The techs did an AWESOME job replacing our old shower and tub on 11/01/2019. We are very pleased with the way they came in and completed the work in the same day. They left the area very cleaned. Bath fitter removed my shower tub and replaced it with an acrylic type walk-in shower. I am very happy with the quality of the shower. Its easy to clean and durable construction. The installer was polite and efficient. He completed the job in one day but he was only able to complete that one specific job even if I offered more money. Unlike a contractor, any niche or additional work to the bathroom would need to be completed by someone else. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

I am very pleased with the job Bath Fitter did changing out my old tub and wall unit with one of their acrylic showers. The gentleman was professional, and did an excellent job installing the new unit and cleaning up afterward. It took a little over a day to complete which was also wonderful. I would highly recommend them!

Thanks to Bath Fitters, our home has been completely brought into the 21st century. We had two (2) bathrooms that needed transforming. One was pink in color, and the other was blue---both having tub/shower combinations. We had the blue one turned into a large shower area.Each transformation only took one (1) day to complete. Wow! We are loving our new walk in shower. No slip grip on the floor pan and it is all so easy to keep clean. I am really impressed with the no-leak track on the glass doors. Bath Fitters is great!! They really did an EXCELLENT job!! Before contacting Bath Fitters, I made the mistake of hiring an unreliable company, who offered a Lifetime Warranty. After attempting to fix the SAME problem several times, they stopped returning my phone calls or answering emails. The tub was not only ugly, worse yet, it leaked. Bath Fitters really saved the day. Thanks to them, I now have a new walk-in shower that is not only beautiful but I no longer have to worry about water damage every time we take a shower. Bath Fitters was professional and friendly from my 1st phone call to the finished product. I highly recommend Bath Fitters !!!!

High price but did a good job.

I called Bath Fitters and was told that someone would call me back to schedule an estimate visit. I had 2 bathrooms in a rental property that I needed redone. Four days later no one had called me back. I then called back, to try again to get a quote and was assured that someone would call me that evening. That again did not happen. I then called back to let them know that if this was the type of service they offered for a quote, I certainly did not want them for the job. Terrible customer service.

Walk in shower for wheelchair installed in 2 days of July in 18th and 19th. Our installer was Chris, he did an awesome job and cleaned out the area after finishing all by himself! Collapsible ramp was not as good as I thought, it makes it difficult to go in and out of shower when wheel is small. we had large tire at back so it can go over the ramp to back in/out of shower. It prevents water from going to slower, so I understand its necesary, I just hope it could have been little bit more shorter.

Be careful dealing with the Columbia Sc branch they are obviously hard up for business and are misleading. We were told one thing by are salesman and after deciding not to use them (which definitely glad we didn’t and they kept our good faith deposit )It’s a lesson learned but I work for very large company and our customers are the backbone to our success we would never keep someone’s deposit for our services especially if we haven’t even provided a service yet but we’re not desperate for money. If u do business with them be careful and do your homework and also hope you don’t have to talk to there District Sales Manager because he doesn’t seem to care about the customer according to him it’s buisness but I’m gonna disagree BE CAREFUL
