One of the worst experience in terms of reliability, customer service, and trustworthiness I have experienced. As someone who works in customer service, it was very frustrating to deal with Party Reflections for my wedding. After our wedding was postponed due to COVID, they changed our rep and never informed us. We had to email/call multiple tomes to get a response only to find the account was handed over to someone else. The new rep on our account was awful with communication; again, required multiple calls/emails before we had a response. We would be told that an updated contract would be sent after the phone call/in person visit and never was. We were misinformed about the color of astroturfing of the stage we ordered. It was an awful experience all around.The only positive experience working was the crew that did the setup and dismantlement of our rentals. Those men were professional and reliable!I would highly recommend going with another company if you are looking for consistent and reliable customer service.

They are the best. They have everything you need for your small to large event. I highly recommend them.

Called on Thursday to rent chairs and tables for Saturday and was able to do so on such short notice. Jason was very professional and very nice!

For our 116th annual Gala in 2018, the Columbia Chamber used Party Reflections for our linens, chargers, and decorations. Not only does Party Reflections provide the rentals but they deliver and pick up from your event location as well. They provided excellent service and quality products that helped our event go as smoothly as possible. Timely, efficient, and all around great customer service from the whole team!

I work with Party Reflections pretty much daily through my employer and they are fantastic! Start to finish its always a great experience. Our sales reps are always quick to reply with answers to questions and quotes. The delivery team is always on point and the rentals are in great shape. Party Reflections is wonderful. The showroom is very easy to navigate and user friendly but if you do have questions there are sales people available to help you pair things and find what you need. The staff is super knowledgeable and knows how to guide you, since sometimes event needs are not common knowledge. Anytime I need assistance on the weekends, when many events occur, I can always get a quick response and helpful person. I recommend PR to all of my clients!

Best rental company in town! Party Reflections has the friendliest staff, excellent customer service & widest variety of inventory in town. Ive used Party Reflections for several years now and am never disappointed. The front office is full of bright, smiling face when you enter. The sample showroom is a perfect hands-on section that makes designing your event a breeze. The delivery staff is prompt and knowledgeable on where to set up, I never have to worry about a thing. No complaints, always a happy customer. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Party Reflections on our wedding day (which obviously is the worst time to have a bad experience with a vendor). Up until our wedding day everything went very smoothly. The representative we worked with was so kind, accommodating, and receptive. We talked extensively about tent designs, table setting, heating, everything. When we designed our lighting we even sent pictures that they attached to our contract to be sure it was set up correctly. We ordered $$$$ of lights for it to look a very specific way. When I arrived at the venue to get ready I noticed that the lights were set up incorrectly. I said something to my wedding planner and she went to talk to the Party Reflections representative about correcting the issue. My wedding planner was met with rudeness and animosity about the issue. They blatantly refused to fix the problem.Ultimately our wedding day was beautiful and the lighting did not ruin it, but when you pay to have something done a specific way it should be done that way. You only get one wedding day and that should matter very much to all of your wedding vendors.I wish I could have written a positive review about Party Reflections because up until the wedding day our experience had been so positive. I can say that the woman we worked with was lovely, and their furniture was beautiful. Unfortunately because of how rude they were about fixing the issue on our wedding day I will have to advise our friends to use a different company.

This place is beyond awesome. Purchased balloons for my baby shower. Very affordable and convenient. For those that hate to wait, order online for a fast instore pickup. Customer service was awesome an ensured my order was correct. Will continue to use them for all my party needs

They were easy to work with, had several options to choose from, prices were very fair, and the set-up/take-down required absolutely no oversight by us and was done perfectly. I reached out to the company to get a quote and decided to not move forward with their services. They continued to call me even though I said I was not moving forward with them 3-4 times afterwards from different numbers and kept pressuring me. Would not recommend this company at all.

This place has a great selection of party supplies for anything from a wedding to a big birthday party. I went by this location hoping they might have some stuff on display - and they do have quite a bit of stuff for you to check out. They have samples of all the linens they have and numerous tables set up to see place settings and decor.

Party Reflections was absolutely amazing with all the preparations of our September wedding. From the beginning to the end excellent service and staff associates extremely professional. Will defiantly use again highly recommend them for any event.

I only use Palmetto Party Rental, the staff are friendly and great to work with. As a caterer it is very important to have reliable dependable service and the staff at Palmetto go out of their way to provide excellent service. They doubled there original quote I reached out to there general manager he promised me a call back on Monday to follow up with the real numbers and never followed up ! Almost 2 weeks later his Bdc rep calls me and tried to explain what happened and I thought it was very unprofessional he personally never called and explained his original quote that almost doubled and had No good explanation
