Got my oil changed 10/6/21 - car now waiting at mechanic to be rechanged as the plug or filter was not properly installed resulting in complete loss of oil after driving. I understand it is a fast and cheap oil change operation, but if you cant change oil then just close your doors.

My wife and I visited this location and absolutely loved our service. Mike was very informative and helped out at every step. He recommended a few things I didnt have time for today but will definitely be back. Kudos to this shop! I really feel like I can finally trust a mechanic again!!

Much more customer focused since they rebranded from Grease Monkey. Assume there was a overall management change. I find their customer communication is better and I feel more trustworthy when they make recommendations.

Couldnt ask for more! The mechanics are knowledgeable, courteous and do not waste time! Love the fact you get top notch service quickly, at reasonable prices and no appointment required. Roy, Cody & Nate treat you like family - there are a lot of places that can service your car but the personal, honest touch those three add is a trait long gone in todays world.

They always do a great job on my van and theres hardly ever a wait, out in 15 minutes. Excellent job on headlights, low tire pressure, and air filters, too. Ask for Roy or Michael, always friendly and nice.

I live the guys over here. Great attitudes and worth the few extra dollars for the 10 minute only change.

Roy was the best person ever! Made sure I was charged the right prices as well as did an amazing job walking me through everything that needed to be done! Price was extremely reasonable and they made sure I didn’t pay for anything that I didn’t need! I’m very grateful!

I normally go to the broad river speedee cause its closer. I was on this side of town today and they looked like they could get me in and out! They certainly did! Michael and his crew absolutely exceeded my expectations. Ill still use broad rivers speedee but its nice to know that they are equally as wonderful across the board at speedee.

**CORRECTION AND UPDATE** I usually visit the Rabon Road. location where I am consistently greeted and treated well. Yesterday I decided to visit the Broad River** location for convenience. I had my oil changed. There was no wait and it took approximately 20 minutes for the service. The staff was friendly and attentive, but I was not expecting to participate in the service; I expected to wait in the lobby. There was a basic lights check, where they found a brake light out. That was replaced along with my windshield wipers, and my fluids were topped off. The youngest of the staff hit on me; I didnt appreciate that. I also inquired about tire rotation and a team member essentially told me he didnt feel up to it and to come back. The team did not vacuum my car or wash my windows. All in all, the oil change was done successfully, but Ill probably return to the Rabon Rd. location for continued service.**Yesterday, Friday 6/25, I went back to the Broad River location, per a phone call from Joshua the store manager, who apologized for his youngest employees behavior. Joshua also offered me a complimentary tire rotation for my trouble. During the phone call, I was disappointed to realize that he was present for and allowed my initial visit and experience. When I visited for the tire rotation, Joshua double downed on his apologies for his employees behavior, without taking personal responsibility for his own lacking customer service. Furthermore, the tire rotation revealed I needed brake pad replacements, making me regret losing the prior weeks notice, as I then had to postpone birthday weekend travels. Joshua and his crew still did not vacuum my car or wash my windows. I made a visit to the Spee Dee on Rabon Road same day, where I was received with professionalism. Spencer, the store manager there, and his crew were efficient and rendered services for my brakes and education about my tires. Per request, Spencer was also generous enough to offer a small discount for me as well.I did not realize that Spee Dees store systems are not interconnected until this past week, further underscoring the inconsistencies in experiences.

I went in with good lug nuts, had an oil change and had them do the free brake check. Left with 3 stripped lug nuts and them trying to say they were already like that. They also tried to talk me into getting a full set of pads saying they needed replacing and there wasnt much, if any pad left. I checked them myself after and saw that there was still plenty left, and they were just trying to con me out of $300+.

I went in for an oil change and was expecting the long wait, and the let me show you all the things wrong with your vehicle speech. I was wrong, Roy talked to me as if I were a family member. He explained to me the importance of having a clean air filter and the reason why dry rotted wiper blades could be potentially dangerous during bad weather. I was so appreciative and thankful for his help and recommendations. I got so comfortable, I was not quite ready to leave when my car was ready, but both gentlemen were busy and did not rush me, but I got the message when Brandon opened the car door and said, Have a nice day! (Smile) Cant wait for my next oil change!!!

Brandon and Roy were really nice. Ran out as soon as they found they didnt have the right oil filter, was back in 5 min and I was out 10 min later. Very professional and quick. I know an up-sale routine when I see one. I bought new wipers and new engine air filter although they didnt really need replacing, but im about to drive 6,000 miles, so it was sort of needed anyway. Overall great experience, but no need to say yes to all the up sale if you dont want to

This is the best place to come to. I get my oil changes and all my car needs here. Respectable gentlemen work here. I never have any issues when coming here. They never overcharge and they do a wonderful job. Definitely recommend.

Fast place to get your oil changed and other vehicle related maintenance. They have free coffee and water in the lobby and a conveniently located bathroom. Their prices are comparable to others in the area and the technicians are nice and knowledgeable.

I love coming here. The staff is so friendly and they get me in and out quickly. I came right when the staff was closing but they smiled and took my car to be serviced. Im a single mother so having my car serviced is hard for me at times but tonight they made it easy. They explained to me other things they found wrong and advised me on what I needed to correct it. They took time with my vehicle to ensure me and my children were safe on the road. Thank you guys sooooooooo much!

My car began overheating this morning on my drive to work. I saw this store and pulled over, to which I was greeted by friendly and understanding employees. Roy checked out my car and in less than 30 seconds brought over some coolant and wished me a blessed day. I will definitely be back for my tuneups for that type of customer service!

I feel I got taken on brake work .I was told I needed new calipers and rotor and brake pad pas yes some rotors yes. But the front of my car vibrates now. I came back in and mentioned it and had my oil changed and was charged $81.00 I had my ol charged their 20 times at lest never got screwed. Its the new guy he a crooked hosler takeing people of their money. Ill never go back. Going to have my brake fixed else where.

Drew was very helpful in recommending other services that I needed although I originally just wanted an oil change. I definitely will return.

Me and my wife came by for a Basic Oil Change was quoted $39.99 BUT charged us $67.43 for a high mileage oil change I was upset that we waited in the parking Lott and no one asked me or my wife if we wanted to pay the additional charge. Bad business I was a regular here but we will not be returning.... Not recommended

The service was phenomenal. I had gone there for an oil change after being told by wal mart that they couldnt do it because the oil filter cap was overtorqued. 20 minutes later I had an oil change with a new filter and a new air filter as well. The tech, roy in particular was very helpful.

Staff is polite and knows what they are doing. My first choice for oil changes in Columbia SC. They are very good at letting me know of other potential problems with my car without being overly pushy and trying to force the sale. Ill keep coming back!
