Had a bit of a false start with another company but once AquaCare got involved everything was made better. We had them install a new liner. Had some concerns about water leakage from old liner and rust that had formed underneath - every question was answered thoroughly and the actions described were performed exactly as described. Even during the fill process with our garden hose we were concerned about wrinkles and such - they smoothed with no problem.Once on the schedule they showed up early, drained, and then began the removal process.During the fill process we called them when the water reached a certain point and they were there within an hour to remove vacuums and make some minor adjustments.Will definitely use them again for other services.

Horrible experience they smelled like burning marijuana. Especially someone called VEST. OmG HE SMELLED HORRIBLE Very unproffessional. Will Never use their service again.

This is the first time I have used this company. I had them come out to replace my liner.They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.They put my liner in a couple weeks ago and it looks great. I will recommend this company to all my friends. I will definitely be call them back in the future if I have any other issues.

This place is a joke. Had them put a new filter in for me and they would never come back to service it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were too busy and just couldnt get to it. Gave them another chance because I now need service on my pump motor. Scooter put me on the schedule for today before 12 and they never showed or called. This is very disappointing as they took care of my parents pool for years. I would not re commend this company for anything.

They dont seem to care about new customers. I called & I was told that he has a guy who works in my area. He said he would have him come by and give me a quote on Thursday or Friday. The guy never showed, nor did he call. I called the office a week later the guy i spoke to said that he would come out himself on Monday & gave me a time. Again no show & no call.
