They dont answer the phone. At all. Is this place even a real business anymore? Zero stars.

They replaced the engine in 2 cars with a used poor quality part. Car didnt run very long after replacing it. They also removed my air conditioner in one car. There was an employee who had a car like mine who needed work. Im wondering if they put the parts in that car, ended up getting rid of both cars because they wouldnt run.

Brought car in for a gas leak on Monday, was told they would have it ready by the weekend. We even left a gas tank so they wouldnt have waste their own gas to check.Fast froward to Thursday and we call to get an update. They tell us that they meant to call us before hand, but there was no leak.Mind you this car was actually pouring gas anytime gas was put in. When we come to take the car and bring it to a decent shop they offer to take it to the gas station Tuesday to check the leak again.We immediately took it to Gateway Tire and they looked at it 10 minutes after we brought it over and within 30 seconds of looking at the parked car saw the MASSIVE LEAK.(attached image) This leak was visible by just bending over and looking at the tank under the car.TLDR: They are unprofessional, apparently inept, and wasted a week of my time Ill never get back.

Rick and everyone at M & M Automotive are honest, trustworthy, and reasonable. Even though I moved an hour away, they are the only shop that I trust to do any work on my truck and I make the drive there for every oil change too. They get the job done in a timely manner and at a decent price. M & M Auto was recommended to me when I moved to Tennessee and I gladly recommended them to everyone I know.

I would give them NO stars if it was possible!! I put my wife’s car in the shop after it being broken down for a year I spent 1400$ and I haven’t even had it for a week and it’s broken down again and back in the shop but a different one this time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Took my car there to have an oil pan, timing belt, and water pump installed and they did a wonderful job. They are fast and efficient and gave us a very good price for what they did. The staff was very friendly and kept us up to date on what they were doing. Excellent service!!!

These guys do anything you need done except for exhaust. But when I say anything I mean anything. And always at a great price. And when I feel they’re a little high, they’re willing to take a second look at it and usually adjust it. And they love their veterans. HOOAH!!!

I was traveling back home from being away for a few days when my control Arm completely broke and I lost control of my vehicle and ran off the road. After being on the side of the road for 4 hours finally got a tow to Stan McNabb which was absolutely the worst experience ever, extremely over priced and extremely rude and insensitive. After allowing them to diagnose my vehicle for 5 days, I had to pull teeth for some one to talk to me and answer my questions. Finally I called around and spoke to David from M&M Auto, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, best part honest. I was able to get the vehicle towed over, although didnt have an appt. and he didnt know me, he knew my vehicle was stranded and he empathized with my situation. David and Rick both reached out to me much sooner than the time suggested and did amazing work on my vehicle not only that but gave me a fair price I didnt mind paying that was 1100 cheaper than Stan McNabb Chevy dealer also with much better customer service. IF you are from out of town and you need a referral take it from a man of God that was in need and God lead me to M&M Auto. I am grateful and I Pray God Blesses your business with increase and prosperity. Thank you !!!!!

My car has been having alot of problems as of late and they are really helpful and allow me to know what needs to be done and get my approval and how much it will cost to get fixed before they work on my car. Would recommend coming if you use an older car model that is starting to have alot of problems.

Nobody likes having car problems. And nobody likes having car problems when you are not familiar enough with the area to know people who know people. So it was a shot in the dark that had me call M&M about the brakes on my car. I got in the next day, and when the work was going to take longer than Id expected, Mike offered to take me and my little daughter home (we only live about a mile away.)After the work was done, another problem came up (a leaky seal) and when I described the symptoms, he came to my house to get the car because he was concerned about it being safe to drive. Ive never experienced that level of service in my life.I cant tell you how nice it is, as a woman in such a male-dominated environment, to not be treated like a fool, an idiot, and not be talked down to based solely on my gender and the fact that I have a small child with me. Mike and his crew are fast, accurate, and I did not see a bit of padding added to my bill like Ive seen before at other places. The prices for the parts were well in line with what Id researched and labor costs were a lot lower than what I expected.

I was towed here after my truck broke down on I-65 North bound on Saturday 9/29/18. I got a rental on Sunday so I could go home to Alabama. I did not hear from them Mon., Tue. finaly Wednesday Rick (owner) called. He said he cleared the codes and they have ran my truck multiple times to get it to simulate what happened when it stopped running and red light on the message center. Over and over different mechanics driving it as well as Rick. finally Rick decided to change out the thermostat9 even thou he had no supporting data to indicate that was the sole problem.Thursday Rick calked I can pick it up.I turned on the ignition and on the message center a check engine light.Oh No!I have a diagnostic thing called FIXD.I ran a scan, 9 different Major problems.RICK told me they were going to be closed Friday so get another rental and back home again.Monday, RICK called, he can not find the root of my problem. the check engine light on Friday was a 20 amp fuse blew, this fuse controlled power to these circuit sensors so it threw another check engine code. Now my truck has no codes and ready to take it home. RICK stated there is no charge for the thermostats, he did not get my truck fixed, so drive it if you have any problems he gave me his cell phone number. I drove it all the way to exit 14 and stopped to eat. When I started the truck a check engine light, FIXD used the same 9 warnings as before. The mechanics gave me 2, 20 amp fuses before I left, I pulled the fuse box but did not locate a burnt fuse. Ran a scan on the engine, no codes, no check engine light. Ì1 more hour to get home. The check engine light came on then off for the next 65 miles. I once again felt ok to drive. If it had been sensors it would have ran terribly and it did not.I stayed around M&Mas after hours on Monday, talking to Rick, owner operator of M&M.RICK was at the end of his rope trying to fix my problem. 3/4 tank of gas, I know they test drove my truck over & over. They even put some gas in it today to run it some more.I wrote a very different review before this one, bc I felt they did not care, but I found out Mr. RICK is a very understanding and compassionate man and busniess man. Getting my truck fixed was his goal, with all the high tech machinery he still was unable to make it 100% safe and repaired.This man is one unusual business man and employer. After talking for 2 full hours I left his office with a renewed since of honesty and about doing the right thing, not all about the money but about doing whats right.I shook his hand before I left and told Rick, I will be back one day and take you out for lunch. He smiled and said you do that. I will never forget this man or his employees. Some of the employees5 said on Monday, whats that Ford truck doing back here? They could not believe it was not fixed enough to take it back to Alabama.Again, I would trust my vehicle with Rick or any one of his employees. I am new to the area. So i asked some people at work if they knew of a good auto shop in Columbia.I had heard good things about this shop. But now I am wondering. If people think this shop is a good shop how bad are the rest of the shops in the area. We dropped the my wifes truck of on a Monday morning. Told the guy be hind the counter what we needed them to look at. He said OK we will give you a call later and let you know how much it will cost. The rest of Monday goes by with out a call. So Tuesday morning I call twice and leave a voice message ask then to give me a call. Never got a call. So now I am getting mad because there was no return call to let us know pricing or when it would be done. So Wednesday we head over about 8am to just get the truck and take it some where else. But the had just pulled it in garage and had started lifting it in the air as I walked up. So I thought finally they will get it done.I went in to see how much it was going to cost. But the guy be hind the counter said he did not know yet. That he would let me know. So 5 hours later and I dont know the cost because I never got a call yet. So I called and he gave me the price. The price was a little higher than expected. But I thought owell at least their working on it finally. So I was told they call us in a few hours when it was done. Well to my surprise I dont get a call. So I call and left a voice message again. But they did not call before they closed. So I call again on Thursday morning to see if we can pick it up. I was told he is almost done with it. They will call me in a little bit. But would you believe its now 3pm and still no call. So I called and the guy said we can pick it up in about an hour. Really 4 full days they had her truck to replace a control arm and do an alignment. So uness you have the time to let your vehicle stay at their shop for days. I would avoid going to this shop.
