I just bought my first home, and had phone and wifi connected…. The sales person pitched it nice…. Made everything sound good. Well low and behold, my home is rite at the end of the threshold to even have service!!!!! When a call is made or received…. It sounds like there’s a fighter jet at either end of the line!!!! Can’t understand any conversation that’s being made through the phone service!!! Also, the internet won’t even allow me play a video without buffering the whole time!!!! I got robbed for the first month!!! Thank Goodness I’m not in a contract !!!!!! But have to go through the loop of having another internet and phone service installed. Going with Carolina Connect this round.

This company is a JOKE! been without a phone and internet for over 2 weeks. have called over 5 times and its always tomorrow... tomorrow....Then asked to be sent to the billing department to get a credit for non use and have been on HOLD for over 40 mins. If my company did this we would get a lashing.

My parents are in their mid 80s & have not had phone service to their home for a month. There have been 3 no shows & numerous calls made to customer service. Horrible customer service.

CenturyLink is without question the worst company of all time. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. If there is any other service provider in your area use them instead. I would pay double the amount of money for any other company before I would use CenturyLink. I would not use CenturyLink if their services were free. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was told not to cancel to avoid set up fees. I told the CUST service rep that I was moving from WA to SC and told me to hold my account and the entire time the customer service knew that they don’t service in SC! Lies and lies!I hope you like this negative review ! Thanks for nothing
