Daniel was awesome with helping me purchase my first laptop over ten years ago when I was starting college, I was extremely happy to know that he was still in business so that I could purchase another! Ive purchased two laptops from him this year (one for business and the other for my personal use). Daniel is always professional, courteous, respectful, and very fair with his prices! I wouldnt have been a return shopper for 2 more devices if there was such problems with him or his business.

He was great! My laptop crashed and he was able to recover my files, save them, fix my hard drive, and put my giles back on my laptop. Lifesaver! Fast service and genuine too.

After buying a laptop from this guy FOUR days (12/4/2019) ago for $350.00! I imediatley noticed the battery was not holding a charge, giving me shy of TWO hours of charge before It COMPLETELY DIED. DANIEL (the owner) NEVER made me aware of the malfunctioning issues with the item. After contacting him, he told me its not his problem and that its not covered under the parts warrent. He NEVER explained what was covered and evaded ALL of my pertinent questions. Furthermore, he told me that I would have to PAY MORE MONEY to correct the malfunctioning battery. Lastly, he REFUSED to help me or explain what could be done and HUNG UP IN MY FACE mid conversation. Daniel was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and ignorant to the way business is conducted. $350.00 later, I would coution ANYONE about doing business with him or any of his affiliates...the level of disappointment will be ASTOUNDING!!!!!.....I will be taking legal action.
