The staff here is actually wonderful, I was so relieved to have found this place. I loved the doctor and they were all very helpful and communicative. Unfortunately now that Family Health has been bought out by Compass, the prices for uninsured patients have literally doubled. A procedure that I paid around $375 just a few months ago is now $700. I am so sad and disappointed as I thought I’d found a reliable and affordable dental clinic. I had to cancel my appointment today because of the drastic increase. I asked the staff for options, alternatives, suggestions and they basically just told me goodbye and good luck. They were to have called me to follow up with what to do next, but no one did. Extremely bummed.

Since compass health took over the providence location it is an absolute nightmare. Before compass health it was a nice place to go. I even have private insurance and it’s not a good place.

This place is among the worst Ive ever been too. The dentist themselves was good but the receptionist was rude to me and other people. She seemed she didnt want me to be here and was. They kept getting the dates wrong and rescheduling. I had to wait half an hour just to get in. If you have the option to avoid this place. Please do.

Laura is so great!!! She always is super friendly and makes me wanna come back again. I definitely recommend this place for a dental provider.

Since the name change, they dont answer the phone, I just wanted to know if they still take walkins, no answer, no answer Im not happy about that.

I would never go there again. Not even my worse enemy. They treat the customers like dirt. Have absolutely no respect for their customers at all. Very disrespectful. I had an insurance that paid 100% so they had no worry of getting their money. But they treated me like I had Leprosy.

Im so pleased with my dentist and assistance, they gave me my smile back. Im so happy with them. Thanks everyone

The receptionist when I went yesterday was extremely rude, she seemed annoyed by my questions and answered them in clipped tones. The dentist was nice, but didnt actually talk to me. After quickly scanning my xrays then checking my teeth she told me what needed to be done and left, she didnt explain how or why the procedures needed to be done. Checking out was horrible, I was under the impression that I had a 60 dollar copay and could make large payments on the rest of the bill. In reality, I had to pay 50% of that days charges or wouldnt be able to make a followup appointment. The only saving grace about this place is the dental hygienist I saw, she was amazing. I have bad anxiety and fears about the dentist and she was really good about helping me relax and reminding me to breathe. She didnt bat an eye when I cried as she was working on my teeth, I couldnt love her more. Everything else about this place is awful. Dont go here.

Trying to get an appointment there is very difficult. Services are basic - and the dentists were inexperienced (though nice people) I am glad that this clinic is here for the poor and uninsured. ( A federal grant funds the clinic - the Tax payers are funding the clinics services) I wish we would do more. However I can not recommend this clinic - I do recommend that if you do have insurance and have elsewhere to go - dont waste your time here.

Dr. THOMAS is the absolutely the best dentist Ive ever been to!!! Had 3 teeth pulled. Explained everything in great detail! All the staff were amazing from the time you walk in till the time you leave!Thank You again!!!Randy Schablin

My girlfriend has two front chipped teeth pretty bad actually they fixed the one that was chipped but refused to fix the other brittle one and what do you know 3 months later the other one chipped again... it didnt take them long to schedule her but the receptionist was rude and made both of us feel like crap and didnt help us with questions we had. At least the dentist was nice. So over all i think its the luck of the draw. My experience was 50 50 but I can see how easily it is to get a horrible experience here.

I went there today to refill my tooth that I lost its old filling and to check another tooth . When i got checked in, the nurse refused to take x ray for both teeth. So, they checked the one with the lost filling. After, checking and while cleaning , the doctor broke a piece of my tooth and then she said there is no way to fill it. When checking out, I paid $75 dollars and they refused to have following appointment to my other tooth. All in all, It was bad visit. I paid $75 dollars , losing a piece of my tooth, and not getting another appointment. It was futile . Do not go there if you have another option.

The receptionist Chelsea is soo rude childish and unprofessional she tells me my child hasnt been seen in the clinic I tried explaining to her as in to why that was and what to do to fix it so the current info shows up but she catches an attitude and hangs up !!! Is it a place of business or a daycare!! No complaints with Dr. Thomas shes really warm and welcoming

I love it had a tooth ach and they got me in that day and pulled the tooth that needed to come out right then and there

That place sux the floors were dirty the staff are a group of gags they know nothing about mental health and how to handle thoese patients there was no help there The doctor was a pure c—— learn when some one is having a panic attack and help them don’t dismiss them because of your foolish pride how in professional can one person be

Today i went to the new building to be seen and yet i called last week and when i went they tell me i didnt have one and so I call the other building and the Lady tell me i didnt as well when i knew i did she also told me Ive never been seen there before which was a Big lie. So i told her i did talk to someone last week and yes i have been seen there and that i really needed the appt because of radiation and she turned around to say that they are very busy and are booked up and also that they dont take people in because they want to be seen so i told her i dont want to be seen i need to and than she say not even if you need to be seen and that i shall go find another Dentist office.. I was and still is verrrry hurt and upset .

When I called to get a price quote, they told it would be about $80. When I got there, my price increased to $186. The dentist asked me if this was okay, and I said that I was already there so might as well, she finished with my filling. Then, when I went to pay, they told me the price was $210. If I had known it would be that much, I would have went somewhere else. How does my price change 3 times in less than a 24hr period? This place is a joke.

They do good work and very friendly.
