Great bikes and great customer service! We rented overnight and rode 30 miles each way. Bikes were perfect! Will definitely return when we have a rental need!

I don’t know why I like it so much but after a couple of years and several thousand miles Im still crazy about the Pedego!Now, dont let Patrick see this, but a Rolls-Royce dealership would be well off to have anybody on staff of his caliber.Patrick will let you know that in his eyes you are a very special and valued customer.With a bike as quality made as a Pedego, and a dealership like Columbia has, there is no way you can go wrong.

Weve read all the reviews and have spoken to friends who already are enjoying this expanded world that these machines can openWeve been to the bike shop we worked with for years and almost bought two bikes.Then we found Patrick and Pedego Columbia.Wow! What a difference. Patricks store, nestled in downtown Columbia, s perfect and his carefully thought out responses to all of our questions came through as honest and crafted to us, our ages (Im 70 and my wife 66) and where and what our riding styles might be.I highly recommend this shop for your electric bike and accessories. We cannot say enough awesome things about Patrick, the owner in Columbia Missouri! We were in town visiting a former student of mine who is a freshman football player at Mizzou.He has a small ebike that had a seat post and seat missing from a shipping issue. Patrick did not have anything that would fit properly but he spent almost an hour adapting what he had to make it work. We are so grateful for his kindness and time!! You will not find better customer service!! Thank you !!!

We had an amazing experience! They have fantastic customer service and were kind and extremely helpful, from booking our rentals to returning our bikes. We had a question while out on our ride, and a phone call to the shop was all it took to resolve our issue! Would recommend to everyone, and we will definitely be back!

We stopped in today as 100% inexperienced bike people. Patrick was amazing! He answered all of our questions with kindness and compassion. We rented the bikes and will definitely be back. They weren’t open yet, But Richard still rented two bikes to my friend and I .Went 20 miles that first day. Returned to the shop with tears in our eyes. I thought rides like that we’re not possible for me anymore. Pedal assist is a gift for people Challenged at any level. We went back two days later and road for 40 miles that day! I love these bikes! I can’t wait to buy one!

I bought a new bicycle last week and that had some issues with braking and weird sound from rear wheel right after assembly. I messed up when I attempted to fix it. Got to visit this shop and I found them extremely knowledgeable. I was very happy as theyve done a wonderful job. Would highly recommend... The people there are so nice and friendly, you would admire them.

My husband & I stopped by to see what this shop offered. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy these pedal assist bikes were. The staff was very helpful & very personable. We had an awesome trail ride with no trouble. Definitely doing this again!!!

Excellent experience! I went in here with questions about electric bikes in general and seeking to find what was right for me and my transportation needs. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was able to test drive an electric bike for the first time and had all my questions answered. We took out 3 of the bikes with friends Saturday for a few hours and it was a blast definitely recommend!

We got to demo two of the Pedego electric bikes today, and they are a lot of fun! We tried them out in a really hilly area, and the extra support from the electric assist was great for going up the hills. It is nice to have the option to use assist, especially if you haven’t ridden in a while! Dan patiently walked us through the operation of the bikes and encouraged us to jump on and go! Excited for them to officially open, this will be a great addition for the Columbia area! We didn’t go to the shop today, but we saw pictures that looked great.

Great location to rent and purchase electric bikes and test drive them on the beautiful bike trails right out their front door!
