Took 5 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation with an 8 30 scheduled appointment. Saw ma car out back asked the service man when will th car be ready he hits buttons and says they working on it. I looked at him and said how its parked out back. He then leaves and come back with you are next. That took another 1 30. Never again. It al gave me a chance to look at those over priced cars in their lots

I always make an appointment, and they take too long to service my car.
