Worst experience ever! AVOID IT AT ALL COST!!! It was a traumatic experience for my baby and for me as well, but my baby was the one suffering for the incompetence of the lady who tried to take blood from him. I never write reviews but I’m taking the time to do it because I do not wish for another baby to live what mine did. They said they had experience doing babies and the lady did not know how and she was moving the needle up down and from side to side because she was not able to get his vein, it was horrible in every posible way. My baby end up with a trauma for hospital/clinic places ( something that never happen before) and a bruise arm that last a week.

I have been to this location about 5+ times and the facility is always clean and the staff have always been friendly and professional...this by far is my favorite location of the 4 others I have been to over the years. Ms Renée was absolutely wonderful today! My 10yo daughter and I both had to have routine labwork done and she made this visit a breeze. She was so kind, caring and personable which helped put my anxious daughter at ease. She had empathy and kindness which go such a long way in helping ease fears, especially with kids, in what could otherwise become a traumatic experience. From intake to blood draw, it was smooth and pain free. Thank you so much Ms Renée 🙂

The front drsk and check in was fast friendly and safe. My technician was great Rendell took an anxious me and knew what to do with my difficult veins. Quick painless...thank you so much

Arrived more than an hour after they opened and was told they couldn’t do my lab test because their computer wasn’t working. I pulled up the lab request on my phone. The staff rudely said that wouldn’t work. They had to have it on paper.Asked if they could call another Lab Corp branch and ask them to fax over the order as my provider wasn’t yet open. The response “No.”I asked why they hadn’t called to let me know and she said “we don’t know who has an appointment.”No apology for wasting my time. Just a “You can go to another Lab Corp.”Mentioned it to a friend who said she had the same issue two weeks ago. Lab Corp can email me a reminder the day of an appointment but can’t email to let me know it’s canceled or call me?FYI, If you’re not able to use stairs, the building elevator is not working.

I had one of the best experiences with Renee. She was upbeat and very friendly with a great sense of humor. Renee made me feel comfortable and at ease from checking me in as well as drawing my blood. She made my day!

Receptionist is impatient and rude. People are always quick to say no than actually figure out what a patient is trying ask.

I’m shocked how this business is still up and running. I updated my new insurance online before making my appointment- I also gave the copy of my insurance to the lady. My doctor sent the lab order and it wasn’t in her computer. She refused to look for it. I called the doctor while I’m sitting there and they resent it and she refused to look on fax . Meanwhile she’s billing my old insurance for another lab work. I asked her why did you charge my old insurance while new one is front of you. Then she got up to draw my blood. I got so scared she was going to put dirty needle in me. She gave me dirty pen to sign with. There were two pen holders. One said clean pens which was completely empty and second one was full snd it said dirty. I didn’t know same person runs front desk and draws blood. I will never go here again . Very dangerous practice.

They are trouble at their job, Technically or Professional behaviors. their space is really small. Their stuffs are so unprofessional and rude. I have been there three times and I will never come back there, and I don’t recommend them to any body. I did Please don’t waste your time, money and don’t put your health in danger by going there. I wish I could get them Zero star!

For all the bad raps Lab Corp has received let me just say that my appointment today could not have gone better. I was seen by Lab Corp on Little Patuxent Pkwy. In Columbia. I did not get her name, but my technician was very sweet and competent. Also the office was extremely clean as was the rest room. I give it 5 stars.

I am very surprised by all of the bad reviews. I have gone to this location multiple times in 2019 and then again in 2021. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Maybe they had some personnel that have since been retrained or let go, but I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the front desk and lab technicians.

Exceptional best appointment for a blood work: right on time, NO WAIT time, period. In/out just in a few minutes.

I have been here twice and both times I have found the staff extremely rude and unprofessional.

Exceedingly rude staff and reception. They act as though it is an imposition for them to do their job. Also the waiting room is very small when I went during the mid day it was overcrowded. I felt very unsafe due to COVID and left without getting my test done.

This is what the unprofessional nurse did yesterday! She tried two times to get the blood out of my arms. And she poke the needle so hard that i never get this much pain from my previous lab exam. After she finish the labwork and take out the needle from my arm, she did not even allow me to sit there for even a minuts to press the cotton on my arms to stop the blood come out from my arm. She just yelled to me like” why u still sit here! Go out! Leave!” I never had such a bad experice with any nurse. Seriously, avoid this place!! Go to other lab!! These nurses are very bad people, all they do are try to hurt you. They don’t have any sympathy or skills.

Made an appointment and still waited around for 20min. Incompassionate, bad customer service.

The place opens at 7AM, but when I was there the staff was showing up at 7:10. The nurse who attended me gave me a really hard time about my paperwork, she was very rude about it and breathing heavy. I tried giving this office another chance, but it was even worse, Id rather drive a few extra miles and go to a different office.

I arrived early and was seen within 5 min. Daysha was efficient and friendly. I didnt even feel the needle. A great easy experience.

I was terrified of going here because of the reviews. But, it was close to my house and much closer to where I have been going to get blood work done. The intake people were as efficient as they could be and the total time was pretty quick thinking Id be there all day. The phlebotomist was nice and did her job well too. I dont know who the rude front desk lady was, I went early so maybe she works later on in the day. Anyways, I was glad I went and will be going back for future lab work.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! Just found out that the person who took my blood a week ago didn’t label my blood sample so the office they were sending it to in order to be tested couldn’t ! Now I have to get my blood drawn again and wait another agonizing week for the results. If you choose to go here make sure to remind the nurse to put labels on your blood samples!!!

Good quick service today, even without an appointment. The wall in the hallway could use a coat of paint though

The reception person was super rude to every guest. You could hear her complaining to other technicians about patients. I heard her say once I dont care if they have to wait hours.This is the worst experience I have ever had at labcorp. I will never go back to that location. I will submit my concerns to corporate, but not sure they will do anything about the rude staff here.

Rude reception and Im concerned my labs wont make it to my physician. no cell phone zone spat in ny face when I was looking up something they needed.

These people are rude and inefficient. I dont understand why it takes these people such a long time to process a few people in the waiting area. Beyond ridiculous!

Renee’ was fabulous! The door was opened at exactly 7am and then she chatted with me and made me feel more relaxed. I have small veins, but she had no problem finding it. Thanks Renee’!
