Its organized and somewhat kept up. Covid Requires are in effect. The only problem I have with this location is theres only one cashier to ring up 20 or so people items. This could be because of the work shortages and everything but they need to get this together.

This Dollar Tree Store is one store that I shop for anything that I need quick and easy. This time I purchased a lot of garden decor that brings a lot of joy to my backyard.

One of the cashiers dont seen to friendly but other than that I was a able to find what I needed.

One of my favorite places. They have a trail mix, Natures House, that I love and havent seen anywhere else local. They seem to have other items, from time to time, that we havent seen before. Granted, you do have to be aware, not all items are a bargain, but the good out weighs the bad.

Easy to find useable items quickly and at a very low cost.

We went there to get some Christmas cards, no problem, got what we needed. But once we went to the check out, talk about worst customer service. The cashier was nice to the customers in front of us, but once we got up front, no greeting or anything, didn’t hand us our receipt. I recommend going here only if you can tolerate bad customer service.

I always like going into Dollar Tree, some stores are sometimes messy, but this one wasnt that bad. I found some super cute stocking here.

The store is a mess because they need people to help but all in all the people are friendly. So I really have no complaints.

I seem to find what Im looking for in this dollar tree each & every time I go in there!

Police were called due to a loud disturbance between some folks. Weapons were involved. Sad for the employees and the other patrons.

Need more stuff like others stores in the area. The restrooms need to be cleaned that floor looks nasty and its incredible that the workers can you use it and let the customers use it like that.

Shelves are a little bare after the Halloween 🎃 trick-or-treat night.

Youd be better off going to another location. The lines are ALWAYS long, doesnt matter what time or day you go. There can be two other employees walking around who see the long line at the ONE register thats open and they dont even open another. Then the manager (Im guessing thats her title) tells the young lady that she needs to close her register and everyone moves the long line to another register... ????Im not sure who does the hiring of the managers and cashiers at dollar trees, but they hire the worst people with no sense or customer service skills.I wont be returning.

Just left not even 5 minutes and I have never encountered such nasty and rude customer service. There were no carts available, so had to use a small hand basket. Went to go check out and placed the basket along the aisle, because I didn’t know where else to place it. This older, miserable female cashier, comes and snatches it out of my hand. She could have simply said, I’ll take that, etc..They don’t speak or anything. But she was the worse..

This Dollar Tree in the WalMart shopping center on two notch is HORRIBLE. It is ALWAYS junky, it is NEVER stocked. Im trying to figure out why the store is so junky with empty boxes everywhere, but NOTHING is ever in the shelves. The on in the old Eckerd drug building and the one on Forest Drive are much better

They have a good variety of items that are no more than $1. You have to be aware of the quality of some of the items.

Today was disappointing. One of the workers was leaving their register and rolled their eyes at me when they saw me walk up to the line. Then when I tried to talk to them they were not receptive at all.

The representative was so polite and a true gentleman to my daughter and I . The customer service was absolutely great.

This place is ALWAYS a mess! I stop by out of convenience but they are always very low on or out of products. The employees are usually nice, though.

This story is rarely stocked. There are always carts with product to put on the shelves that majorly stay empty. Go to any other dollar store than this one.

My grandmother loves shopping at deal savers like dollar tree, this last experience at store 1769 in Columbia has left us considering legal action. At around 3-4pm on 06/04/19 my gran was in Columbia and stopped at a dollar tree. A stocker on one of the aisles had left boxes piled up blocking customers from exiting. Sandra tried moving past the boxes and got this horrible bruise when a box fell on her! All she wanted was a band-aid, and DAVID the worker was unfazed when she asked for one, he never even acknowledged her!? she asked him for a manager and after 20 min of waiting, LAWRENCE the manager my grandmother finally managed to flag down without DAVIDS expert customer service comes back with alcohol and cotton balls?! sets them down and walks away. No report was taken, no apologies were made for the structural hazards their employees put in the way of their customers and my grandmother still wasnt given a band-aid. Currently troubleshooting their customer complaint system to ensure this level of gross negligence doesnt happen to anyone else.

Cashier was extremely polite with every one in line and had an amazing attitude!

Compared to other locations they never have what you need. They never and I do mean never have what your looking for when you go in the store. I really dont get why other Dollar Tree stores are stocked with just about everything and this one doesnt. The store is a mess..... It looks like a bad thrift store on the inside... the people working the registers are nice and friendly but the long lines arent worth going in there for something and then only able to find maybe only one of the things you went there for and having to stand in a long line with one thing in your hand.. smh I would go to the store out by Forest Drive they are always stocked with some of everything... and the store also looks nice on the inside...but I really dont want to drive that far and only stop in there when I happen to be out that way.

I luv this store but today- the young lady at the register was cold, callous, attitude for no reason. I never said anything for her to react like that. Im down hete now from New York- thete Im use to that but this is the first time Ive experienced it down here. My family keeps asking me what happnd but - id rather go to another DollarTree out of the way than be treated like im not worthy of the service. Im truly disappointed..i guess word of mouth will have to suffice. She has her job- id be very freatful to have one like her but also id appreciate it + TREAT MY CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT, DIGNITY - SO THEYD COME BACK AGAIN+AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR MY SHORT PATRONAGE. Two Notch Dollar Tree always messy, dirty,shelves are empty. One register open till theres a line of 8 to 10 people. Nasty store but employees are pretty nice.

Looked like a hurricane blew through, m7st have been the Mothers Day storm. Long lines because of Sunday paper sales. Should limit papers to one each and put them back in the rack.

Lines are too long, boxes everywhere and theres never items you need. I usually end up going to the Dollar Tree on Forest Drive.

Store is not cluttered however lines have been long and slow.each time I visit.

Rats enough to put on a small circus performance there is rat feces all over the food and candy isles avoid at all cost everything from pudding to canned soup has rat dropping on it or has been breeched by a rat.
