Being new to the area I did not know where to take my equipment for service. I used this place in the past & was really pleased with the service I got. today I took in my riding mower for service, tune up, new tires, new belt, etc. I was told that he is not a john deere dealership, (my mower was an older john deere) thats fine its a small engine that needs repair. well this guy apparently thinks he cannot work on it & that I need to take it to a dealer. well I take my toyota to ford for an oil change because I get a better value from ford vs toyota. a small engine is a small engine, no need to take it to the dealership but this guy tends to think it needs to go to a dealership. so that said I do not know why he mis-advertises his business as a small engine repair shop if he does not know how to work on small engines. do yourself a favor & take your business else where & not here. & its to bad as he is the only shop on this side of town. I guess it pays to go further away

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! I WALK AND SAID GOOD MORNING AND THING OUT HIS MOUTH WAS GO TO YHE FRONT ENTRANCE! THEN HE REFUSED TO WORK ON MY MOWER! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE! THEY TREATED ME HORRIBLE FROM THE TIME I WALKED AND WHEN THE NEXT GUY CAME UP HE WAS GREETED AND TREATED WITH RESPECT AND YES YOU GUESSED RIGHT HE WAS HIS SAME RACE!

Consistently great service and at a low price

I have a Murray lawn tractor that was mislabeled model number. Doug spent time with me on the phone and we thought we had a solution. Unfortunately Doug had left for the evening by the time I got there. I was met by the owner and he told me he had no interest in my problem. The owner was rude at the very start and went down hill from there. Doug should find work with another shop. Then soon CNE would be history.

The gentleman that assisted me was very, very nice and courteous! He even explained to me how to remove and replace the broken part on my weed eater. You dont find personnel at many places that will do that. GREAT place to do business with and get needed help. I have purchased small engine parts from them over the years and never had the first problem!! :) Check with the folks for any small engine problems you may have!!

Friendly service and very knowledgeable

Ive made three visits to C.N.E. small engines now, two mowers and a chainsaw. Each time was a serious wow experience. Always came away less expensive than expected and done correctly. In one case, they recognized my description and told me how to fix the problem without selling anything. Excellent, professional service. I might just hang on to my small engines longer now.

There repair service is good, however their customer service is less than desirable. They need to work on how they speak to customers when they have failed to deliver. To be hung up on the phone and pretty much yelled is unacceptable. They will no longer get any business from my anymore.

Went in the store had a broken bar on lawn mower that stoped it from working, Keith came out and was very knowledgeable about my mower and the issue, he also told me how to maintain the mower! Store looked clean, and was stocked also!

If its broken, they can fix it!!
