I loved this place!! I went for the first time this weekend and not only was it SO cheap compared to other places I’ve gone ($40 for dip). But she did my nails exactly how I wanted them. I also was super appreciative because they got busy nearing the end of my appointment and I thought they were going to hurry through the last bit but she didn’t. She took the time even though she had pressure to do otherwise. I would highly recommend this salon.

Today was mother daughter day for my girl. With the nasty weather we decided to go get our nails done both fingers and toes. They were busy but that didn’t stop them from being so kind and caring towards my child. The one lady who actually did our nails was AMAZING!!! She was so kind and considerate to my daughter and gave my daughter such a good experience! Your business really hit the jackpot with with special lady!

My daughter made appointments for us to get manicures and pedicures. Our appointment was for 3:30. When we arrived, all nail techs were busy with customers. They told us to sit in pedicure chairs. After waiting 40 minutes (& them taking a walk in), I asked how much longer. They said they were running behind. After 50 minutes of waiting, we finally left. It was ridiculous and very unprofessional. Other places say they don’t take appointments, so this place should not make an appointment if they aren’t going to honor it.

This is my 3rd time at this nail place. Don’t bother making an appointment, although they do accept them they also will do walk-ins who come in before you during your appointment time, so you end up waiting an hour or more. They were also very rushed when they finally got to me and you can definitely tell by the end product. I say just walk in earlier in the day and don’t have anything else planned because you don’t know how long you will wait for. Overall the service is fine and they do offer a lot and the nails always look pretty.

Ashley was extremely rude and very discriminating towards me. I was speaking in my native tongue to my mother and she said she can’t understand what your saying so don’t speak in your language. She was so rude to the point I walked out.

Great place,very friendly and did a great job on my nail! I showed her a picture and she did it just like the picture! Will be going here from now on 🙂

I have been going to Ashley for about a year and a half and I have nothing but good things to say. Ashley creates amazing, good quality nail designs and her son Angel is a hoot! At Ashley nails youre guaranteed to leave happy and if Angel is around youll get a few good laughs too. Love this business, they always make me feel at home!

The past three times I have been here I make an appointment and end up waiting for an hour to an hour and a half to be seated. They are not on time, not professional, and not accommodating to what the client wants. They refused a client to do nail art because they were busy and had four people waiting, although they were busy because they overbooked and told people they can come when they didnt have the staff or availability in reality.

Ashley said she couldn’t do a certain shape because they are “too short” when I’ve had this shape many times, told me the design I chose looked bad because of how short they are, my nails are so sharp on the ends and not filed that it ripped a hole in my leggings, and there is dip powder stuck under all of my nails

I don’t know why was treated like that their service it’s good but it was my first time I didn’t get the good treatment even when I go out no one said bye but to other people they were even smiling at them apart from color, knowing person or not when you work with people you need to treat them equally even if it means pretending STOP CHOOSING CUSTOMERS and favor them we are the same and pay the same amount

I will definitely be going back! My nails turned out great and was well worth the wait! They made sure to clarify exactly what I wanted which I really appreciated. I couldnt be happier 😊

I’ve been to Ashley nails a few times and they have done an amazing job each time. Ashley is awesome and her son is great too. Best value in como for sure. Show Ashley a design and she is execute it perfectly if not better.

Poor quality nails didnt last 3 days before they started breaking so obviously they do not know how to do dip nails.

Showed them a picture of the design I was wanting before they started to make sure they could do it incase they couldn’t and I needed to pick a different design. Insisted they could, however what they did didn’t even resemble the photo. I asked if I could change the color, they said no. Left with plain white French tips when thats not what I asked for at all. Not to mention the tips don’t even look good to be plain tips. Additionally, they told me if I wanted that design “you can try to do it yourself”. WORST customer service and experience.

I called ahead to ask if there was a wait and the lady said no. I was 5 mins away when I called and when I got there there were 3 girls waiting for the last 15 mins and I said “I just called and you said there was no wait?” And she said “short wait.” So she lied and I walked out. So unprofessional.

Ashley would always tell me to book appointments but never abided by the time I set. She was always putting white people ahead of me when they would have appointments after me, and always overbooked people and I would be there for hours. Would not recommend.

Ashley does the best nails in Columbia! She always makes sure that my nails are looking the best they can and I am happy. Ashley is so sweet and such a hard worker! I never leave Ashley Nails unhappy. A perk to going there: her son! He’s such a goofy character and such a sweet person like his mom!

Ashley nails was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Ashley could not understand Anything I was asking her to do and she had her son communicate everything to her in there language and he told her how I wanted my nails. But they talked in a different language so I couldn’t stop him from what he was telling her because I didn’t know what he was saying and I assumed he knew what I was asking for. When she got finished with my nails I told her I didn’t like him and she completely spazzed out and got super upset and got extremely loud and locked us in her shop. I DO NOT recommend going here. We will not be going here ever again. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible. Probably the worst set of nails I have ever had. I came in with dip on my natural nails and just wanted a new dip. One of my thumb nails had broken and i just wanted a tip on it to match the others. After trying to convince me i didn’t need a tip she put one on and didn’t adjust it properly and wouldn’t fix it. I asked for just a square file, no cut and she filed them down to nubs and made them round because that’s what she wanted to do. Will NOT be going back. Don’t waste your money.

If you think this is just another nail shop, don’t! I have never been in a nail shop like Ashley. The moment you walk in, Angel will make you feel like home, the wait became 30 min of pure sense of humor and laughter, Ashley is amazing at her job, she don’t talk much, but she is the sweetest lady! This shop went from a nail salon to a box of happiness! Every one was so positive and fun, I couldn’t be happier, I promise you will love them!

The older man did a poor job, he was not trying to communicate with me he did not scrub my feet all the way so I had dead skin still left on my feet he rushed my service and was coughing the whole time, so I will not be going back ..

I have been to damn near every nail salaon in Columbia. Ashley nails is hands down the best. I brought a picture of the shape I wanted, and the color. They did them perfectly. I have never I mean never been this happy with my nails. They were friendly and extremely clean. I will NEVER go any where else. I am so glad I decided to try some where else. And I got there I told them that I wanted to Remove and do it all knew they told me no you can do I feel I didn’t like how it was but I just went with it then I went to pick my color they did one coat and said do you like it when it’s supposed to be several coats how am I supposed to know if I like it He wants then the lady wants to grab my hand and jerk on me do not go here they’re terrible hurt you and still charge you when they don’t do their job

Ashley and her son were EXTREMELY RUDE and basically verbally attacked me because they couldnt fix my nail basically told me I was too picky even though I paid for it!!! Her son also laughed when fixing my nail and said this is the best he could do. Never going back

10/10 would recommend!!!!! the enviroment is nice and laid back! eveyone there is so friendly, they crack jokes and you can’t help but to laugh! 100% going back

This is the best nail salon in all of COMO! Ashley and Angel were extremely nice, funny, and very welcoming. They made the shop feel like a sense of community and had all the girls in there laughing and talking. They also take the time to care for your nails and give you the best advice on getting healthy and long nails. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!!

Honestly, Angel & Ashley are the best! I’m a regular and I never feel out of place & they try to encourage everyone to be welcomed in the shop. Even the off days for them are good ones. I personally think they are the best and nicest and some nasty comments out here I see don’t make much sense at all, I recommend keeping an open mind and seeing for yourself what it’s really like.

I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but I left this shop livid and wanting to let people know how horrible it is. My cousin and I came here last Thursday to get acrylics done, and before I start explaining why Ive given one star, let me say that the young man there is extremely friendly and had me laughing the whole time; he makes the place very welcoming. As I was getting my nails done I noticed the tip of my middle nail on one of my hands was crooked. I told the woman doing them and she continued doing my nails with no comment. I mentioned it again, she filed it a bit, and it was still crooked. I told her again and she did it once again and it was still crooked, so I told her yet again. Mind you, Im not a snappy person and I was being very polite, and she ignored me and kept doing my nails. At that point I was regretting going there, and I also noticed after my nails were done that the acrylic was EXTREMELY chunky. To put it in retrospect, Im removing them now and they are so thick that they wont fit in the nail clipper so Im having to file it down quite a bit, which is extremely frustrating. Towards the end of having my nails done, my cousin went to pay for hers and was told it was going to be $28. After Id asked two or three times BEFORE we had our nails done, theyd both told us it would be $25 for gel acrylics, so thats what I was expecting. When my cousin asked why it was $3 extra the woman told her three times that she told her that the long nails were three dollars extra. She told NEITHER of us and at that point I was extremely irritated. The worst part of this experience was when I also noticed DURING getting my nails done that she hadnt even filled my nails down to the cuticle, and after she put the acrylic on she pushed the cuticle down which made it even more obvious. I left the nail salon with new chunky nails that looked a week old, and the very tips of the nail werent even covered with polish, which I noticed later that night when I was in the shower. I thought Id give this place a try since they were new and had good reviews, and I VERY MUCH REGRET IT. For your own sake, do not get your nails done here.

The lady seems to be abit bipolar. I have been a returning customer, but this is the last time. Every time it is the same story, she is a very nice lady. Her son is extremely friendly, very good with his way of customer service. But it does get very uncomfortable when she start yelling at him for every thing that he does in another language. Then when it’s your turn, please hope she’s in a good mood because she will have an attitude the whole time. Shop is amazing, service is amazing, but the way she treats people around her push me away. I’m sorry.

Ashley and Angel are AMAZING! They are so welcoming and friendly and they make sure that their customers are all pleased. Their price is also very reasonable. I went in on Friday and got a mani and pedi, and I was so happy with their work. I would recommend making an appointment because they are pretty busy, but they are so worth the wait. I would definitely recommend.

This is literally THE BEST nail salon I have been to. Its clean and doesnt have a strong acrylic smell like all the other nail salons Ive been to. They are very personable people and they care about their customers and their needs. What is really crazy is that you are getting the quality of 50 dollars nails for half the price!!! I just had my nails done today and I am already planning my next visit. I am a returning customer and I will NEVER get my nails done anywhere else! She was the only person working! I felt so bad for her! However she took me without an appointment and shes the only person in como who does acrylic gel nails without charging an arm and a leg! She was very quick but the whole nail wasnt painted and the underneath was really rough and nails were tad bit crooked. I will be back because she is the only one in town who does what I need without charging a crazy amount although its not the best work.

I went and got dip nails about 4 weeks ago. They were decent. When I called to make the appointment I asked to see if they had any spots open at 5:45, he asked if I could come sooner. I told him no I get off work at 5:30. I asked if they were open until 7:00 or if that was wrong online? He stated they were but if they can go home early they will and so he doesn’t want to schedule me so he can go home. He ended up scheduling me, but made me feel bad about it the entire time. He then told me if I bring cash it would be cheaper than if I bring a card. I only had my card but he still charged me the cash price which was nice of him! While getting my nails done he talked about the girls in the rap videos that were twerking half naked, which fine whatever. Probs wouldn’t take my kids with me while I get my nails done but again whatever.I then went to make a fill appointment because they are the cheapest in town I had found. And so I texted the guys phone number that he had gave me. He calls it the “trap phone” and said that to me about 100 times. So I texted him to see again if I could get in around 5:45 he told me only sooner. I asked for several other days and was told he doesn’t want to make an appointment that late so they could go home.Like then change your hours???? I don’t understand saying you’re open until 7 but closing before 5:30? It makes zero sense. I will no longer be going here. Customer service is very important to me, and clearly isn’t something valued here.My co worker also went right after I did and she said he brought his dog in and was hitting his dog and yelling at the poor baby the whole time. Her and her mother in law wanted to leave so bad, and she said everyone in the shop was super uncomfortable. She then said his mom double booked people and he started screaming at her in front of everyone.

So this place is literally the best place I’ve ever been to in my life everybody go give them some love they new and killing everybody in Columbia on my momma omggggg and reasonably price !!!!!❤️❤️❤️😆😆😆😆 And the people there are so nice

So, everyone that knows me knows Im extremely hard to please, very picky, very OCD, allllllways find something to not pick..... Seriously my nails have to be perfectly perfect!! AND I prefer colored acrylic &very detailed nail art (which NOONE does!)!!!So, heres the deal... Ive been faithfully going to and recommending Varsity for the last 3 (plus) years..... Well yesterday I needed my nails redone in a quick fast hurry. So- I went to Ashleys Nails literally expecting nothing but to have a set of blah nails to hold me off til my next apt w varsity!Well, let me say Ashley is BEYOND AMAZING!!!!!! I am officially a new forever client!! This woman is simply THE BEST!!!!!!!! I had no pics, no reference for her.... nothing! I just told her to do whatever & told her I love glow, glitter & bright colors........ thats it! So.........She did her thing and my nails are PERFECTLY PERFECT!!!! If you get a chance to go...... Normally I never write a review but I am super annoyed by ,my last visit, and quite frankly my first but I let it go, because my nails tuned out nice. I tried out this place because it was recommended to me and they had done such a good job on the persons nails so I decided to go. On the first visit everything seemed fine the workers were nice and what not. I had gotten a pedi and fullset, the pedicure was rushed but I let it go because there were only two working, so it was understandable. When it came time for the fullset is when I was over it. The guy working had friends in the shop at the time, and were being extremely obnoxious in the middle of my service he leaves to go give them a ride home, so i was left just sitting the chair while the other lady gave someone else a pedicure, after at least 30 minutes she finally started back on my nails. I spent about two and half hours when I couldve been finished long before that, the lady did a decent job on my nails which is why I didnt complain and decided to tip even though it really wasnt deserved. The second visit was way worse, and why I would never go back, I finally realized they have a certain demographic of customers they want to service and clearly others they did not. Upon arrival I was greeted with literally blank stares and asked what I needed, nothing friendly at all I called ahead to see if I could get serviced and I was told yes it wouldnt be a long wait. When it was finally my turn, the old color gets taken off by the guy and Im left just sitting there again, as he goes it does whatever. The owner Im guessing really didnt want to do my nails because it was clear she wanted me out, while prepping my nails she is drilling over my cuticles, which is really painful I let it go after 4 nails but after some point it gets too painful to handle so I pulled my hand back, she doesnt say sorry just continues drilling avoiding the cuticles this time. For the actual fill I notice she doesnt put any bond aid on the new growth which I thought was odd, that is a step Ive always seen done. I had bad lifting on one nail that either needed to be replaced or just clipped away, but instead went to try to put the new acrylic powder over the nail, which everyone knows is a no no, as that can cause fungal growth and infection. I literally had to tell her it was lifting to get her to remove it, most technicians would have immediately noticed.The whole time this is going on two girls walk in and are immediately greeted with smiles and welcomes and hospitality completely different from my greeting, and whats worse is that I heard the girls say that this was their first time in the shop, so I knew my treatment was personal. All in all this experience was awful my nail lengths arent the same the shapes are off, she didnt go down to the cuticle line so my fresh nails look like they need a fill, 3 days after my service one of the nails are starting to lift. Its obvious they have a selective clientele they want to serve, which doesnt include people like me which is sad, I have no idea what happened the first time that my service had to be so bad this time I literally just sat there and let her do her thing, never complained, nothing. It literally feels like they gave me the worst time in hopes I would not return, since my patronage is not appreciated or wanted, you guys win I wont be coming back.

Apparently if you want to get a full set you must also ask for a manicure , and i left needing a fill. They are very nice people but i was not happy with the service .

They had posted lots of nails art pictures online ,but when the clients want those art nails from what they had posted , they refused to do it, they dont offer that services!? Not willing to build repeating clients .What a shame!
