Great guy, bought a used van with a single chip key. Met with Brandon, he has a complete shop in his van on site. He cut and programmed 2 spare keys in less than a half hour. Very nice, very professional, fast, courteous service. Even gave me a discount for having two done at the same time! I got two keys for far less than what the dealer wanted to make me a single key. I tried many times to get in touch and schedule a time to duplicate a chip car key. The times that I was able to get in touch, I was given a day that would work but never heard back about a specific time when that day came. I was not able to get a key made by Bs Lock and Key. I had an excellent experience with Bs. He was able to help me replace a lost--and only-- chipped car key in about 20 minutes for far less than anyone else in town quoted me. On top of that, a super pleasant, intelligent guy. I would highly recommend.

Locked myself out of the house and within 10 minutes of calling, they showed up. Mind you, it was 9pm at night on a Friday. The two men were very personable and got me back into my house within no time. On top of it all, the service was much cheaper than I expected!

I called him in the morning to schedule and as I had lost my only car key and was a little desperate he was able to squeeze me into his schedule same day, very thankful for this. He quoted me a fair price and was knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process. The price quoted to me was for one key with key fab and one cheaper back up key without the electronics. When he finished he handed me two key fabs saying that he did not have a back up key with him. Since he promised me two keys he said he wanted to honor that. He charged me no extra money for this and I know those new keys are not cheap. Very pleased with the service and would recommend him to anyone in a jam. 5 stars!

I had just driven in from Atlanta, GA. on my way to Denver CO. After driving half way to Columbia MO for my over night, I realized that I had left my lock key on the trailer after locking the cable to the trailer. Went to Lowes in Columbia and so happen to run into this guy after trying to use bolt cutters to cut the lock and cable and was very unsuccessful. He was willing to drop what he was doing and help me get the lock unlocked. Very nice to know that there are people willing to help and go above and beyond. His prices were very reasonable!! Very friendly and professional service. I dont believe the end cost was quite right, there was a belief that my ignition key was different from door so i had the door locks keyed at the cost of $50. I then had a new key made for the ignition since i just had one. Turned out it was the same key after all and the old key was just worn and no longer worked the door. So I paid $100 for the service that shouldve been $50 for the new ignition key that operated the door lock also. Just confusing.

Losing a key can be very stressful. We were thinking about towing the vihecle to the dealership, and we would have to pay towing fee.
