They do it all. drug testing. DNA test. breathalyzer in about 5 other things I forget. theyre pretty nice. Better than most places

No one was friendly. The gospel music and bible quotes made me uncomfortable because I came to be fingerprinted for a government job. It seems like the government should not be sending business to Christian-oriented businesses. I was not drug tested here but would tell my friends to go somewhere else for that.

The receptionist was rude with limited customer service skills. I handed her my appointment letter and she continues to be rude.

You will need a mask when you go into this establishment for assistance. The staff was nice but you may end up experiencing a wait. The entire experience will go better if you just assume you have to have a bit of a wait, instead of being able to speak your way through it.

No air conditioning. If you are going in the summer be prepared to be hot.They play really loud music as well. All my jobs usually send me to worker health in Columbia which way better professional environment. I just wish my hiring company would have been contracted else where

I made an appointment at 9am. I got there 10 minutes early and there was only 1 person waiting. 4 people working - I waited for well over 25 minutes with no acknowledgment. I asked the two ladies how much longer (while they spent 20 minutes having a personal conversation) only for her to look at me like I was crazy for asking her. Her rude response is what triggered me to write this review - the perception I got was they could care less about their customers or their time. The gal who actually did my fingerprinting was nice, polite and efficient - I am sure the two ladies who were working hard would have appreciated these other ladies to step up and help them.

Friendly and professional staff. The office seemed to be run in a very organized manner.

No people inside at all .. 3 ladies doing nothing just talking and laughing while we waiting for a drug test for more than a hr. When my time came the white young lady just decided to skip my turn and do the test to another driver that got here after me. Same test. Just God knows for what reason she skipped me... really bad service. Avoid this place.

The woman who did fingerprinting was great. The bad part was that the front office had loud music. It was difficult to hear what the receptionist said.

Fast and easy

I wish I got the ladys name that did my fingerprints, but she was so sweet! I didnt completely fill out what I needed to online, but she was able to help me completely by looking up my email when I signed up.

Charged me on my cashapp card after it was declined and had payed that day in cash. I was charged a week after the transaction had been completed in cash and called with no help. They said that they didnt charge me and offered no assistance. I was told that the supervisor would send me an email and never did. This place does not treat their customers with respect or diligence from my experience.

Went there for a drug screen mouth swab. But had another one the same day for dcs. Took them ab an hr apart. I took one for universal first. But took one for dcs second. So explain how i failed the one for universal for cocaine and havnt even touched cocaine. But passed the one at dcs. Both use the same labs they sent it to. Both were mouth swabs. Something isnt right with that! I paid for this test on my own behalf just to make sure. Im not a rocket scientist but seems to me as if mine was tampered with. When i called them and said something wasnt right they said there was no way. So i asked how i passed the same test from the same lab an hr later. Either they did a bad mouth swab or something was tampered with! They said maybe someone put it in my food.lol if that was the case i would have failed both tests. So i dont trust this place and neither should anyone else. Ive never wrote a review in google in my life till now. This place needs to ge shut down. Bc something isnt right!

Had an appointment, office was closed for some reason, didnt bother to contact me or agency appointment was set through to let me know they wouldnt be there for my appointment. Pretty unprofessional...

Got my fingerprints done there once for a job. Took for ever and there was no one there in the lobby or coming in and out either. Dont know why it took so long, plenty of women moving around behind the doors. 5 minute procedure took over an hour.
