Very convenient and reasonably priced. I stored my stuff there in an outdoor unit from March-September and all of it survived the elements with no mold, pests, water damage, etc. Employees were always very friendly. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

This is the best storage place in Como!! I kept stuff here over the summer and had no worries. Everything was exactly how I left it and the management team here is awesome. I felt very safe the many times I went there and it is a perfect location from campus!

Great place to store your stuff and management is amazing! We have stored our travel trailer here as well as had a storage unit. The process was very smooth and having 24hr access to our things was great with our schedule. Michael was always very helpful and accessible when we needed anything!

I went to purchase a storage unit and no one was there. I had to call the on the red phone 3 times and was told the manager was on the property and would be to the front in 10 minutes...I waited 35 minutes and no one showed. I then picked up the red phone and called again. I was told they couldnt reach one... I waited 10 more min. I then called once again and as I hung up a lady drove up and identified herself as Ursala...she apologized and said no one had called her and she was sorry that she forgot to put up the out to lunch sign.I was called that evening by the Mgr. and was told that I needed to put a lock on the empty unit before he left for the day as it was against the owners policy to have locks on every unit at all times. I got there and purchased a lock from him because he say they were cheaper than Walmart. He then headed to the unit where I put the lock on it. He spoke on safety and how well lit the property was. I return that night with my items and saw that it was not well lit at all. I had to use my high beams so they could see while unloading the truck. To say the least I will not go there alone when it is dark, because it is definitely not well lit!!They did have light on random units as the picture depicts but it was only in a few locations.

Excellent facility—from start to finish they make the whole process very easy and efficient. StorageMart customer service is fantastic all around, but Michael (this location’s manager) is the best: incredibly friendly and helpful.

I had an emergency car breakdown and had to store the car at this facility and have it shipped back to us a couple months later. The management at this facility was SO HELPFUL getting me set up and assisting with the pick up of our car. During a stressful time, I could not have asked for someone so kind and helpful.Additionally, this facility is clean, well maintained, and secure. It was a fantastic facility to store our vehicle at.

Great Place! Excellent Manager! Efficient registration and check out! Make sure to get your own insurance on your unit! If not, theirs is not the cheapest! I’d store my things there again if needed!

Michael was very kind and efficient.The storage space that I am renting is great in size. There is some kind of oil-looking substance on the floor, and what looks like cat litter. It wasnt addressed when shown the unit but there were other customers waiting to be helped, so he could have been too distracted and forgot.

I want to say that Micheal is one of the absolute best property managers Ive ever deal with. He is one of the most friendliness and dedicated managers Ive ever had the honor of dealing with. He makes sure your stuff is safe and very secure! If any is ever not right he does his absolute best to make things right for you while ur stuff is on StorageMart property! U wont find anyone any better then him. Ur stuff will always be completely safe and secure with StorageMart!

My experience with this StorageMart has been great. Mike showed me the different units that may be available when I needed it and made sure it was a controlled unit. He watched for the size of unit I wanted, let me know when it was available and worked with me in getting the best unit for my needs. All units I saw were very clean, did not have any smell and adequate access. I defiantly will recommend this StorageMart facility to anyone interested. They will work hard to meet you storage needs. Awesome to do business with them!!

This was my first time getting a storage unit and it was great. The staff was friendly and on top of it all. Before signing for anything they showed you the unit and made sure it was what you needed. It was a great experience.

The General Manager (Michael) made the check in process as easy and painful as possible! When I first called looking for a specific size space, there were not any available. Michael took my name and number and contacted me as soon as he had a vacancy. I appreciate his follow up and follow through.

The two weeks prior to our move we experienced several logistics problems but Michael provided solutions and accomodations to make the moving of our items from another state to Columbia as smooth as possible. The site manager was very friendly and professional, and was super kind to me when I needed an immediate place to store my belongings during a long distance move. The storage unit was clean and in great shape, I never had any water damage or issues with mice/bugs, and I didnt feel worried about anyone breaking into the unit. Have used this unit for a couple of years to store excess furniture and items. Staff always prompt and friendly. When I moved the last of our stuff out of the unit over the weekend, I got a call from the site manager first thing Monday morning (noticing our lock was gone) asking if everything was ok. He processed my check out over the phone - saving me a trip over there! I will definitely use again. The place is about as a secure as you can make a storage unit.

Smiled through some stressful situations and was always putting customers first! Great employee!!!! And the company sent a text with link to add storage Mart to your contacts WITH the code to get into the gate in the notes! So perfect! I so hope the rest of my experiences with them are as good as this was today!
