Drew was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! I was having issues with my hot tub heater not wanting to heat the water. I was also getting a FLO error code. I did some research online and even purchased a new heater and pressure switch. After all of that, my heater still did not work. I thought now is the time to get an expert to fix this lawn ornament that is not working. I researched technicians in my area and found the reviews of Drew to be the best. I was hoping that I would get the same type of service. The reviews were SPOT ON!!!! In less than 30 minutes he had me fixed up and running. He also spent time making sure I was educated on how to properly operate my, new to me, hot tub. So if you are looking for a hot tub expert. I would suggest Drew.

I have a 17 yr old hot tub that started having issues a year ago. Drew came out and was extremely generous with his time and expert knowledge. My old hot tub is just as good as new now!! Hes THE BEST!!

Thank god we have this company in Columbia! I haven’t needed service on my new tub yet, but I have had a conversation with him about water chemistry that cleared up a bunch of questions I had. Googled closest POOL SUPPLY STORE and this address came up and hours of operation were listed till 8 pm. Come to find out, this is not a store at all but a residence of someone who services pools and hot tubs. Misleading and unprofessional to say the least.

Ive been a pool owner for the last ten years, so Ive hopped around to all of the local pool services in town. Columbia Master Services is FAR AND AWAY the best company to work with. Their customer service goes way beyond what you will find in most businesses, really, let alone another pool servicing company. I just cant say enough good things about them. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and reliable. Highly recommended!

Super impressive!! From the first time I called I was impressed. I worked with Drew and he answered the call on the first ring. He happily asked for my name and information and we set up a time THE NEXT DAY for my leaking hot tub, wow! I found Drew and Columbia Master services on Google after the spa shop would not return my call for a service request. He happily arrived right ON TIME for the appointment and assured me that If he can see it, he can fix it. He did just that and explained to me the whole time what exactly he was doing. He is a spa surgeon and checked it all, not just the leaks. My spa has never run more smoothly and quietly!! The pricing was fair and worth every penny. I live in Kansas City and have purchased a home in Columbia for my daughter to live while she attended MU. I have needed to set up a network of people I can use when I need home services. I knew literally nothing about owning and caring for a pool. I contacted Drew to come to my home and maybe get a tid bit of information about my pool. I made an appointment with him to inspect and make reccomendations. When I met Drew, I could immediately tell that he loved his job and authentically cares for his clients. He explained everything to me in a way that you knew he was not satisfied unless you were. I felt completely comfortable asking him questions which he answered and made sure I understood before moving on. All I can say that there are no other options for servicing pools than Drew. Dont waste your time looking any further. I feel like I have made a friend in the deal also. He puts a good name and feeling for me about Columbia. Keep up the outstanding work you do. It was so hard to get someone to come out and help us with our hot tub. I called local businesss in Jefferson City first and none of them worked on my brand of hot tub. Then I tried Columbia Master Services in Columbia and Andrew called me right back. First he tried to save me some money to make sure it wasnt just an airlock which is very common. He said if that doesnt work, take some photos and Ill come out. I did what he instructed with no success. With my busy schedule that week I didnt have a chance to take photos. Then Andrew called to check on me. Let me tell you, thats the kind of service you want. I told him I tried everything he told me, but still wasnt working. That was a Tuesday and he came out on Thursday. Unfortunately, I needed a new jet pump. He found the part and had it fixed by Saturday. Hes is awesome!

After spending time with Drew while he worked on my pool pump, I feel like I achieved a masters degree in pool maintenance! Look no further! Drew and Andy installed an above ground pool for me this past summer. They did an amazing job and were wonderful to work with. They had the pool up and full within a couple days and when it settled and shifted (like a lot of above grounds do) they came back and fixed it no questions asked. Very reasonable priced, and Drew knows a thing or two about pools!

Our hot tub wasn’t working, kept blinking ‘FL1’. Changed filters and the other easy stuff but just wouldn’t work. Called Drew and he came out to our place on short notice. Found problem, bad circ pump, in like 5 minutes. Got the new pump and came out and installed it on a Saturday. Works great now, just in time for a big family gathering. Drew was professional, easy to work with, and focused on meeting our needs in a timely manner. 😎

Theyre a bit slow and meticulous, but these guys are VERY knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to pools and hot tubs and routing out problems.With the intent of flipping it, I bought an relatively new house in Central Missouri with a neglected in-ground pool. The previous owner had continuously over-treated it with chemicals to compensate for a progressively weak pump and filtration system. The problems compounded from there. Needless to say, after trying to drain it and work on it myself, I had succeeded in creating a very expensive skateboard ramp with a frog pond.I called around and got prices. These guys werent the cheapest, but close enough and they were available. The way I see it, you get what you pay for. They got to the root of the problems without creating more, which is par-for-the-course with most technicians, like mechanics and such. They told me what was wrong, what my options were, what theyd do and then they got it done without troubling me over it.Now, Ill be able to get this house on the market before winter.

Best customer service I have ever recieved. I recently purchased a used hot tub that seemed to be working fine when I looked at it but when I got it home the heater light wouldnt come on and the unit wouldnt heat. I called Drew left a message. He got back with me very quickly.I told him my problem he told me his rates which seemed very fair. But then he said lets see if we cant get you fixed up over the phone.I sent him several pictures and he had me try several things. He was on the phone with me for well over an hour .Drew was very patient with me while I preformed the many diagnostic procedures. He was able to tell that I had a bad presure switch.Which I purchased locally and I was up and running and he wouldnt take anything for his services. Drew thank you again .Im now having another issue and am waiting for a call back from Drew.Drew is a rare bread I definatly recommend him if you need service on your hot tub.
