Took my dress here last week to get it altered and got it back today. Great turnaround time. Quality work. Great customer service. Will be returning

I brought three items to be altered and paid $50. Two of my items are fine. The third item, a jumpsuit that I needed the straps shortened on, wasn’t even altered. It looks like there’s been absolutely no work done. At first, I thought that was a good thing. But after putting it on and having to continuously adjust my straps as they fell down, I looked again and realized that they hadn’t been altered. A waste of money. Now I have to find someone else to do the work that I paid to have done the first time. She was sweet, and prompt with my items. I would just suggest looking at your clothes before leaving or at least within the 5 days she allows for touch ups.

Anh is an excellent seamstress and her prices are very reasonable. She made alterations to four blouses for me and they are perfect. I highly recommend her!

Walked into this place to find the seamstress eating directly on/beside piles of clothing which was my first red flag seeing how customers clothing was thrown about all the countertops disrespectfully also she was not wearing a mask. Asked her if she could replace the zipper on a pair of jeans and a hoodie, the women then inspected the non broken side of the hoodie and not the broken side or the jeans and told me to come back with the replacement zippers. When I clarified if I was expected to leave and come back another day to bring my own zippers she says “yeah if you can’t find them I have it”. if you have it why do I have to go bring my own zipper replacements, and if I’m bringing my Own replacement zippers why am I still being charged full price to repair them, would you like me to supply you the needle and thread as well? Normally I would just do it no problem but her general dismissive attitude and treatment of customers clothing was really bad will be getting these garments repaired elsewhere.

Service was great! I took her a dress for my daughter to be altered and only had a picture of her wearing it. The alteration was done in less than a day and perfect.
