Long, my nail technician, is an amazing young man. He can work miracles. I’ve actually had services done by almost everyone there and I never leave unhappy. Atmosphere is always relaxing. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly all the time. Granted, there are some times Im not as satisfied as last time. But, it’s never to a point where I won’t go back. Once my concern is expressed. They are always corrected with gratitude. Never any problems.We live in a difficult time and customer service is not an easy task. So, I personally feel the Staff at SUPER NAILS ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!! Keep up the good work and continue to be blessed.

I love this shop and especially my nail technician Lee. She is amazing. Also there is a beautiful soul by the name of Tina that does a great job as well. She is big on shaping and taking her time to make sure things are right. Thank you to both of these ladies.

Went to get my nails n daughters nail done. It seems like it was not going to be long. To my surprise I have been sitting here for over 1 hours and people kept coming in to get their nails done n it seems like they was more important than me n my child. I think that they are very unprofessional. It was better when the other owners were there a couple of years ago. They need to reevaluate their customer service

All was welcoming. My Deluxe Pedicure was amazing. I love the way my feet and legs felt afterwards. I was offered a beverage which was nice. My only suggestion is during my manicure I felt a little more attention to detail could be improved upon. Other than that it was a great experience.

Went in for a pedicure on March 1, 2021… First visit and was excited to try. I paid for the deluxe pedicure which to my surprise only lasted less than 30 minutes with a total massage time of less than five minutes. Most of the time was waiting for him to get started and resting while the hot towels were on my legs. When I noticed he was only putting the scrub and the mask just above my ankles I asked him why that was and he said he didn’t have enough product for my legs… True story! hands-down the worst massage I have ever received in my entire life! I will not be back!

Allow you to set appointments, however dont honor appointment times. Still let others in front of you. Waste of time.

It was fine but in the pedicure menu it kinda shows false advertising because it says gel or regular polish to complete your appearance.... but instead it actually does cost an extra $20 but other than that it was fine.

It has been less than a week since I got a dip manicure and 6 of my fingers are already chipped. I have never had dip chip before. I also had to wait for them to dry after the top coat was done (I’ve never had to wait for dip to dry) and while they were drying the woman rubbed every one of my nails with her finger to test if they were dry. This smudged 2 of them right off the bat. I will definitely not go back. It was such a waste of money. If you pay $50 to get your nails done you expect them to at least last you a couple of weeks. Very disappointed.

Great service... Was able to set an appointment on a Saturday an hour prior to the time I elected. Which is odd, yet pretty great due to the pandemic.

Went here this morning @10 and got a full set by this older Asian woman who walked in who was acting like she was late and rushing. Others were waiting and she never asked who was next she just picked any person to serve. One of the guys that were doing someone elses nails had to tell her I was next. She rushed on my nails they ended up being uneven and not the same size. I got a full set with regular acrylic powder with only gel polish and it cost me $43 when Ive came to this nail salon before and it cost 30 or 33 dollars. The price list thats usually up on the wall wasnt there but after leaving I looked online and i was definitely over charged. Would have gotten a pedicure as well but after I seen how her mannerism was I wasnt going to spend anymore of my money.

The lady that did my pedicure did a wonderful job. She took her time even though they were a little busy. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I have tried and used several salons in the northeast..I would use them and have to come to Super Nails to get them to fix my nails. They have extended hours normally before COVID-19. I am always pleased and even buy gift certificates for my employees because I know they will have a delightful experience.

I waited an hour before I was served and my manicure messed up after a few days. I will not be back. Do not recommend!

Not sure about the service because I could not stay after I noticed Covid-19 precautions were not being taken. Can’t afford to take risks with my health for a pedicure. Went elsewhere where they’re taking this seriously.

I just sat in this shop for 35 minutes. Signed up for eyebrows. I just asked after sitting for so long where is there somebody to do eyebrows, and the gentleman told me no. I politely thanked him for telling me in the 1st place. WTH🤬

My friend and I went at 4 PM on a Saturday, they were not very busy and took us back immediately. I got pink sparkly dip powder and short nail extensions. She got long acrylics with black gel polish. The man who did mine was very polite, didnt talk much (which is fine), but made sure I was happy with each step before proceeding. We both paid 55 including tip. Will definitely return.

Went to get a manicure and got only the dip color done. Told him three times I wanted a manicure. He say you want manicure? I told him yes and waited to the end and still didnt get it. I just paid and left. Wont go back.

Got here at 2:20pm. Had an appointment at 3. Very busy. Needed a fill in and pedicure. More people came in and 2 people got taken before I did. This place is a joke. 😂 definitely do not recommend.

Been coming here for years they do good work, always clean and professional. Theyre always pretty busy but I dont usually wait too long. Not super talkative but I dont mind, its more relaxing that way I think. Some techs are better/more thorough than others but theyre all pretty good

I’ve been a customer there for over 5years. Julie would do my eyebrows on the regular. One day she messed my eyebrows up real bad constantly cutting them with scissors. I felt something was wrong because it took her way longer than normal. So when I finally saw them I let her know that they were messed up and definitely not her usual work. I wasn’t even mean about it. She stated you don’t like you don’t have to pay. Never apologize or anything!! I said ok and walked out. I came back 3weeks later to get my eyebrows done by another lady. Julie walks to the counter and says I can no longer do your eyebrows I said I’m actually waiting on the other lady. She stated she can’t do them either nobody can do them. I asked why she couldn’t even tell me. So I said to her you messed up my eyebrows without owning your mistake and because you can’t do them what does that have to do with one of the other ladies? She could not say and she refused to let anyone do my eyebrows. It was very very rude when i have been a customer for so long. I couldn’t believe her attitude. I would never ever return!!

Super Nails 1 is a great place to get your nails looking beautiful. They always treat me with respect and courtesy. I rarely have to wait, as I usually go on a Wednesday afternoon. My nails always look beautiful when my service is complete. They do a wonderful job with brows also. Highly recommend this salon!

I have never been more appalled by horrible service in my life. With the wait time for a service as easy and as simple as eyebrows being over an hour, to not using a time sheet which clearly shows the name and service wanted, it’s beyond me as to how there are still customers. I used to love stopping by this salon to get my eyebrows done but I have thankfully found a business which takes my schedule into consideration.

Pay attention when using your card, they’ll try an get over on you... I was charged an extra $20, now if I didn’t look at my receipt before I walked out they wouldn’t have said anything. That’s STEALING and I tipped her, a damn shame.

I took Alzheimers client here to get nails filled in, pedi, and chin waxed. They did well with her.

This was the only place I would get my nails done for a while. Until one day I went in to get a fill in and pedi. After explaining that I wanted the very same thing that I had done before the nail tech proceeded to do what HE wanted. I told him so many times it wasn’t what I wanted. First he cut my nails. Which was against my request BC I had a shoot that required that I keep my nails long and not only that but I took my time out and grew out my real nails so I wouldn’t have to get any fake nails put on. When I told him again that it wasn’t what I wanted he snapped and cut all my nails off I am not a nasty person so I don’t like confrontation. I eventually left in tears. Hurt. And also did not make my shoot I’ll never spend my money there again.

The nail tech that works at the 3rd station on the left told me today that it was stressful doing on my nails & asked me not to wait for her any longer but to go with whoever is taking the next name. What nerve! Wow. She has only done my nails 3 times and initially I needed to remove & start over (I do acrylic over my own nails). Second time I requested design which she said she doesnt do. (Really?) & The third visit I waited for her & she asked me not to & insulted me. She cant endure any stress? Am I the only 1? Is this about discrimination...Terrible!

Nails were good but the guy didn’t do the nails how we wanted them and he didn’t do the mani pedi like he was told to do and overall he was getting frustrated for no reason.Will not be going again.

Waited to get a full set for over an hour just told have this older lady that came in after me get serviced before me and when i said something about it the nail tech responded with oh really , well the wait will be about 20mins of course i left and i wont come back. terrible service and they are so slow.

My husband and I went to this salon this evening. He received a pedicure and I got a dip manicure. We did not have to wait and my nails look great and hubby is satisfied with his pedicure!

I paid $50 for a pedicure with gel today but when my husband called to ask what the price is they told him $25 for the pedi then an additional $10 for the gel. Im confused and very upset that I had to pay $85 for a manicure and pedicure. I will never return to your nail salon. I did call salons in the area and they have much better prices. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Ive been coming here for 10 years and they have been falling off for a couple months now. And today is the day i cant be treated the way they treat you. They make u feel like they dont have to do your nails like u not paying for your services. Today is my last time coming back here. I need to find a better nail place but have no ideal where to go. Super nail my message to you guys is to learn how to treat your customers.

Went in for my eyebrows to be waxed. Waited over 30 minutes. An they were not even busy with other customers.

First, we walked in and were pummeled by fumes. I understand nail places smell like that, but seriously I have never been to a place that smelled that bad. Secondly, I had to wait for over 40 minutes to receive a manicure or service at all. Even while we were waiting no one even came up to try to accommodate us. I watched 5 people walk out of there without service or acknowledgement. So after my long wait, the nail technicians were extremely rude and did a horrible job on my nails. I got shellac that was a french tip. Well you couldnt even see the difference between the white tip that was painted and my nail. It was like 2 coats, should have been at least 5. And besides that he didnt clean anything off of my hands, I had nail polish on my fingers. The nail station I was at was unfortunately next to the waxing station. That is all it is not a separate room, but simply a manicure station covered in newspaper. And not only that but it looked extremely unsanitary like they hadnt taken the time to clean any of the supplies. Bottom line DONT GO and WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Dont waste your time giving these ungrateful techs your money. Go somewhere with better service and smiling faces!! Techs are rude, they dont acknowledge you and will pick and choose who they help next. I dont Care how good they may do your nails, everyone should be treated with respect. This business will be shut down soon hopefully or hopefully they will start treating people fairly. Either way... They wont get any of my coins!!!

I have visited this establishment several times. Tonight was very different. While the nail tech did a satisfactory job, the owner is very rude and disrespectful. While attempting to check out, the tech said that there was a problem with the machine reading the card. He said this several times. The owner sat there swiveling in his chair watching a video on his phone. Since I was pressed for timeI politely stated to the owner, There is a problemwith your machine. He looks at me rudely, shakes his head, and says No, your card is no good . The look on my face was priceless! How dare he! After I stood there 5 more minutes, the tech brings the receipt to me to sign as he sits there, yet to apologize or see a problem with that. He never even attempted to see what the problem was.I will not return. That situation felt very bias and definitely was unprofessional .

Some of the workers do a great job, I only wish more of them would communicate in English.

From out of town, wanted a simple fill in. My nails looked better with out the fill in. There work is so sloppy. My nails had so many bubbles in them and he had an attitude when I asked him to fix it.

Absolutely disappointing behavior. I have been regularly patronizing this establishment for the last two years for my mani/pedi. I tried a new manicure technique (dipped) after being assured it would last longer than my regular gel manicure. I paid $40 plus $3 tip for the manicure portion. It starting peeling and chipping within one week. I returned (with receipt) to request a courtesy gel manicure due to the dipped fail. I was refused and told I would have to pay full price for a new manicure. I will NEVER return and will take my biweekly mani/pedi dollars to another business who appreciates customer loyalty.

Shes 12 & the staff was super patient, very caring! I couldnt have asked for better staff!! I had 3 ppl that got service (mani/pedis) & then wax.. Awesome experience!! Will def go back!!

This place will not tell you that they will put an extra hold on your debit card in the same amount as the service; then act stupid when you confront them. If you go there and use your debit card, be prepared for that.
