Had an amazing experience today. Went it about 1045 and was able to get my pedicure and nails done at the same time. Im a CNA and the massage for my legs and feet are always welcomed and needed. I didnt get the name or the person who did my pedi but Tracey did my nails and she was awesome. I definitely love my ombre set. Thanks ladies. I definitely recommend. Oh and the also have complimentary drinks.

They were so nice and clean. They make you wash your hands before you sit down and check your temp before you can receive service Teresa was my tech and she did a good job on my nails and brows. For nails I think they are reasonably priced. For a full set of power nails, waxed brows and tip totalled $70. Not bad at all!! Will be going back.

Amy is the BEST if you have in-grown issues! She is gentle and exact. Be sure to make an appointment! Amy is popular because she is SO GOOD!

I have been to this nail salon a few times, but after my last visit I will not be returning. I got a dip powder set during my recent visit. First off, my nail tech seemed inexperienced because she did not do a good job with my coffin shape. I had to keep asking her to file more here & there to make it look good, which I don’t like when I have to do that. The attitude that came when I asked her to file my nails more is unacceptable. She should not be in customer service if she cannot control her emotions and do what she is asked without making it seem like an issue. However, the main reason I will not be returning is because she did not put enough dip powder on my nails which caused my nails to break off and chip within days of getting them done! My nails should not break off within days when I had them professionally done, that is unacceptable. If you care about having a bomb coffin shape and a quality service experience I do not recommend coming here.

The service was fast , wasn’t that busy as it usually is. The lady that did my toes was nice. But it is only the second day I got a pedicure, my toes are chipping and some of the polish is bumpy. I paid $54 and it doesn’t seem like the price is worth it.

The Kute Nail Spa has a friendly, professional staff and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely tell my friends to come here.

I got a fill-in with gel polish, the service is always good I didn’t get a Mimosa today, but their Mimosa are always on point, I’ve been going here for a year now and I haven’t been disappointed!!!

I use to love this salon when my nail tech was there (Sue- now at Neo Nails) but now the service has declined. Tracy is a good nail tech but sadly shes the only good nail tech there. My last pedicure lasted 15 mins! I dont pay all this money to have a rush job.

I had a stressful day.I wanted a pedicure and they were backed and nearing closing but they still gave me EXCELLENT service and Ms.Pam was very attentive to me. She went the extra mile. They were all so pleasant.

I have been there twice. They do a great job, the place is immaculate and everyone is very friendly. I will continue to have my nails done there.

I got my eyebrows done and OMG yesssss!!! I don’t let anyone touch my brows because I love them thick but want the shape and Tracy DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! She also did a basic fill in for me which I’m happy with and another lady (didn’t catch her name) did my pedicure which felt awesome from the moment my feet touched the water! Definitely would recommend!Side note: they also served beverages which I loved!

My pedicure was just ok. My manicure was rushed and the polish job was TRASH. The polish was bubbly and looked horrible. Lets just say that it was a $83.00 mess. I will never patronize this place again.

I went here less than two weeks ago. My pinky toe no longer had nail polish on it after 2 days, even tho it was gel and I just was able to pop all of my gel tips off since they were all lifting. The service was nice, but quality does not match the price. Me and my sister in law also were never offered complimentary drinks. My sister in law said they also rushed the service, even though we got there an hour and a half before closing time. Just all around disappointed.

I believe I just had the wrong nail techs because other customers received top quality service. I received wrong nail shape, wrong color on accent nail,and I expected smoother results from pedicure. My results are subpar...I dont think I will be returning.

Went with a friend. My set came out great. The person greeting was kind of inattentive. The owner or boss barked orders a customers with no empathy or concern in his voice. Waited to be moved around and my friend couldnt get what they wanted for no apparent reason. Limited color choices, youd be better off going to Charlotte.... My tech was great! See came out popping but that was a simple request to ask for....

This was actually the first nail salon I visited after salons were shut down due to COVID and I had a great experience here. All safety protocols were followed and temperature checks done. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming back!

I am very disappointed in the services provided. This is not my first time coming here but it will absolutely be my last. The attendant or manager (guy checking people in) is very rude. I scheduled an appointment for 2pm, and although I understand that most appointments run behind schedule, I wasnt seated until all of the walk-in clients before me were seated (which defeats the purpose of an appointment). Cleanliness was horrible. I am a former health Inspector and the things that I witnessed today were absolutely not within code! I will be reporting my finding. Getting to my nails, the young guy was very nice and tried, but he was very inexperienced. My nails were big and bulky and when I asked him to file them down a little bit, he seemed irritated. I really enjoyed my very first visit when the place first opened, but now, I wouldnt recommend anyone come here.

I wonder if its pronounced the same way the word cute is.

Please please make sure to confirm the unposted pricing for services at this nail salon. We took our 2 teenage daughters to get their nails done for the first time and their dad went into the location with them as I enjoyed some well needed “me time.” Welp, his lack of knowledge on the average cost to getting acrylic nails, caused us $178 for 2 full sets on our teenagers’ fingers. When I saw the receipt which by the way only listed the amount charged, I went back to the facility for an explanation of the charges. The gentleman at the front desk refused to provide an actual receipt showing exactly what we were charged. He also proceeded to try and make it seem as if I was getting loud when he could not find the answers to my valid questions like, why isn’t there a price sheet for customers to view instead of you making prices up as you see fit. Never once did I get loud but of course this is the technique some tend to use to change the narrative. He agreed to refund us the generous $20 tip that was taken without knowledge because apparently you have to select an option to cancel the suggested tip amount. I was mad with their dad for not calling me to confirm the crazy amount this nail salon was charging but he honestly had no clue and quickly became their fool for the day. Our $20 refund never posted back to our account but let this be a lesson learn for him and our daughters to always ask questions before getting anything done and if it doesn’t sound right, it may not be right. We will NEVER visit this facility again. They really deserve ZERO stars but you have to choose at least 1 star to leave a review.

I love coming to this nail salon, everyone so nice and they get you in and out. My nails always look amazing and my nail tech always so an awesome job. I definitely would recommend this salon.

After having my pedicure about 2 weeks ago, I went in to have them to touch up the paint because it had grown out. I NEVER would thought for them to paint my toes the SAME COLOR would cost $30. I tried to give them another chance but Im out done. They will NOT see me again.

I went in to correct a problem from a previous service from another location. Tracey not only corrected my situation but she was asking my questions to assure everything is what I wanted. Outcome so great full.!!!

I went to go get a pedicure with my daughter. Spent a descent amount of money and not to happy. I have ingrown nail in my toes. They worked on getting them out. It hurt so bad it felt like they were cutting my nails deep down on the side of my toes. I ended up bleeding from it and they kept pulling it out while it was still hurting. Then I have hard calluses on the side of my toes especially one of them. It is still extremely hard when touching it. I spent less money from the state I came from and was always happy with them. They always got my ingrown nails without ever hurting me and made my calluses on side of my toes so smooth. I was very disappointed for what I spent.

The customer service is incredible! Love the Mimosas and classy comfortable setting as well as the beautiful way my nails look. Very kind and sweet people here! 💯

I don’t think they’re they skilled as technicians. They are fast and friendly, and have great customer service. However I asked for nail art and the technician I had did a very poor job with the art. The lines were sloppy and the glitter coating was very uneven.

Max took his time (over 45 minutes) doing my nails, which I like, but they are lifting after a week … this was a fresh overlay set, not a fill in.. not too happy about that for the price I paid ($50) - included soak off and new overlay!

Very reasonable hours, great staff, very considerate of COVID and takes the necessary procedures to ensure safety. They have a lot of people to do your nails, so the wait is never long. They are quick, but the quality of the service is exceptional.

I absolutely love this place! Nice, clean environment and employees are very courteous to patrons. They accept appointments online which is a plus as I hate long wait times. Ben is my main technician and he’s very attentive to your nail health along with coming up with creative suggestions on nail art work. I love it here! 5 stars 😊

Normally I have had a pretty good experience. But this particular time I didnt. Number one, my nail tech absolutely didnt care to be doing a pedicure and didnt think I knew everything he was supposed to be doing. He skipped many steps! And when I asked him he acted like he didnt understand English. Just terrible! Second it was too many people coming in with their masks down and management not saying a thing! I will not be returning! Paying for a bad service and nerves bad because the patrons and management dont care about safety!!!!

Recently visited to switch things up. Definitely my new spot due to the level of precautions and quality of service. They take your temperature at check in. Everything is so clean and new. Nail techs are friendly and professional. They did an excellent job catering to my elderly mother-in-law who has bad feet. Give them a try.

Went here yesterday with my 3 year old and we both had great experience they were very patient with her and she loved her nails and so did I will definitely be coming back!

The owner are very noisety and the worker ate too they did not do a good job on anything my pedicure oe manicure. I will not want no oje go there.

This place is very elegant and relaxing!! I made an early morning appointment on a Saturday for a mani and pedi (which you can set up online). The service is great! So great I cant even remember my nail techs name lol I was just so relaxed! Btw they are enforcing COVID safety with temp checks and 6 ft apart along with glass separations at both the mani and pedi bowls. You will love it!! I will be returning!

Gigi is the best. Greatest refill ever!

I got dip. They didn’t even shape my nails before starting. I got a darker color with one a lighter color. My lighter color has the dark all over it. Made me bleed twice. My nails aren’t even. It only took 45 minutes total including waiting and soak time to get my previous dip off.

I love this place specially the girl who make my nails she always do what I want.

Very nice establishment, everyone is pleasant and kind. My favorites is the young gentleman with glasses and an older lady that he looks out for in there. She gives the best massages and he does amazing with painting your nails & making sure you like it. Will be back again! :)

I went in for a gel powder fill in with an ombre design. KK noticed some imperfections from my previous fill in and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. People!! My nails look amazing and the ombre is beautiful!! He made my nails (shape and thinness) look natural and clean. Also the team provided me with a beverage. The salon is beautiful and clean too.

So I thought this would be a nice nail salon to checkout outside of the usual place I go to. Now I wish I never did. The staff was friendly however they were very limited in the variety of nail colors also the nail tech reached through my nails, forgot to buff, over filed with the electric nail drill and was also pretty rough with my hands. I was so dissatisfied with the service I just wanted to run out of there. I will not ever be returning. These nail techs or manicurist that are posing as nail techs should really seek further training especially in Sanitation. A week after visiting this salon my finger began to swell and now theres 3 blood dots on my index finger that wont go away. This can only be related to how she was handling my nails or sanitation either way I wont be returning and for any one that goes be aware and careful.

I’ve been to this place a couple times and each time I have had a different experience. First, their pedicures are very nice, but everything else is trash. If you do not get Ben or Amy to do your nails they will not be on point. I had to get my nails done over bc the lady was clearly incapable of doing a full set. Nails were uneven and poorly shaped. Today I went and the nail tech stated that she couldn’t do the design I wanted and would get Ben to do it. Well, he was unavailable so she got another man to do it and he decided half way through he wouldn’t be able to do it either. I didn’t even want anything fancy just a cheetah print design. The woman decides she would try her hand and of course they messed my nails up. I was very upset bc I had seen them go above and beyond to make sure other customers nails were perfect. Every time I go I spend $150+ dollars and to not get quality work is pathetic. Definitely will not go back!!!

This salon is brand new, clean, and relaxing. Very professional employees and welcoming atmosphere. They have a tech that can do great designs and owner Amy is amazing with pedicures. Won’t go anywhere else after this!

Clean and friendly, masks r required w/c is a plus!! Temps taken as u enter, sign in and then hands r washed. Spacing between pedi stations r adequate. Plexi glass up between nail tech and customer. I travel 45mins to get my nails done here b/c I luv my nail tech (Gigi) she does a fantastic job and takes her time w/ me!!!
