I love these ladies. I went in with my wife today, we were getting pedicures. The staff is always super friendly! And they do a great job! I didnt want to leave.

Sina did my nails and she was so easy to talk to a laid back. She really took her time to make sure my nails were what I wanted after having a terrible acrylic job elsewhere. I was so happy with the results! Ill always go dips instead of acrylics now! Thanks for the confidence boost!

Angry and disappointed. I’ve been trying to find a good nail place in Columbia for years. Tried this salon a month or so ago and was happy with the service. So, I booked another appointment for today at 11:30 before leaving for a big event I have this weekend. I showed up at exactly 11:30 and was told I was “very late” for my 11:15 appointment and that they had tried calling me twice. Turns out they had my phone number wrong in the system and the wrong appointment time. I asked if there was another time I could come in today, but apparently they were completely booked until tomorrow at noon (when I will be out of town for my event). Clearly miscommunication happened on their end and I barely received an apology or a solution. They basically told me I was out of luck. Really infuriating customer service for this situation and now I am scrambling to get my nails done somewhere else before my event.

A couple people walked in after me and were offered a beverage, I wasnt nor was I impressed. $49 for a spa pedicure that lasted 45 minutes and was not worth it whatsoever. Wouldve been better off doing it myself, not to mention one of my toenails was cut crooked. I left a tip because I know its not a pretty job and times are tough but I wont be returning again.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and I loved the atmosphere. My big complaint is that my acrylic dip nails did not hold up. The technician did a great job working to make sure I got the look that I wanted, but the top coat started peeling after 4 days, and one of my fake tips fell off after 6 days. For the price I paid, I wouldve expected better quality. My regular coat pedicure, however, is still going strong after almost two weeks! Would still recommend going for a treat-yourself day.

I took my girlfriend and I to this salon for her 22nd birthday celebration and we got 2 pedicures + Spa, for a total of 84 before the tip I shouldnt have left. We got in 5 minutes early, and the front desk employee was very helpful and joyful , talkative and quickly sanitized and showed us the nail polish selection. We got into our seats 8 minutes past our booked times and it wasnt another 2 minutes before the nail specialists got around to us, being the only other customers in the store besides two people getting manicures. Least to say, I should not have spent $84 on these pedicures & spas. My pedi&spa lasted less than 20 minutes, I didnt get the calf massage that my girlfriend got, and I wasnt even getting polish. My girlfriend finished at exactly 30 minutes past our booking time, and it didnt start till 10 minutes past that... the only redeeming part of this experience was the nail polish we chose because it is very beautiful. I didnt think it was that bad when I got in the car, before my girlfriend showed me her feet... there were several dry spots still left and her feet were still sore from before the salon. I have taken her to a different salon here in Columbia before and it was half the price and nearly a order of magnitude better as an experience. I would not recommend 1/10.

These people were absolutely amazing!! Had my first spa pedicure and the lady was wonderful and hilarious. The nail color is beautiful and the experience was fabulous.

Highly recommend this place to anyone. I was just in town and they squeezed me in to get my nails done and did a phenomenal job. The service was amazing, too. The staff made me feel comfortable and cared for and I really appreciate that! I’m definitely coming back!

Im not someone who gets their nails done on a regular basis. Ive probably only had them done a handful of times my entire life and usually just for a special occasion...like prom, my wedding and my college graduation. Recently Ive been noticing more and more people around my work with the gel shellac polish, so I figured Id give it a try. Not having much experience with the whole nail thing, I called My Perfect Nails initially to figure out how I make an appt or just walk in. The girl was super nice and asked questions to figure out what exactly the right type of service was I needed then explained how to book online. Booking was very simple and I was in and out of my appt within 30 minutes flat. The service I chose was full manicure with gel polish and so far I like it. We will see how it holds up to my country girl roots, helping my hubby mechanic on cars and all the sanitizer and hand washing I do at work as an RN.

I love this salon! It’s reasonably priced for high quality nails. My gel manicure lasts nearly a month every time, and pedicure lasts for two or more . The atmosphere is inviting and clean, and the employees are so kind and patient. If you’re nervous about finding a new nail salon, stop stressing and choose this one.

Ive gone here several times and each time they are accommodating, detail oriented, and nice. The atmosphere is wonderful, pleasant, clean, and inviting. The services are too notch too. Great spa pedicure and the polish holds up for several weeks, and its not the shellac.

Tanya was absolutely wonderful. I wanted Quartz nails because they looked so incredibly beautiful! Everyone there was so polite and wasnt quite sure how to do Quartz nail but they did the research ☺️ Tanya did a wonderful job, it was my first time with Quartz nails, and Tanyas first time doing them! I have been to my perfect nails now twice. This salon is not only clean, but super classy. Everyone who works there speaks English as their first language. The job they do is amazing, they pay attention to detail! I have had gel extensions as well as a pedicure and I was happy both times I left. The polish does not chip!!! I have found my perfect salon and I will never go anywhere else!

Brittany did a great job on my manicure, and everyone working there was super nice! Its also incredibly clean, and they have a huge selection of polish. Will definitely be returning!

Where I went in for my appointment I noticed it was the cleanest nail salon Ive been to. Nick greeted me and took me to my tech. Siva did my nails to Perfection~ I love the french tips and she did an amazing job. I highly recommend this lovely Salon to everyone . This will be in my routine when its time to go get pampered..

I had THE most amazing experience at this salon! I recently moved from Boston to Como and was having a hard time finding a decent nail salon in the area. After a few awful gel manis I started noticing my perfect nails every time I would visit central Missouri humane society (my perfect nails is directly across the street.) From the outside my perfect nails looked really nice so today I went and gave them a try. Well the outside was a great reflection of the beauty of the inside of this nail/hair/spa/salon!!!I have never had anyone take so much time and effort into making my nails look perfect!!! The attention to detail was impeccable!! My nail tech really took her time and kept asking me to make sure I loved it! I am so incredibly happy to have found this hidden gem and I cant wait to return!Thanks guys! :)

The place is very clean and cute, pricing is reasonable.When I got there I did feel like they were annoyed I was there. The service felt rushed and when I got home I was able to see that it was done sloppily with a cut/tear on my cuticle. I had to drop down the stars. The polish chipped and faded after 6 days. SIX DAYS.

Love it! My Perfect Nails is my new favorite nail salon in Columbia (and trust me Ive tried quite a few)! The interior/decor is classic and clean and cozy - much better than your average nail salon. They have this amazing custom made pedicure couch which makes you feel like youre getting a pedicure at some swanky spa instead of a nail salon in Columbia. (Dont worry the pedicure couch still gives back massages and is even heated). Prices are comparable to all other nail salons in Columbia. And the service is extraordinary (the owners are awesome)! My Perfect Nails is the only nail salon Ill be going to from now on.

Bought pedicures for my family (3) total. Went on a Saturday, empty except one lady getting a manicure. First off the praised massage seating is basically like sitting on a bass speaker, no real massage. Second it is not accessible for disabled. The pedicures were sub par and that’s being generous. The technicians were very disheveled and that woulda been fine if the pedicures were supreme but we found the looks to be spot on to the experience. The last and probably most astonishing part was two ladies came in while we were there, one in a wheel chair. The one technician whispered to the other, “how am i suppose to do her pedicure get on the floor?”. I don’t know how this place has 4.8 out of 5 stars. Do not waste your money.

I dont have too much to say, the employees were great and super friendly and sociable. The place was very clean and presentable. They were super great about squeezing me and my friend in last minute and did a great job on her nails. However, I got gel French tips and they were very sloppy and not presentable on one hand. It is sad that I paid $40 for a manicure that I dont love. I will not be returning just because I love getting French tips and I didnt love their work.

I went to Sinas and Nicks business when the first opened up. At that time, my husband had just found out he had cancer. I was telling Sina and Nick about it. Life went on and my schedule got hectic. I wasnt able to get back again until today. The first question out of Sinas mouth was hows your husband? We were going to call because we have not seen or heard from you in awhile. I was blown away.Not only are they business owners they are also friends.Brittany did my nails for me and she did an absolutely fantastic job. I will not let that much time pass again before I go back. I highly recommend this business.
