They have a great selection, but thats where the greatness ends. Purchased a brand new drag 2 mod (kit with extra tank and stuff). Came back two days later with receipt in hand, explaining that the new vape I got does not charge batteries. I was told by the employee that charging batteries is not an intended use of the vape, and if I have this problem then I should by a charger for the batteries. Now my vape isnt even draining the batteries evenly! After one of the batteries are drained, I swap them so that the other battery with better charge is in the first one (where it will be used more). Very disatisfied... And now that its out of the 30 day window, its too late to return. this place is good for buying juice, but dont spend any real money here on a new vape! learn from my mistakes...

I had given Como Vapor a critical review based on the high prices. The owner responded and ,since he cared, decided to give them a second chance. Though the price is higher, they have A LOT no other store had in stock and the employees were polite and ARE knowledgeable, NO OTHER local store had anything i wanted or needed. A experience at aqueous proved 1 employee ignorant by claiming he knew the right way to assemble a product when it was in fact the wrong way. Not to bash aqueous but its important to make sure your employees do not act like they know something when they do not and the result could have harmed me and my mod on top of not working. If your impatient and willing to pay for convenience and quality like me, Como Vapor wont waste your time or steer you anywhere but the couches to enjoy your vape.

Horrible customer service!! Bought a battery on sat went in Sunday because battery wasn’t working on all 4 settings. Kid gets it to work on one of 4 settings and says it works. Obviously not what I payed for!! Will not shop there again since they would not exchange for one that fully works! Company sells defective products! Do not buy from them!

Theyve sold me great equipment, never pushing me to go over budget, and theyve always helped me find the best juices to work with my atomizers. Sold me the Same thing they sold me over a year ago even tho I asked for something better. I expressed specifically what I needed and I was talked down to and as if I was stupid. Yet I didnt know of other places and I desperately wanted off my cigs after many many years. After going back in a cpl of times for help with my vape to no avail my parents went in hoping for different results and the Young man said he didnt help me not realizing my daughter was with them and had been with me(shes 18)..... They are rude... Really seem like they dont care, seem like its just about the money, and are not afraid to belittle you

I moved here from California a couple of years ago and I go to school in the plaza. I had gone to this vape store a couple of times to get vape-juice for my subox vape. I had grown out of vaping since it had failed to replace cigarettes for me. A month ago I got the juul and seamlessly gave up smoking. About 2 weeks later I started to notice that I was going through 1 juul pod a day, the equivalent of twice as much njcotine as I took in from smoking. I walked into Como Vapor and started to explain the situation. The clerk basically finished my sentence and immediately recommended a product that was affordable, similar, and addressed all my issues. I just tried the product and am so pleased with it. You cant always tell at first how great a product is so I wont mention it by name, but the service was definitely fantastic at Como Vapor.

I go a long distance out of my way to CoMo Vapor but its always well worth it. They carry the best juice available and every 11th bottle is free. They carry the newest and highest quality hardware available and stand behind their products. Customer service is top notch.. Ben and Ryan will get you right.Dont waist your time anywhere else... Highly Recommended. Clean store, nice atmosphere.I had been a cigarette smoker for about 16 years 2+ packs a day. I had tried the cheap gas station ecigs in the past only to revert right back to smoking. After visiting a few different vape stores in the Columbia area only to be rudely met by a ridicules cloud of vape to be blown directly in my face.These guys at como vape actually took the time to not only listen to my reasoning for wanting to quit, but explained the products to me as well.Again...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’m an over the road driver and stopped in to replenish my juice and discovered that they not only have respectably priced juice but they also still stock the Kanger sub tank mini which is the best tank with rba head ever made and I have 4 years of trying random devices. So I ended up with juice and a spare tank. Being a somewhat old school vaper, finding a shop that still stocks what I like is pretty rare

Ive been vaping for approximately three years now. I started as a pack a day smoker and am now down to three mg of nicotine.I first went to the high profile super hipster shops in my town. They would always try and upsell me on the newest, fanciest, and most expensive gadgets they could find, almost completely ignoring the specifications of what I wanted and needed. I work security so I need something thats rugged, reliable, and can stand being dropped more than once. I just never was satisfied with their products.Then I found Como vapor. Ive been to a couple of their stores in the area and the contrast was like night and day. From the moment I walked into the store it was about what I wanted and needed. They didnt push me to get the MEGAVAPOR CHERNOBYL CLOUD KILLER 9000! Or any of the other high end rigs, though they do offer them if you want them. Instead they walked me through a few of heir affordable, all in one options. These werent anything crazy, just simple and rugged. No fussing with batteries or wattage or ohms. Just puff and go. Ive worked my way up and am just now getting into the higher end equipment and theyve helped me every step of the way with patience and knowledge.Now Im in at least twice a week ether buying juice or coils. Ive had a few cigarettes here and there over the past year or so but Ive never actually picked the habit back up and I like to think Como Vapor has played no small part in this.If you want good prices, good selection, a wide assortment of flavors and an excellent friendly staff, give Como Vapor a try. You might end up hooked like I have. Thanks guys, keep being awesome, and Ill be seeing you all again soon for some delicious juice!

I purchased a tank with a glass wall at Como Vapor. When I got home I discovered a chip in the glass. I returned the tank well within the stores 30 day requirement for damaged merchandise. The staff were not helpful and did not follow the stores policy on replacing damaged products. If you ever purchase anything from them dont be surprised by their failure to stand behind their merchandise or their lack of respect for customers.
