They gave a 20 minute time of arrival and took 35 Minute to get there. Thats the only reason I cant give 5 stars.However, once he did finally arrive, he unlocked by door in less than 1 minutes.Also, the price was very reasonable (less than going through insurance). I would recommend Zigdons Locksmith.

I appreciate their service. The owner really tried to help me since I am a college student and did not have much money in order for them to get the key out of my car. He was willing to lower the price and was very nice about it. The person that came to unlock my car was super fast in doing the service and came within 15 minutes. BUYER BEWAREIf you’re looking for a locksmith that does not respond to any of your calls or texts, and allows you to wait two hours until they message you telling you they are busy and to “stop calling” this is your guy.Simply put, I asked this locksmith for duplicate key blanks, in which they did not have them in stock, and had to order. After about 3 weeks of trying to text Toni, I was directed to his assistant. Finally I got a notification that the keys were in. At the time, I was in Charleston for work, but made arrangements to drive to Columbia, after further agreeing on a time with the locksmith, to meet at their office.Once I arrived, not only was no one there, but there was a County Sheriff Business Card Attached to the door. (RED FLAG)I then proceeded to call and let them know I was there, no answer. I also texted. After about 30 mins I did the same. Nothing. I continued to do this until 2 hours elapsed, and finally his assistant texted me letting me know Toni’s brother was in the way to get them for me. So I continued to wait another 45 mins, still nothing.I texted, explaining how disappointed I am that a n individual could lead a customer on, and the extreme unprofessionalism used, that it’s an absolute shame and complete unethical to allow someone drive 2.5 hours to meet someone, wait an additional 2.5 hours based off a set meeting time, just to drive home empty handed.I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this business, nor any affiliation to this business.If I could give them ZERO stars I would.Save your money, time, and efforts. They helped me at my house almost five years ago now when I needed to change locks and it was almost night. They showed up in a matter of *minutes* and had it done so quickly. I was honestly shocked at how fast and efficient they were. Great company.

I called to get a key made for my semi since the key machines dont keep them in stock, no one answered the phone got a text back instead , told them what I needed and no need for a call out I can bring the key to them, the person text me back saying 75 dollars for one key, this is not a key with a chip in it or anything, nothing special, so I called triangle safe and lock they said 5 dollars per key. Told the person texting me that I was going to triangle safe and lock instead and they texted back lol OK, very unprofessional. I went and got 4 keys plus 2 for my pickup for 32 dollars .

I used this service to get my car unlocked after locking my keys inside. While the service itself was fine (guy arrived quickly and unlocked my door quickly) I will never use this company again. They charged me $130 for this. It took 30min from phone call to service complete. When I asked about the high price the guy said he had to charge more because it was Sunday and “there’s extra fees.” I’m like, “What?????” Sunday’s aren’t that special. You run a 24/7 service. Why are you charging me more for a Sunday? Literally no other service charges more on Sundays. What’s so different about order a car unlocking on a Sunday @ 10a vs on a Tuesday @ 10a????? I ended up paying so the guy would get away from me but I won’t use this service again and I won’t recommend it to other people.

Phenomenal work. Needed a key for a very old door lock on the house. They came out on a Sunday after a quick phone call the day before (outstanding customer service!)—no one does that! When they realized the lock was a bit of a relic and they couldn’t fit a key the service guy said he could take the lock back to the shop and see if they could fix it. And they worked some magic and we’re able to fix the mechanics and get me 4 keys and cleaned the lock to make it look beautiful. All in the same day—all with a outstanding customer service. Zigdon was absolutely amazing. We had issues with faulty chips in brand new keys (I bought them off of EBay). The chips in the keys would not program and he kept working until he fixed my new keys. The man was a total professional and very nice. Highly recommend to anyone with key related issues.
