Rented a storage unit from March 2019 to July 2021. The price was reasonable and I had no problems whatsoever. (They can’t be paying Debbie enough!) Would definitely use Rosewood Storage again.

I had a wonderful experience with Rosewood Storage for almost 10 months of storing my belongings. The unit was clean, dry and easily accessible. The people were always friendly and helpful.

Rosewood self storage was very professional and efficient. I had very little time to move property into a storage unit and Debbie was very helpful with everything. Highly recommend.

I made my initial reservation online. Once I arrived at the facility, my paperwork was completed within 15 minutes. The office personnel are very prompt and efficient.... getting you in and out. The staff also took the time to walk to the storage unit and explain the locking mechanism and security.

Debbie is the best! She is kind, patient and knows her stuff!! She took me to see the unit even though it was raining. The office is organized and stocked with moving supplies. So happy I found Rosewood Self Store! More than highly recommend.

The customer service was excellent. The handsome gentleman in the office was extremely helpful and courteous and genuinely cared about providing great customer care. I was in and out, ready to drive off in the truck, in about 10 minutes.He gave precise direction on what to do after regular business hours to return the truck, Id definitely use this location again.

MICHAEL MORRISON IS THE OWNER!!! BEWARE!!!! I was the manager there at Rosewood Self Storage and I am here to tell you that the entire facility is infested with rats and snakes. The owner refuses to take responsibility of this issue and if you store your belongings there, expect to see rat droppings and snake skins everywhere! I am glad I am no longer affiliated with this dump of a storage facility. There is NO CLIMATE CONTROL, never was! MICHAEL MORRISON is the OWNER!!!

Please repaint your unit numbers! Also, adding a second or brighter light bulb in your 30 units would be a great help. I could only hope and dream for an outlet in there....

The facility is clean and the customer service is great. The rental process is easy. The location is convenient to USC. I need access to my unit after business hours and they offer 24 hour access where other facilities do not and there units are drive up so you do not have to deal with stairs.

Said he was open until 5 pm. Showed up way before that and we agreed I would come back later to get the key because he couldnt get the computer to work. I came back at 4 and he was no where to be found. the office was locked. I called lifestorage on garners ferry because I needed to put my stuff somewhere asap. they are so friendly. GO TO LIFESTORAGE. NOT HERE

I walked in and was helped immediately, i was able to walk out in 15 minutes with the unit i needed at a very reasonable price

This location has very irate Customer Service, I called to inquire about the cost of moving and the defensive and aggressive demeanor I received from a #UHAUL employee/representative was very unpleasant and undeserving. The male Uhaul employee/representative refused to provide his name when I informed him that this phone call has become very aggressive and I felt very uncomfortable speaking to him any longer. A follow up call was made to corporate immediately.

Moved my stuff in on the 5th, had it there for 2 months took it out the 4th of the last month and still got charged for 3 months even though it was there for 2, the lady in the office said she wasn’t going to charge me for that month but still did. Ripoff
