Took my 2012 BMW 335i for a wheel repair. These guys did some outstanding work Was able to get out the door with a new tire and a fixed wheel for just a few hundred dollars. They even touched up the wheel with a little bit of paint. Really hard to find some good honest hard workers but this place has it. Will definitely be returning for my yearly alignments and any other needs. Can’t wait to do business with them again. 👍

Absolutely terrible service I had purchased two tires and a wheel alignment they rescheduled me three times with a large gap in between stating that they had no openings available they then sold my pre-purchased tires to another individual that was a walk in yet stated they could not install for me I had to go pick up my tires and have mounted and balance at a different location in business altogether I then request it at a later date a refund for the alignment which they refused I had to go to my bank and dispute the transactions which laid out a whole nother elongated process that was completely unnecessary you today extreme disaster of what you call customer service presented by the very unbusinesslike wheel source I strongly advise anyone from going to this business as well as one anyone to take the chance please do not make the same mistake I did

I was thrilled with my experience replacing two wheels with Jerry Davis and the staff at Wheel Source. After an unfortunate encounter with a curb, I chewed up my passenger side wheels. Although there was no problems with the tires I wanted to replace the wheels for cosmetic reasons. Jerry was very helpful in tracking down the proper replacements and got me an appointment for install that worked with my schedule. As the new wheels were being installed he asked what I wanted to do with the old wheels. I requested to keep them and he said he would load them in my car for me. He even put them each in a trash bag to prevent any brake dust, etc. from messing up my vehicle. Price was way better than the dealership and the customer service was great.I can only speak of my personal experience but I took note of how all the employees treated each customer on the phone or in person. Five stars all around.

Turns out that vibration was from a bad tire replacement job I had done earlier today. These guys went above and beyond. Made me feel at home and even double checked my vehicle before I left. They where terrible with customer service they put me off multiple times I had to go pick the pre purchased tires and take to a different business to mount and balance and when requested a refund for other services they refused refund and made me contact my banking company to dispute and request refund for transaction I will never do business with them ever again nor will I allow anyone I know to mKe that same mistake absolutely terrible franchise

Awesome service! They got me straight, in no time.

Brought 2 rims to be welded. Was told the tire on one of them was bad and i would need a new one. I told them to put a new tire on it and about 20 min later they said they took the old one off and the tire on it was still good. They could have kept quiet and sold me a tire I didnt need but they stay honest and saved me over $100. I will be comming here for any and all of my wheel needs. Customer service like this is getting harder and harder to find.

My sis went to them to get her car fix the company they order part from kept sending the wrong part she had to go back several times to try to get this problem corrected and its costing her gas money she live out of town..Her car is stuck on the lef.They cant get her car down to put it back together.She spoke with Mike he said to my sister its costing him money because there equipment broke her car is stuck in the air. She feel like this it could had been someone elses car up their...All she want is for the problem to be resolved shes3 tried of making trips and nothing being done..Its very frustrating especially when she have to keep coming for the same problem it hadnt been resolved all she want is for them to get my her car straight. Its not her fault they keep getting wrong part and its not her fault that their equipment broke..Jerry was very nice and didnt say tell sister hercar costing them money because its stuck on their lef not her fault...Shes not very pleased at all.....

Very fast service. They checked out everything with the front end of the car and even though i only went in for an alingment it was nice to know what the reason is with why it went out and had been out for a while. They also fix wheel repairs. Theres a crack it was great to know that it could be fixed and they did such a great job and clean job with the repair that i dought Ill have to come back to fix it again. If your looking for reliable service and need front end work done then i highly suggest checking this place out.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I ordered custom wheels and had them installed by this company and they damaged my wheel and stated that they would not replace them because I did not buy them from there. Also, the lug nuts that I ordered with the wheel were not the right size and this company charged me $30 dollars more for the same kind of nuts that I had just purchased. David stated that if I had purchased my wheels from him, theyd be free...but Im sure thats not the case it would have just been included in the entire purchase. Also when I asked if I could speak to the owner he told me he was and when I called the store sometime later to double check he stated that the owner, Mike is not there and that he will agree with everything they do regardless of the complaints he may receive. After experiencing so much trouble with my wheels and could not keep air in them...brand new tires and car if I may add...he stated that because I complained about the overcharge for my lug nuts...he refused to service me....so I guess theres no warranty there! I hope this company goes straight to hell!!!!!!!!!

Went in for them to put tires on noticed something was wrong with truck shaking more than usual got home check lug nuts half of them were only hand tightened. Half way tigned. This is pathetic it takes 10 seconds to tighten a lug all the way down. Will not be back
