They take their time, answer all your questions and never make me feel rushed. My hygienist, Sonya, is the reason I came to Dynamic Dental. She is absolutely the best hygienist ever. And don’t just take my word for it, she won a prestigious award from Colgate. Today was my initial appointment at Dynamic dental and it was a great experience!! Porsche was very warm and welcoming. She was very thorough in explaining what my appointment would be like and all the things she was doing. Dr. Jangha was very direct and detailed about my X-rays and what additional practices I need to implement when brushing my teeth.

I was afraid to get a new dentist but the doctor made me feel at ease the minute he walked into the room. He explained exactly what he was going to do and he did it. The proposed work to be done was completely typed up showing who paid for what. Something I never received from prior dentist. All work needed was because of poor dental work. I’ll be giving her a review on her site shortly.

This dental practice was awesome. Not because it’s extremely close to my house (walking distance), the staff is very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I am very particular who I allow to examine my teeth. My regular dentist did not have any more appointments for the year and I am between dental insurance. I found this practice through the mail and decided to give it a try. The price for an exam, cleaning and x-rays are affordable. I am going back as well as bringing my whole family and recommending my friends. It will not disappoint you to try them out!Since my last review above, I came back and now my whole family goes to this practice. They have remained professional and friendly throughout all our visits. I have also recommended a friend. I received a credit for the referral once my friend completed their services. Yesterday, at Dynamic Dental Care, I had my first dental appointment. A friend referred me to the practice. The visit exceeded my expectations!Following Covid Protocols, they had me wait in my car until they were ready for me. By doing so, the staff could maintain social distancing.Dynamic Dental Care had all of the newest technology. As Portia, my hygienist, took X-rays of my teeth. We could see them on a screen in front of me. Then, she folded the X-ray machine into a wall closet.Portia, my hygienist, was determined to remove the most resistant stains between several teeth.She was teaching during the whole cleaning about foods and drinks that stain the teeth. I knew about coffee and tea as big stainers. But, I never knew blueberries, strawberries, and green leafy vegetables in, and separate from, smoothies stain your teeth.She was amazing. After several years of quarterly cleanings (two paid for out of pocket), Portia prevailed.Since Dr. Jangha, the practice owner, was only there on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I saw Dr. McMillan, the dentist, one of two practice associates. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and was willing to answer my questions. He displayed familiarity with the latest research.All staff displayed a warm and welcoming attitude. They worked hard to solicit and accommodate patient preferences. All practice staff members are competent dental care providers. When I arrived home, Dynamic Dental Care had texted me an evaluation of their services.I look forward to my next appointment.Sandra Picot

I was a new patient at Dynamic Dental Care on November 2020 and recently had the worst experience and will definetly be getting in touch with my insurance provider to inform them of this situation. I had an abcess which in most cases you are prescribed antibiotics for it to be cleared. I was denied medication because of delayed treatment which is unfair because of my financial situation which they did not care for. I was then forced to take immediate action because of my pain tolerance.They not only accused me of requesting opiods but they failed to treat me with proper procedures as a dentist should. I ended up getting my tooth extracted and still was recommended over the counter medication with no antibiotic. The over the counter medication did not help at all. The representative Amber was making it inconvienent for me by having me drive 45 mins the following day while in pain. She also read the text message from the doctor which stated I was given multiple antibiotic presciptions which is false. I will no longer be coming to this office.

My brother was seen by Dr. Ryan McCormack on Friday for a dental extraction. He had an infection in November and because he maxed out on his insurance and he got laid off, he was unable to get the root canal and crown done. He recently started feeling a lot of pain and decided to go see dynamic dental to resolve this issue. Instead of Dr. McCormack saving his tooth, he extracted it. He did not prescribe antibiotics or any pain medication after his extraction. He told him to take Tylenol and ibuprofen around the clock which is fine but he had another tooth next to the one that was extracted that needed a root canal as well. So they know he has an infection yet they did not prescribe him one. I called the after hours yesterday and spoke to amber jangha and she told me that the dr would not prescribe it due to him taking antibiotics several times. Let’s just say Amber jangha SPOKE TO ME THE WAY SHE DID BECAUSE HER DADDY (Dr. Kweke Jangha) is the owner so she really doesn’t care because her daddy won’t fire her. My brother was never prescribed antibiotics. I told her I am a doctor myself and it’s standard protocol to prescribe antibiotics for a dental abscess. She told me to go ahead and prescribe it myself which is not only illegal, it is out of my scope of practice as I did not extract his tooth. Not only was amber jangha rude and disrespectful, she hung up on me several times. She told me she will no longer speak to me but I told her I have power of attorney and she told me then he has to be seen elsewhere. When they extracted his tooth, the tooth next to it chipped during the process. This entire experience has been horrible and I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are unprofessional and disrespectful.

The entire team was customer service compliance.Very comfortable setting while waiting for Dr. JI was impressed with the COVID 19 social distance and how I was greeted with my temp taking and hands sanitized. My hygienist Sonya and dentist Dr. Jangha took all necessary Covid protocol to ensure the environment was safe for my appointment. They had a clean office and took their time to personalize my treatment and referral.The best part was at the end of my appointment. Dynamic Dental provided a detailed printout of services charges and insurance coverages. This was a massive plus for me. The information provided would allow me to see the invoice breakdown before approving and sending it to my insurance company. I look forward to my next visit.

The facilities are immaculate and the service was above reproach. I had an emergency visit and they explained everything to me.The Dr. answered all my questions and explained the difference and the importance of each option. But ultimately the choice was mine. Great dental practice with very nice staff and doctors. Arrived on time for my first appointment and front desk staff was very friendly and efficient in getting me registered and seen - very short wait time. Hygienist was informative throughout procedure and answered all my questions. When dentist arrived for routine check (again very short wait time) she was very nice and further explained needed follow up work with answers to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this practice and will be returning for future visits.

Wonderful! I was so stressed because I had horrible dental pain that was becoming emergency. They got me in same day to see Dr. J and he was great. He was very nice, thorough, and his bedside manner was a delight. I have a deep cavity in my wisdom tooth and the tooth is cracked. They were able to find this out very quickly, prescribe meds, and recommend me to a surgeon. A++ will be back and recommend my family & friends to Dynamic Dental Care.

I was completely happy with Dynamic Dental care. My experience from start to finish was great. I felt good about my teeth when I left. The Dr. Took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had.

My husband and I have always gone here and had great experiences; but I was nervous scheduling despite reopening during quarantine. Great experience. I had called ahead before asking the appointment that the hygienists and doctor wore face shields and masks which of course they replied yes. Before I arrived I texted saying I was there and then waited for a response saying they were ready for me. There was hand sanitizer at the elevator and I received hand sanitizer upon checking in. There was one person checking out when I arrived but you could easily stay 6ft away as no one else was waiting on the area. My temperature was taken (not super accurate temp but I also filled out a questionnaire after scheduling and before my appointment regarding symptoms and COVID contact) and then I had my xrays taken. The X-ray tech was double surgical masked and I didn’t see sign of an n95 but I wasn’t so nervous about that as contact was limited. My hygienist was thorough and provided useful feedback for my cleaning. He had a face shield n95 and surgical mask over top so I felt very comfortable during my cleaning. I love Dr J he’s funny and very kind and has given me more help any dentist that I have gone to previous to him. He is very knowledgeable and I can tell he’s interested in educating patients (which I love as a nurse). I love my care here.

This was my first cleaning in an embarrassingly long time. The staff was quick with the new patient registration and they almost immediately went to work on my x rays and cleaning. After the cleaning I felt like I had a whole new mouth. During the process (when I didn’t have cleaning instruments in my mouth), it felt easy to ask questions without judgement. Went here today for the first time after seeing an ad at the Columbia mall. The office was clean and everything looked new and modern. I had a 630 appointment and was seen exactly at that time, no waiting at all which is great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. And you could tell they made an effort to make sure I was comfortable. I had a great over all experience and will likely make this place my go to from now on.

I’m so happy that I chose Dynamic Dental. I tend to have anxiety at the dentist, and every member of the staff here made me feel perfectly at ease. They were warm and wonderful! I need to have some extensive work done, so I was also grateful that they have really great financing options. This was my best dental experience to date. Dynamic Dental office in Columbia is fresh and modern. Ive been with them almost a year - had cleaning done twice and filling done twice as well. All four times have been great experiences. Dr. Patel is my Dentist and I absolutely love her. In my previous experiences at other offices I always left with sore gums and my lower face wiped clean of all my makeup after a cleaning. Dr Patel, however, is gentle and constantly asks are you doing ok? If I get water sprayed on my chin, her assistant or her wipe it off gently (not rough like they are trying to get a stain out)! I leave that office with (makeup still on) my teeth feeling fresh and clean and my gums are not sore. The receptionist is extremely friendly and appears genuinely happy to see me (I never got that in my last dentist office in Laurel, MD). The appointments are made on my schedule and not the other way around. I love it here! I have recently moved from Columbia to Baltimore but I will not be switching dentists.

No greeting, started arguing that she tried to reach me and since I didnt pick up, she canceled my appointment.Words couldnt describe my anger, and the worst wasShe tought she made sense. Rude and unprofessionalI asked for the Doctor to give me a call which didnt happen of course.They now have one less client and I will share my experience with everyone I know

My first visit was excellent! Easy to locate. Beautiful surroundings. Tyrell my hygienistis very professional, respectful and gentleas well as thorough. Dr. Jackson was prompt.I did not feel pushed to get extra servicesyet asked several times if I had questions.I would highly recommend this dental office to all my friends.

First time in today & was super nervous about the appointment. The dental hygienist and dentist explained everything in very good detail to me so i could get an understanding. The staff is really friendly and the dentist was great. I have had several root canals and the one performed here was the best. I had no pain after the procedure and was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend them to any and everyone.
