Great Circle has been an exceptional place to work. The Administrative Staff care about their employees, and it feels as though they genuinely care about their staff.Working with kids has been a very fulfilling experience. Yes, it can definitely be difficult at times, but considering the population we work with, that is to be expected.I believe that the interactions between staff and the residents here have been able to help me in many areas of my life, as well as help prepare me for being a parent to my own daughter.If you are looking to send your child here, just know that we as the staff that work with them one on one really do care about these kids. We do what we can to help make sure their needs are met, while at the same time working to correct their behavior in a way that respects their trauma. Yes, we do have fun, because that is an important part of any treatment plan. If you can’t learn how to have fun, you’ll likely go back to the lifestyle that brought them here in the first place!

The staff here really cared about are future My first time going was 2018 I did my work and got out a few months (2019) later went right back in Did my work actually focused on what I can do better instead of blaming other people. Left 2020 ( few months later) and every since then ive been making all As made it to Honor roll Made it to my 8th grade basketball team have been trying my best to reach my full potential.

I met so many amazing people while staying here! I loved everything about this campus none the less it made me a better person! I love the food, shout out to Ms. Jess! I love all the staff, Shout out to my favorites, Ms. Sydney, Mr. Ryan, Kent, Ms. Sierra, Ms. Sosa, Ms. Michelle, Mr Darin, and so many other amazing staff! And of course! Cant forget the kids! First I will start with Moore Cottage!!!! But I wanna give a special shout out to my beautiful daughter Alyssa! She was a great kid! Sometimes she could be a little devil but I love her so so so much! She was sent from the heavens! Anyways shutout to Dezya, my bestest friend, Angel, Preston, Matt, Elyjah, Eli, Tommy, John, Donnell, Lina, Kyle, Hailey, Jaylee, Bel, Zoe, Joei, Jacob, Cassie, and Lily! I love all of you! I wish this gave the option for No stars because thats what I would give it.I sent my 10yr old daughter to this place, because it was highly recommended by our insurance Anthem BCBS. Little did I know they this place was a complete joke.In the beginning I talked to the director Chris Noll, he was very pleasant our first phone conversation. He made me feel really hopeful that she was finally going to get proper help.So I drive her 6 hours away to this place (because again it was highly recommended) when I walked into the facility to drop her off, I noticed it was filthy. But I went this far, I was just going to ride it out.So my insurance, approved a 28 day stay, with review once a week to insurance. After about a week, they were already trying to send her home, because they didnt see behaviors I requested additional days. so they gave me like 3.we were suppose to of got 2 family therapy sessions per week. THAT WAS A LIE.When we did have the family therapy, she told them she dont know how to keep me safe when she gets home. (she was admitted for stabbing me) anyway, next day later they made a decision to discharge her because insurance wasnt paying. THAT WAS A HUGE LIE, THEY NEVER CONTACTED THE INSURANCE COMPANY ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL TIME. When asking them to prove it, they have ignored my request for comment.So I will be filing a grievance for lack of care. I am so disappointed and disgusted. This place needs to be shut down. They are not about helping families at allSO PLEASE FIND OTHER PLACE FOR YOUR HURTING LOVED ONES

This place is a joke we picked our nephew up for a weekend vist and he has bruises everywhere from staff they admitted to it! I wouldnt even send my dog there!

My child was sent there for narcissistic and aggressive behavior to his brother. He was only there for 3 weeks. The first 2 weeks he spent it crying and wanting to come home. He left with no diagnosis or medications and no behaviors corrected. If your child isnt banging his head on the floor or harming others this is not the place for your code. Our child was on s 3 week vacation playing games

Waste of time no help to our daughter I dont see how the state lets them stay open. Just closed her out with o go here they will help her so we have to start over AGAIN. They told us nothing new that I didnt already know . We did everything they asked. I have to agree with the other review. It was nothing but play time there. Everything they told us was a lie.

Staff there are not trained correctly, and when legal issues come up, nobody takes action to help press charges.

Disrespectful staff, and they don’t enforce any rules.
