The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism from the top down of this place is astounding. Deffinatly a mom and pop kinda place. The doctor is cool but the office staff is a joke. Continually dont call people back, miss scheduling appointments, and they admit it. The mgr herself has to apooigize to me once because they dropped the ball. Thong is they drop the ball more than not. When I spoke to the director about these issues he brushed it off and told me that I needed to give the staff patience and grace . When I inquired who his supervisor was he hung up on me. Real professional director Phil.

Spectrum health saved my life, they checked every aspect my health, & alerted me of My high blood pressure. Staff is very professional.

Very helpful health management facility. The staff is very helpful. One of the few places where i feel safe and comfortable. The practitioner nurse Lola and her assistants made me feel like a family. They answer all my questions no matter how stupid they are.. i am happy to be connected with Specturm.

Their after dark option for HIV & STD testing is not only convenient.. its also free! They offer treatment options of needed and counseling if there is a positive diagnosis. These guys are offering a much needed service in a laid back environment.

This is supposed to be a Medical Case Management agency. Theyre so quick to kick their clients to the curb. This was my only link to get my medicine at a subsidized price. I only had 1 case manager who didnt make my problems something personal.

It is extremely frustrating to see the quality of care go downhill over the last 6 years. My husband can never get through to a case worker even during the hours of whats posted as open on the website. Theyre not answering phone calls most of the time, theyre usually never returning them when you can get through to leave a message in a timely manner, and the assistance they offer you might as well just find the help elsewhere because theyll string you along for months and by the time they think that maybe theyll do their job youve already figured out something else in a more stressful and resource consuming way. This organization has seen far better days and Im curious whats really going on here.... why is this place never open on time or when its supposed to be? Where are all the employees? Wny can we not get through on the phone to leave a message? When youre closed for the holidays you eventually have to come off of them like the rest of the world. Shame on you, Spectrum! I hope that you clean up yiour act soon!
