him. I have to pay all of the bills he once was responsible for paying...I cant talk to anybody about payment arrangement because they say my name isnt on the agreement. I called and had that fixed a while ago.

Vania has always been fantastic. This operation has a tendency however to lose paperwork and not have notes on your account. Make sure that you document everything. In my case, I did... and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

As with others, I lost everything through their lies. Even the city went along knowing. Codes enforcement lied too. These are evil people.I ended up homeless. I gave them all my savings.

Vision property management sells homes that the water cant even be turned on to because they have so many properties that have past due water bills. So no matter what you do and what hoops you jump thru to get a home you wont be able to get water until the $10,000++ is paid o do on all water bills from all the properties they own.

I recommend VPM because of their dedication to their customers, assisting them when problem arise, understanding and willing to work with you. Sophia, McKenzie, and Kelly are great representatives that are patient, caring and understanding. I always ask for them because they make me feel comfortable communicating with them.

RUN, RUN, RUN!!! From my experience, these people are quick to write the sale but slow to do everything else. They will delay at every chance and charge you hidden fees at every turn. Im talking hidden fees AFTER I paid them the final payment of $28,000.00 in full!! You may want help, but I dont believe these people are here to help you. Do yourself a favor and find another avenue.

We got our house in July of 2015 and we have never had any problems. Our down payment was affordable and our house payment is very affordable. They are also very helpful when I call.

After 3 years of being customers being kicked out My name is david gunn at 4590 lee road 391 opelika al. I have a customer for 3 years. We got into this house cause we were homeless and needed something quick. I have been late on most of my payments because i have had to put my own money to make my home liveable for my kids and wife. They said they would send an inspector but an inspector never showed. They were great on working with us but now when i have hit financial times and tried to set up payment arrangements not only did they take half of the months payment but they also said we have 15 days to get out. It is bad enough my children will not have a christmas this year now they have to go to school being homeless?? We even offered to pay the money we owed for last month and this month and they didnt even accept the money.

I have not entered into any legal deals with this company yet, but am inquiring into one of their properties. I see some of the negative comments and can say as far as honesty, they have let me know that I need to call and find out if their are any back taxes or liens on the house; and that the property is sold as is and any back bills or problems with the house will be my responsibility. So as for honesty, so far they are being pretty up front with me. My husband and I have been inside and looked all around the property see what is wrong with it and know, for the most part what we are getting into. Just have to finish our application and discuss finances more with them.

Wonderful company to have business with.

We have been buying our fixer upper for a year now & VPM has been a pleasure to deal with. Our rent is cheaper than any past apt & we only had to put down a couple hundred $s. They accept payment arrangements & will work with u as long as you communicate. I appreciate that they call u when u are late with friendly reminders. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because 75 $ in my opinion is a lot for a late fee & also I dont like that there is a 7 $ fee to pay over phone & no other option besides mailing in a money order.

Since I have been leasing from VPM I have had a great experience we started off leasing in rock mount NC then my company moved me to Indiana and VPM found us a place to lease transferred my lease over so I did not loss any money. Lied to from the start. Put $11000.00 down on what I was told that I was buying.Told it was a purchase. When i confronted them told me to talk to sales person. They terminated everyone connected with my purchase. I would never put $11000.00 down for rent deposit. Told several people in there company that.

My experience with vmp has been a nightmare. Ive been trying for a year now to get them to take care of their property next door to me and they refuse. There are multiple trees on the property causing damage to my property, I have sent pics, gotten estimates for removal, been promised by J.Mock that action was on its way and now, nothing. Taking my claim to a higher power, hope others in my boat do the same.

The company gives people a chance to own a home, people who otherwise might not have been able to. And the customer service people are amazing (this is you, Michelle!!)!

Not a very good company to deal with. My family and I fell on hard times due to medical problems lately. We tried to work with this company to pay our back payments. We even applied for a grant for veterans to help out. We were approved for the grant. The down side is that Vision Property would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a guaranteed payment from the grant. They refused to wait. Now my family and I will be homeless only a few days after thanksgiving. We have spent tons of money when we first moved in to make the place livable. Money we will never get back. It makes me sad that we have become such a heartless society anymore. If you are thinking of going with their program then be careful. Several lawsuits have been filed against them in 2016. Some by state attorneys. Google it and you will see.

I was so excited at the beginning and for a few years it seemed everything was great. I guess it just depends on your situation and what you can or cannot afford. For me this didnt work out, just practice due diligence and study up before signing anything.

So far, we are a month into our contract on in our new house. The house had a few issues, some of which we knew when we applied. They instructed us to have an inspector come before signing the contract and let us know up front this was as-is. They also were very honest in letting us know to check for tax liens, past due utilities, etc. It was an easy process to get started, and we are excited to be this much closer to owning our own home.The only downfall I have noticed, is that only a portion of our monthly payment goes towards the base price of the house. While I knew that liability insurance and property taxes were included in the monthly payment, I wasnt aware how much went to the company themselves. However we had already given our notice to our previous landlord, so we went ahead with the contract rather than finding an apartment or rental house.

I am purchasing a home form them, never had any problems. When purchasing property as is or owner financed, you must know what to expect and how the process works.

I tell everyone I run into thats thinking about moving or making an investment, I tell them to check out Vision Property Management From day one the communication Ive had from step one up to the move-in process has been extremely friendly and kind. My Property Manager Ms. Asia, I affectionately call her my Angel because she has helped me over and aver, and over again. It hasnt been one time that I have been on the phone with her that she wasnt friendly, kind, and very professional. Both my husband and I have met some really hard physical situations, and Ive ran into problems running short of funds making repairs on the home I am renting.(1839 Orleans St. Mphs Tn. 38106 )Although this piece of property needed, and still needs quite a bit of repairs, Ive loved from the first day I laid eyes on it.I know for a fact that Ms. Asia is more than a plus to your company .My husband had a massive heart attack and it was around the time my rent was due, and I was at the hospital and forgot to make my payment, I want you to know Ms. Asia was a solace, a friend, and a debt collector. Although I forgot, she put my mind at ease, set up a payment due date, and told me shell be praying that all will go well and get better. You just dont get that kind of comfort from Debt Collectors There is so many more wonderful things I can say about her, but she certainly is a gentle soul, and what impresses me more with her is out of all the clients you all have she remembers my name. I think VPM is a good company with good intentions for its customers.These people took a chance on me and I am grateful to them. VPM can give certain people the opportunity to own a home much easier, however you must be the right kind of person. I chose my house from their selection. I was 100% aware of what I was buying. I also had the capital, repair skills, and tools required to improve my investment. Anything worth having is going to be hard work and take time. There are no real shortcuts to owning property.ATM I am a resident of my home, but in a year or two I will be renting out my home. Anyone looking to start building a rental portfolio should look into the powerful options that VPM can provide you in lieu of a bank or municipality.Please do not lie to this company about your abilities to maintain a property. They have good intentions and, as always, people looking for what they thought was the easy way got a reality check from life. These people have unfairly done harm to this company’s reputation. As a customer that was actually qualified to their standards, I can attest VPM has nothing but good intentions.BTW I have a 1400sf house all to myself for $150 less than what a studio apartment in the worst area of Columbus costs. First off, to all you dummies that are complaining about evictions, crying lawsuit, or whatever....these houses they offer are as is. They work with you on the price of the home, they listen to you if you tell them something serious is wrong with the house, they are a great company. When I was barely making dirt they gave me the opportunity to own a home.I read through ALL the paperwork and through every fine print there is. All of these negative reviews are done by people who obviously did not read their terms properly. I feel sorry for the people with medical concerns, but if you knew you were coming into the issue there is several ways to get the help you need right away instead of waiting to apply last minute.I saw no scams or lawsuits and they are BBB accredited. They have closed every complaint they had against them with professionalism and concern. Its not the companies fault you dont read everything and think you can stretch the rules just because the company isnt based in your town.Thanks to Vision Property Management I was able to get into a home that needed minor work for 1900 down. And I had a VERY BAD credit score. I was able to get in, get it fixed, and move into it. I checked out all municipality laws before I got into the house. The company was very kind and patient while I looked into all concerns and issues and held the property for me for no money down until I was ready. Thanks to VPM I now own 4 rental properties and I am able to focus on my log home building soon.So please, before you go badmouth a company or place of business, look at every bit of fine print, do your research on wherever the property is, make sure you know every detail before you jump in. Dont be dumb and quick to judge a place when you didnt do everything you were supposed to do.The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the crappy hold music they have. HAHA! Company is horrible even the people in city hall knows they are a problem selling homes with out proper documentations didnt even know the local laws. Ive beat them in court multiple time already then they some how had me served with 24hr eviction papers... dirty company watch your backs

I have nothing but good things to say.. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been friendly and very helpful.

When u get done fixing the house and owe little left they take it back and give u three days to be out on the street place I had bought and got kicked out of when I fixed it up had no electric ran no plumbing lines no fixtures just a shell and a local dumping ground I cleaned up over 300 cy with over 40k in repairs I was put out on the street in time for thanksgiving.

These ppl are complete scam artist, They scammed me & my family out of our complete savings, Then had the nerve to try & take us to court.Please don’t deal with these scum bags

THE WORST PEOPLE EVER They sold us a house with black mold and tons and tons of other things they lied about when we went to leave the contract they went and pad locked my door and refuse to let us in well I dk who their kidding but I have a back door key and I was told by the cops it was illegal for them to do that and they will have a cop come out while I kick my own door in!! They are the worst people ever to deal with and so is Aquaria loans is all they care about is if they get their money!! Mind you were are still dealing with them trying to get the rest of our stuff and when they broke into MY house they WENT THROUGH MY PRIVATE STUFF so yes I am beyond mad they can shove that house up theirs!! Do not use these people!!!
