5:30 on a Friday evening on my way home from work I figure out I have a flat tire. I had enough air to get to the nearest gas station air pump. It was out of order. Luckily there was a tire store next door. They close at 6:00. I went in anyway and they offered to put air in my tire but couldn’t look at it that evening. The leak was too big to drive anywhere on it. My husband calls Big O and they said come as quickly as you can. I get there at 5:52 and without hesitation they gladly get my car right in and fix the tire and I’m out the door at 6:07. Thank you Big O!!

My wife took her car in to get 1 new tire put on. She went to pick it up when it was ready only to find out that they had replaced all 4 and attempted to charge us for all four. They had to take more time to put the 3 old tires back on. No discount for wasted time and inconvenience of going back on a busy day.

Went in today to get tires and wheel alignment on my daughter car. Walked in at 1010 and was out by 1055. Also need some work done and asked Russ if he knew of a repair shop and he gave me info for one. These guys are always kind and professional and serve you with a smile.

No appointment needed which is nice but had my oil changed & had to return the next day as I discovered my coolant was empty! Theyre supposed to ✔ your fluids & top them off, so obviously they didnt even bother to look! When I brought it up, I got some BS response about why they didnt do what they were supposed to do. I rely on the expertise of the mechanics to help keep my vehicle in good condition & help keep me safe on the road, im a senior and am usually transporting my granddaughters!!! I then had to replace another part in the cooling system! Back a week later to replace yet another deposit part. Armed with my experience you decide.

Great experience this morning. Went in for an oil change & had some concerns about my car. They took care of my oil change in a timely manner. Also, they went above & beyond to take care of a small issue that meant a lot just because they cared. They treat you with respect & honesty here.

I just bought a used car and went in to get it inspected so I could register it. Car drove great when I bought it, no problems at all. When I got the inspection they told me that I needed to replace my whole control arm, ball joints and a whole list of stuff to fix it. $837 total to fix, and they told me if was unsafe to drive and I needed to fix it ASAP. I was very upset because I was almost certain there wasn’t an issue with the car or even one that serious. Also I was very scared to drive it 30 minutes home because of how unsafe I was told it was. So I left and the man seemed disappointed that I wasn’t having it fixed right away. So I got it inspected elsewhere the next week and figured out there is one minor thing wrong with it that took $90 to fix and its safe to drive. So not sure what exactly went on there, but I feel like I got taken advantage of because I’m young and don’t know much about cars. Will not be going back :(

I bought their tour legacy plus tires and they have held up great. They feel great on the road, so far extremely happy.

Needed one tire and received it , but put it on myself as I felt they were to good to do it for me. I know I am apprehensive about work done to my car, but I also felt there was a lack of communication between the team members at that location on what I wanted...

We are in a pandemic and the guy at the front counter wouldnt wear a mask. Im not talking like he had it pulled down, or his nose was exposed. This guy didnt have a mask on at all. How intolerant and insensitive to others to not wear a mask when THOUSANDS of people are dying every day. It doesnt matter if youve had a vaccine or already caught it. Big O has lost my business from now on. Ive taken my car here for years. Sad that something so simple, yet so important, as a mask could destroy that business relationship.

I missed my appointment and they still made room to do my alignment. Discovered a broken tie rod and they still got me out much quicker than anticipated. Staff was super friendly and lobby was clean and inviting with coffee available. At checkout they noticed a mis-priced item and adjusted the total which saved me money in the end. I would highly recommend Big Os Tires on Peachtree in Columbia MO for quality service, fair prices, and honest customer service. RESPECTFULLY APPROVED!

I honestly wouldnt even give it one star but it made me choose. I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Big O Tires on Peachtree Dr. in Columbia, MO. I dropped my car off for an oil change. A couple hours later I received a call from the manager, Bob, and he stated that I had a beautiful car and that he would like me to call him back. It was an odd message with no real information. Upon arriving at the store he walked me outside to show me that the person changing my oil had damaged the hood of my car by not putting the hood stand down before trying to close the hood. To me, it seems like, if you are an expert mechanic, this is a pretty basic step. Apparently he forced it down so hard it left a huge dent in the hood, almost bending it in half. Bob explained that he would take care of everything all I had to do was go (on my own time) and get TWO estimates to get it fixed. As I was coming inside to get my keys he proceeded to hand me a bill for the oil change. Asking me to pay for an oil change that damaged my car is unacceptable. The very least he could have done was cover the cost of the service that ruined my hood. And, after speaking to Big O Corporate, that was 100% something that could have been and should have been done. While running my card to pay for the oil change, Bob, offered to call my husband to explain what happened AS IF a woman such as myself just couldnt handle such a task. This was a large assumption to make for many reasons and completely unnecessary. According to corporate, Bob was assigned to take a class on how to talk to women about cars because this is a problem he has had before. Long story short, MFA Oils insurance company was not at all easy to work with and it took weeks to get the check to the body company to cover the damage. Also, Bob didnt take care of anything at all. I had to take the equivalent of an entire work day off to get the required estimates and take my car to and from the rental car place and body shop. I would not suggest Big O Tires on Peachtree Dr. to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that treats customers with respect.

Excellent experience. Repairs were affordable and completed quickly. Conveniently sent me a text when the vehicle was ready for pick-up. They dont try to sell you unneeded services.

Took my car here last minute to have it checked for some rattling in the rear right wheel area. The checked it within a half an hour and told me it was nothing to worry about, and that they could fix it but it wasnt necessary. They didnt tell me I needed a bunch of things fixed on the car that werent necessary. Very quick and polite and checked all my wheels/tires for free. Will definitely be back!

Went in for an alignment and came out with more problems. 1 week prior to bring my car here I did a flush on my cooling system. Not one issue. 2 days after getting my alignment done I started leaking coolant. After inspection, I found somehow my radiator plug was snapped off and somebody tried to mask it with rtv. It also took them 3 hours to complete the alignment, probably because they wanted the rtv to dry. Not to mention the alignment is trash. I can be in the passing lane and my car now pulls to the right side of the road. Also, I just had brand new wheels installed and I witnessed my new wheel fall off their alignment rack and hit the ground. I will absolutely not be going back here again.

Guy at the front doesnt wear a mask even though it is required by the city. They will screw you over on inspections just because they can. Just poorly ran and wouldnt recommend anyone take their vehicle there.

Best experience getting my oil changed. They were sweet enough to get me in and out right before they closed. Everyone was so nice and I will for sure be going back for all my future car work!

I bought 4 new sets of tires last week and a realignment today. The cost was fair and explained thoroughly. The employees were very professional, direct, prompt, and outgoing. Excellent service and I would recommend it to everyone (Bus Loop 70 E) . Thank you Big O.

I am so glad I got my car serviced before the winter storm at this location. Winter / snow tires makes a huge difference in driving on snow, no sliding what so ever even with hard breaking on uncleared road (not that you should, but it happens)! Scott the store manager took a great care of my tires and even did a 360 inspection for free. Service was quick and guys were pleasant and courteous. Pricing was pretty competitive. I highly recommend Big O Tires for all your cars needs.

We have found the Big O on Peach Tree Ave. to be very professional and friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable and very eager to offer honest service at reasonable prices. I have utilized this particular Big O dealership to fit at least two cars with new tires, multiple services and repairs. We have enough faith in Big O to make our next car purchase based upon are experiences with them, as the service department of a car dealership is very important to us. Big O would easily beat any car dealerships service department. Cant say enough good things about these folks!

Had a tire blow out and luckily it had road side warranty. Everything handled great. No problems until the next day. Noticed that all the tires well aired at 38 psi. They should be 32 psi. Considering what has happened previously with my experience with them not too bad. Earlier, I had taken my car in for an oil change. Once I was home I noticed an oil leak. Look under the hood and the oil cap was missing. Again, luckily I was able to find the cap. The car kept leaking oil so I took it back to them. They did, what something taking an hour or so. Got the car back and it still leaked oil. Long story shorter, it took 3 additional times to get this corrected. Turned out to be a bad filter. Each time it took about an hour. So far, I have about 5 plus hours in this oil change. When I asked if they could do to compensate me for my time, they said no. The only reason I took the bad tire back to them is due to the warranty. Never again.

On the way back from a vacation and had a flat. Called these folks up and explained we were going to be real close to closing time. They waited for us and we had them change out the 2 back tires. Whole process was quick and painless thanks to the two people on the job that night. Thanks for getting us back on the road

Even if you are busy or preoccupied, you should still always greet a customer upon entrance. That’s customer service 101. Their work is fine, however they *way* over charge as I was estimated $900 for replacing my wheel bearings, a service I had done else where for around $200 and charged my friend $30 to replace a headlight. The only service you should get done here is an inspection.

Weird sound when I steered. Drove it by Big O on Friday, employee hopped in the car w/me to listen, checked a couple things agreed it was safe to drive but probably needed a closer look. Dropped it off that Sunday night - Monday by 3pm good to go. (Sway bar) Great triage, great service, great communication. Problem solved.

I have been going to Big O Tires Peach Tree location for many years and have always had a great experience. From oil changes to new tires to alignments, they have done a lot for us. We recently had a little hiccup with our oil change. No one is perfect. Scott apologized and made it right. Thank you, Scott! I also want to give a shout out to Russ as he does great job taking care of us each time we visit. Happy holidays to both of you.

Not only did it take over 2 HOURS for only an oil change, they broke my breaks and made me pay for the repair of the damage THEY caused before i could leave.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, but sometimes there is quite a long wait. If you can leave your car and come back 3 to 4 hours later is the best, and they do offer you rides to locations in town. I have always received great customer service from Big O!

At 5:05 pm I came out of the grocery store with a weeks worth of groceries to a flat, and I mean flat, tire. After putting in a can of tire sealant and making it to an air pump, I carefully drove to Big O on Peachtree. Even though it was very close to closing time and they were short-staffed that day, Ryan, the store manager, and Bob said they would fix my tire. They stayed late and did just that. I was very, very grateful for their helpfulness, caring, and cheerful attitudes. I will be ready for new tires in the spring and will definitely make Big O my place to go. A big thanks goes to Ryan, Bob, and their crew.

I have returned to Big O with my newest car because having quality service of my vehicle by people who have taken good care of my previous vehicles and those of my kids is very important to me. The work was handled very quickly during a time when numerous customers were also present getting their vehicles serviced, too. I really appreciate what a good job you and your staff do to take care of me and my vehicle plus the vehicles of my kids. The only miss was on resetting the computer to 100% to trigger that it was serviced. I came back for that and the mechanic who had worked on it. Came out to meet me as soon as I stopped in front of his garage door. I told him what I had noticed and he was very prompt and courteous about resetting it immediately. With all of the activity I could see how that could be missed and it was not upsetting to me at all. Especially since he was so prompt and courteous in getting it reset. WOW! This place definitely goes above and beyond. Bob and the team at Big O Tires are patient, understanding, extremely polite and knowledgeable. I’m currently sitting in the waiting room, after calling around Columbia for the best tire deals, Big O beat the competition buy 33%! I just overheard Bob on the phone with a customer whom I assume works at the airport it seems customer was undergoing a hardship and was unable to get his car to the location. Bob offered to give the man ride after hours to ensure his needs were met! Now THAT is service!

Had a flat tire and pulled up to WalMart, because it said they were open till 8. They were closed tonight. It was freezing cold and there was snow on the ground. A kind man named Tim that works at Big O Tires noticed my mom and I needed a tire change and helped us change it! Bless his heart, and please give him a raise!!!

Low rating because I inquired about a specific tire I found on Big O website, the response was dismissal as if the tire didnt exist. I then found it on my phone and asked again, response was the store does not have it in stock - not in stock and as if it doesnt exist are entirely different. Second reason and honestly the reason I left with a negative reaction to the visit - I was quoted a price for two tires and install. The quote seemed a bit high and I tried to walk through each component but was never provided a written quote, the attendant commented about taxes and disposal, but conveniently NEVER mentioned the Tire Protection Plan. After paying the bill and getting the receipt I noticed the fee per tire. ALL FEES SHOULD BE INFORMED prior to service, particularly when specifically questioned. I left with a feeling that I was duped and the shop was shady, just to get an extra $11 per tire out of me.

Nothing but 5 stars! I have used Big O for almost all of our auto maintenance needs over the past 5 years (3 sets of tires, alignments and of course oil changes). Good customer service and very competitive prices. I love the peace of mind to know that my car is in good hands.

I was just having an oil change, but my car was processed very efficiently. I left my vehicle and was texted when my car was ready for pick up. Check out was also very smooth and all of the employees I interacted with were very nice, competent and courteous.

This is a fantastic one stop shop for all your automotive needs. The folks who work the counter are always friendly and never pushy. They will explain things clearly and answer any questions - also if necessary, theyll even bring the mechanic up front to help explain directly what they are seeing with your vehicle! The waiting room is comfortable and the turnaround times are reasonable. Pricing seems reasonable too (although I dont have a lot of comparison because I always go back to Big O!)

Ben going to the shop for about 10 years now spend a few $1000 there and today they told me They wont use customer provided parts even though theyve done it for me multiple times in the past asked to speak to someone else thats worked there for a long time was told the guy was speaking to was the manager in there too busy and their being selective about what they spend their time on will be the last time I ever used the shop sad Ive been going there for almost 10 years now and its below a mechanic shop ive used its sad because they have always taken care of me in the past

Went in for an inspection.Was told I had a couple things wrong and. It would cost me $1300.00 for them to pass it.Took it it to a REAL machanic and passed with no significant problems.My opinion is...Im a woman and a widow on a fixed income and they tried to scare me by telling me my car was unsafe and that it would cost $1300.00 to fix.I will never patronize Big O again!!

Took my truck in thinking it needed a new fuel pump. The tech called me prior to the work being done and asked me a few questions. He just wanted to make sure before the work was started. I appreciated that. Replacing the fuel pump on this truck involves a fair amount of labor. They did replace the fuel pump and the truck has run much better since. The truck was ready when they said it would be ready, and the cost was what they told me from the start.

Was told it’d take 30 minutes for my oil change and that I was first in line. Over a hour later and I’m still waiting in the waiting room. Could of went bought the oil, filter and changed it out myself by now.

I went in for a routine oil change, but as always was given above excellent service, even given a ride to work as a courtesy and picked up at the end of the day. I truly appreciate the customer service at this place.

Came here this morning for a flat repair. The staff there is extremely professional and friendly. You can tell they care about their customers. As I was waiting I overheard their interactions with others and they were quick to offer advice and help. One person didnt have time to wait and they suggested a couple of competitors to try down the street so they could get going again. There are very few mechanic places that offer that type of candid assistance. I will highly recommend this place to anyone in Columbia who needs to get tires and work done on their cars.

All the Lube tech guy are friendly and Chat with me when I come in. Bob always on point and Rick and Kyle in back always shot me straight on what I need to get done and what can be a letter job.P.S. They need more coffee cups over there or I just need a Big Coffee MUG that I can bring with me when I come.

My wife and I take our cars to Big O for all our routine maintenance and tires. The mechanics at Big O have also done some major repair work for us and it has always been done correctly the first time. The men who work the counter are friendly and helpful but never pushy. I trust the people at Big O and in the years I have been going there I have never had a complaint.

Over priced and rude. Warned everyone about this place. Stay away. This place should be shut down. I spread the word all over Facebook. Buyer beware. This place should be out of business make sure to tell everybody do not go here spread the word

To make a long story short, there were some issues with the service that was given but the owner made the situation right and was very courteous and nice throughout the entire process. I appreciate his willingness to make things right. We will be back for future services.

Great staff, quick, honest service

Staff is always very helpful and friendly, and they never try to overcharge or upsell you. One time they didnt even charge me for a service. Also usually very fast service when you make an appointment. This is definitely my go-to for minor car issues & oil changes!

Every time Ive visited this Big O, Ive received nothing but great service and honest advice for my car. They have fair prices and great work. They did a great job helping me choose the right tires for my car and budget. I especially like that they have many locations across the country if anything goes wrong!

I always take both of my cars to Big-O for their oil changes, tire rotation, state inspections and new tires. Its very convenient to my house and they have all my records which makes it nice if there is ever a problem or issue. Russ knows me by name when i walk in and always takes great care of me. If I ever have to wait (as opposed to dropping the car off and picking it up later), they do a good job of making my wait time reasonable. Occasionally I will use the other Big O locations in Columbia, but Peachtree is my home store so to speak.

They have great customer service and are always willing to help. I always go here for my oil changes because they offer free tire rotation, alignment checks, and battery checks. I definitely recommend Big O.

Would have gave zero! Went in for a oil change left with a transmission leak!! Guess it’s that time of the year huh boys? They are CROOKS!!

The work I needed done was done well and at a fair price. However, I brought my car in on Saturday when they first opened and was told just a few people ahead of you. 5pm comes and goes and we have heard nothing about my car. We then realize will wont hear anything until Monday because they are now closed for the weekend. Keep in mind all I needed was my headlight fixed. I call Monday morning (again, they did not reach out to me first) and come to find out Oh we just need your permission to go pick up this part. This was a $20 part....that they pick up locally....and given that they had an immediate answer when I called I am 100% sure they had this information on Saturday. I understand that maybe things got busy and they couldnt get to it that day but the lack of communication was unacceptable. If there is any chance at all that you may need to keep a car for the entire weekend you NEED to warn costumers in advanced or at LEAST give them a call Saturday before you close to give me the option of picking it up and taking it elsewhere. If I had known replacing a headlight part was going to be an all weekend job I would have gone elsewhere.

Good experience from start to finish. Made my appointment and ordered my tires, got a call to let me know that my tires were in, and they got the job quickly finished when I brought my car in for the appointment. Professional and courteous the entire time, and the price was a bit lower than other stores in town.

I’ve brought several vehicles here over the years and this has usually been my go to place until now. I had some work done and when I pick my vehicle up my $600 pioneer touch screen radio won’t work and one of my aftermarket lights didn’t work. I called them the next day and brought my car back in. They fixed the light but washed their hands of the radio issue. I’m now in the processes of contacting corporate and the BBB. I’m not going to just look the other way when I bring my vehicle in and my radio was working completely fine and then when I pick it up it’s fried. Time to take responsibility!!! Everyone has given me the run around about this ordeal and they are nuts if they think I’m going to let $600 just slide.

Took my car in for a simple tire balance and they had my car all day. I came to pick it up and paid for my services drove home to find out no work was even done to my car. Dont even deserve 1 star. Go somewhere else.

Updated.I took my 2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum to Bio O Tires on Peachtree Dr. on Saturday 9/17/2016 to get my existing tires mounted on new rims. I took a walk around of the vehicle and I noticed Big O damaged my driver’s door down to the metal, damaged two of my brand new rims and managed to damage 3 out of 4 of my factory rims. The damage was never disclosed to me upfront, almost as if they wanted to see if Id noticed the damage. I pointed out the damage to Riley and I was told that Big O would take care of me.It took me going to Corporate to get any action done, I sat for weeks waiting for my truck to get approved through Big O’s “insurance”. Once I called corporate I was told that no insurance would be used and they would pay the repair shop directly. The staff at Big O are deceitful and were not truthful or upfront with me during this whole process. I was told I would be called and 99.9% of the time I had to call to get an answer, Big O did not call me back.The store manager Nick was unprofessional and deceiving. I had to contact Scott Watson at the Corporate Office to get any action done on my truck. Nick seems like I was inconveniencing him with my issues that HIS STAFF caused to my $52,000 truck, Nick did not give a crap until I contact the Corporate Office and his tone immediately changed. I recommend that if you have a nice vehicle to stay away from this store, and if you have any issues go straight to Corporate so you don’t waste 2-3 weeks waiting for Big O to “take care of you”.If Robert Martin (85460) is the tech for your vehicle on the invoice, I suggest you take a look around your vehicle to ensure there is no damage. They will not be up front about any damage they incur to your vehicle. I am glad I walked around my truck prior to leaving, or I would have been stuck with 3 damaged factory wheels, 2 damaged brand new wheels, and a $1,054.21 door repaint repair on a $52,000 truck.

We have been using Big O for years. We know we will receive expertise, honesty, and quality work.

This business is a great example of why the public doesnt trust mechanics. I came in for an inspection was told sway bar linkages needed replaced. They quoted me 300 dollars to replace them. I buy the parts for 15 dollars online (Big O wanted 190 for the parts). I then took the car to an independent ASE certified mechanic to have them installed. To my surprise the mechanic tells me my linkages are perfectly fine and there is no reason it should have failed initially, except for Big O trying to inflate sales and labor billing. I take it to a second ASE certified mechanic who inspects it and agrees that the linkages are perfectly fine and passes it. To say Im disappointed in Big O would be an understatement. I understand there may be some variance in inspections but deliberately failing vehicles to increase billings is unethical and a dispicable business practice. I will not continue any business with them and would not reccomended this business to anyone.

Very good customer service. Friendly people who do good work. They do not push you into services you really do not need. The wait time is inconvenient sometimes as they are very busy, however, the customer service makes up for it and that is why I keep coming back.

My daughter called me upset that her car wouldnt start. A few minutes later it started. Brought it in suggesting possible need for a new battery. They got her car in very quickly and after a few tests determined our suspicions were correct. Replaced her battery and had her on her way in record time. The staff is always polite and courteous. Love the updated waiting area.

The best experience Ive ever had getting my car taken care of! I had gone to another store in town when one of my tires got a bubble and they had quoted me for over $1100 worth of work that needed to be done with little-to-no explanation. I called Big O to compare pricing and they talked me through all my options, providing me an extensive number of quotes on tires and explaining each one so that I could make the best decision for my budget. When I brought my car in, I relayed the items that the other shop had claimed I needed, including an alignment, and despite my insistence that I probably needed an alignment, Big O did a free alignment check and told me it wouldnt be necessary — saving me another chunk of change!To top it off, I was supposed to be heading out of state for a wedding, and they made sure to get all my work done within an hour and a half so that I could still leave on time. They then called me the next day to check in and make sure I had made it to my destination safely.All in all, I will forever return to Big O. As a woman, I often feel like Im being taken advantage of in car-related circumstances, but I felt truly cared for and valued here. If I could rate 10 stars, I would!

Had me sitting for over an hour while people who walked in behind me got their car worked on before me... nice gentleman from the other big O, told me about a special going on, as the guys here didnt mention anything about an alignment special. felt like I was being jipped. wont be back to this location!

Was told my vehicle would be on the lift in an hour. Waited forThree hours and 5 minutes for my tires rotated and flats fixed. Will not buy tires there again. Cant give no stars or I would.

The first effort to eliminate the noise I presented as the problem was not successful. Idrove back in and told Russ. They took the car back in and told me that a clamp wasneeded to stabilize the tailpipe to eliminate the noise. An hour later the problemwas solved.

While at the Columbia West location on a Saturday, I witnessed (was it Ron?) at the front counter trying to assist a customer in Kansas City (his college age son had work to be done-or already done- at Big O in Columbia) with a Citi credit card issue. Clearly, this should have been the responsibility of the card holder in KC, not your employees problem. I ordered my tires that day. Came back on Monday, and the same employee was AGAIN on the phone with Citi trying to get the KC customers card issue resolved. I told my wife about this positive customer service experience, and her comment as now that level of customer service is unheard of today! I agree.

I have had good experiences with Big O. The front office staff were friendly and patient in responding to questions I had. They try to fit me into the schedule when I need it. I havent had any issues with the work done.

People here have tried to talk to my lady like shes an idiot multiple times. Has taken 5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Wont be back. Dont recommend.

Took car in for an oil change and the tech noticed a damaged tire that I had been unaware of. Bought two new tires and now all is good. I have always been happy with Andy and his crew at Big-O.

They usually take good care of me, last time had a little problem but 1 problem in 200 visits I cant be too upset

Reliable service. Customer service up front is very personable and kind.Usually very busy here so book early.They sometimes have gone past the time they estimated me, but so far it hasnt been anything too crazy. It is an estimate after all though.Update:. After two good and now one horrible experience. I have to drop this down to a 3 star. Me personally will not be returning here again.This time it was crazy past my estimated time. Dropped off my car at 1:15 for an oil change and tire rotation appointment at 1:30. Needing to leave town by 4 I figured this should be plenty of time. Come 4 oclock I call to see what the deal is and am told my car is next to go in....I tell them my situation and absolutely need it done by 5. I wait for a phone call til 4:45 and decide just to walk up there because I need the car now no matter what. Didnt get a call on the way, but the car was finally finished.Actually spoke with the store manager about this. I was irritated and upset but not over the top about it. He was apologizing kinda and took a buddies call during my check out which just felt like a lack of respect for an irritated customer who he didnt care much for.Long story short I refuse to go back here due to making an appt means nothing with a 3 and a half hour wait.If you HAVE to go here please only speak with Russ. Hes a good guy

These people are awesome! They have great deals and they take care of your car like its theres! I cant get enough of these guys! Theyve done all the work to my rubicon. The lift, wheels and tires, and they do all my maintenance work!

I set appointment for 9:00am Wed. 7-3-19 and took it in then for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. When I called you at 6:00pm you hadnt even started. Got car at 6:30pm. There was grease and grease hand prints on the floor, seats, and inside of doors on the fabric upholstery. Big four fingers grease hand prints. My wife spent two hours tying to get the grease out. This is my choice place for oil changes, if you are waiting for your car and you go in right as they open its very quick. I have bought tires here and was told it would be an 50 or so minutes and it ended up taking around 4 hours which is just ridiculous. I was just in to get my brakes checked and was shown a leaking front axle seal. I didnt have it done because their package seemed to be priced ridiculously high for what it actually is. Everyone has been friendly and I usually just go here since its close to me but overall it hasnt been as great as other places Ive been.

This is the Big O I usually go to. The staff is friendly. I know a little bit about cars and motors (particularly my own), and appreciate the fact that they discuss whats wrong with me. Also like the fact that they have a courtesy shuttle so I can leave my vehicle and get back to work.

These guys were fantastic! There was a small oil leak and I could not specifically locate the source. They got me in right away and found the leak. Bob called and explained the issue and costs. When I arrived they show me where the part had failed. I have been going here for several years and have been treated great every time.

Best tire and maintenance shop in Columbia. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable. Always get me straight in and take care of my problems. We use this shop for the company fleet vehicles and mine and my fiancés personal vehicles.

I received notification in the mail that the BIG O tires on my Ranger needed to be rotated. I appreciated the reminder very much, so took it in and requested an oil change too. They also did an inspection and recommended I replace one of the ball joints that was loose. I told Russ to go ahead and replace. Over the years, Ive come to rely on the mechanics to keep my vehicle safe to operate. A couple weeks later, my wife received a call and was advised Big O overcharged me $10 and set it up for the $10 to be applied to my next visit. The overcharge could have easily been ignored, but Big O took the time to correct their mistake. Wow! My wife did not recall the name of the person that called her, but Im sure he will know who it is.

Everyone was an absolute joy to work with! I cant believe the quality and swiftness of the work! Thank you to the hard workers!

The technicians at this location have consistently been condescending and rude. I’ve come to expect an impatient tone of voice from the folks at this location. On top of that, their service has not been reliable.

Bait and Switch artist!Took my car in around 2:30 to get two new tires and an alignment. Presented a coupon upon DROPPING OFF my car; guy allowed me to use it; gave me a price and I went back to work to wait for the work to be completed. Received a called to pick up my vehicle. Went in and the coupon suddenly was not valid...the guy should not have applied it. The Manager removed it. I kindly informed the guy ringing me up that I was given a price BEFORE I left that included a coupon. Guy still would not accomodate the previous price quoted. Misleading!! Bait-and-switch! Does not stand by their word! $350 later, my car is still NOT aligned/steering wheel still vibrates! Will I be going back to take advantage of the warranty...NEGATIVE! Fool me once, shame on you... never again!
