These guys absolutely know what they are doing. They are professional, up front, no-nonsense. I used to take my car to the dealer to do these services (oil change, inspection, tire rotation, regular milage based maintenance), so I was initially apprehensive. But I have been a REPEAT customer and always appreciate their candidness and their ability to quickly diagnose issues and have a conversation about prioritizing repairs etc. EXCELLENT business....you wont be disappointed.

I have used Columbia Auto Care 2 times so far and have had a very positive experience both times. They do not try and sell you or charge you for unnecessary repairs and get the job done within the time they specified. I will definitely continue using them!

This is a fantastic car wash. Ione just opened right next to where i work but refuse to leave. Everyone is friendly and they do a great job wiping down the car, wheels and tires. Customer for life.

The car wash is the best I have found. I drive from Silver Spring at least once a month for a good wash. It is a good value for a good quality car wash where you can see the soap. The folks drying the cars are smiling, which is worth the tip.

Absolutely disappointed with the service here. I got an ‘Extreme Car Wash’ done today and it felt like rain does a better cleaning job than what they did here. I can still see the dirt under the door handles and around my mirror. I’ve had my car washed before at many places and not one has disappointed me up to this extent. Safe to say I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

I am new to the area and had just registered my car. Needed an inspection for the DMV, so I saw on Nextdoor that this location had good reviews. I also saw they had a coupon, even better! I made an appointment, they were ready fir me when I arrived and were professional and educational at the same time. I appreciate their help, and highly recommend this business. I also saw how they interacted with other customers, and they were fun to watch. They’re fantastic at service and explanations.

Always enjoy taking my vehicles to the Columbia Auto Care & Car Wash. You can have many types of services performed. They are all good and the workers do a good job protecting your vehicle during the process and then detailing it/drying it off right after it is washed. There are vacuums available to use for free after your exterior is cared for. I am sure they do a great job too if your car needs anything repaired mechanically. I definitely would recommend this place!

Great team that cares about making you happy. My car was towed there and my engine seized up and stopped working. The my brought this to my attention and it turned out to be a warranty issue. Long story short I have a new engine and I am loving life. There is so much more I would love to do with $4000, than to spend it on a new engine! Thanks guys!

Being new to the state/area and I havent found a home to get all my automotive services done, so I gave Columbia Auto Car &Car Wash a shot. I was able to get my vehicle in WITHOUT a scheduled appointment. The oil change service was reasonably priced and they actually finished ahead of the time quoted.I give Columbia Auto Care & Car Wash a solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐!To have received a 5 ⭐ rating they would have to have WOWd me by going a little beyond the level of customer service expected.

Got a puncture in my tire, barely made it to the gas station to find out they were closing. Tommy did me a huge favor and took my car in anyway. EZ checked it and immediately found the leak. This is the only Car Wash in the area I go to. Between the friendly people, free vacuuming, and cleanliness of my car after, I have always had a great experience here. Also, special shoutout to the employee who noticed an unsecured piece of a gasket hanging off my car and helped me fix it. Would recommend this place!

Just recently moved into the area and needed a state vehicle inspection done. Called the number listed on Google and got an appointment in less than 48 hours later. At the day of, the office called to remind me of the appointment and they finished everything way less than the time they estimated. Definitely will return for anything I need for my vehicle at this location.

Management is great here! Had a very minor issue but the management/owner quickly addressed it by going over and beyond. I had a very good experience at Columbia Auto. The guy at the desk was nice and informative. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Its a little bit of a drive for me but I will be back.

I usually get a pack of Groupons in the spring because my car gets very dirty due to the sand and salt from the winter. They do a great job prepping the car, then the machine does the washing, then a hand towel dry and wheel dressing (which sort of forces me to tip a few bucks but thats fine). Car looks great afterwards. I just learned about the free self-vacuum. What a great value.

Very professional. Confirmed appointment in the morning the day of, ready to start at the time of the appointment, gave me a reasonable time estimate for the work, and was ready @ the exact time he promised...amazing!

Went to Columbia Auto Care to get my tire plugged. The staff was very professional and were able to plug my tire in 15 min. They also charged me a discounted rate since they didn’t have to take the tire off. Will use them again if I have any future service needs.

Beware of this company, tech looked at my car for detailing an have me a price, then later called me back with another price#$ 200. More than was quoted. I requested my money back & waiting to see how long that will take.

The staff is money hungry here. I had no problems wrong with my vehicle and overheard the receptionist telling the technician to “just find something wrong.” They found that my front mount was cracked but when I asked to visually see the cracks (which is the law) the technician refused stating “its too much work.” TO DO HIS JOB?! Then offered to call the police as a witness for no reason. After I held him account he eventually passed my vehicle inspection under the premise I buy a new tired from them for $180. NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN...

My car battery died just as I was about to leave the Gas Station. I went into the Auto Care office and told them what happened. One of the Representatives quickly got up and offered to help me. In less than 30 minutes I had a new battery in my car. Awesome service and they all were very professional....

I had a state inspection. There did an amazing job communicating and it was done in a timely manner.

There was a lot of issues going on with my vehicle that I wanted to cry. Everyone in Maryland was very expensive and driving back to Minnesota was not an option... the dealership wanted over 5k for leaking gaskets and other repairs. They said they need to charge for flat inspection rate, but if I go with them they would waive fee towards total bill if I went with them. I wanted an estimate prior and know they needed to look at it ... but if their prices werent cheaper I didnt want to keep bringing it to auto repair shops. They looked at prices dealership stated and guaranteed prices would be lower, which of course I went with them and they were. They got done before week was up working hard on getting my car to me as quick as they could with gaskets leaking and tearing apart engine definitely no easy task for anyone. They knew I couldnt afford over a 5K expense, not going without a car for a long time (have two kids), and gave me a very fair price. When I drove the car it felt like the day I drove the vehicle after my husband had given it to me when he bought a newer vehicle for himself (since I got rid of my 2007 4Runner too many repairs couldnt keep and gasoline was not cheap to buy for it).

The business I used to perform car repairs has closed. I needed a tire repair service, so I performed a search on internet looking for a repair shop. I came across Columbia Auto Care & Car Wash with a better than 4-star rating. I am happy to say that the customer service and quality repair lived up to the rating.

The guys here did a great job communicating the issues they found with my vehicle as well as completing the repairs I needed that day. I appreciate the work they did and will have them complete the rest of the work I need done.

I’ve been to many Machanic’s in my day, finding it extremely rare to have a trusted Machanic who is looking out for my best interest. Columbia auto care is hands down the best Machanic shop in Maryland! They are quick, honest, and fair and they don’t try to rip you off! They only fix what needs fixing and they have the best rates in town. I got a second quote from these guys and they saved me from being scammed by another shop! They have secured my business for a lifetime I refuse to take my car else where!

Unprofessional, rude. Apparently thinks it’s a privledge to bring them your buisness. Came in asking about plugging a tire. Guy at a desk starts asking for address, number, name. Then proceeds to tell me to leave keys in vehicle and THEN ask which tire it is, I say right rear. (Not one time did he give a price for this service.) After I told him which tire; he then asks if the tire is on or off the vehicle... really?!? That told me all I needed to know. There are far too many places to give your money to. They need to rethink who the first person a customer interacts with is.

I arrived 10 minutes after they closed but the owner Trevor still offered to look at my car so I wouldn’t be without it during the holiday weekend. He was able to quickly repair my tire and even topped my car off with oil at no extra charge (and without my asking). Very friendly staff, very fast!

Brought in a 2019 pacifica for inspection with only 22K miles. Inspector failed the vehicle due to vibration during the road test. Noted rear rotors need replacement but the measurements in the report dont indicate a problem with the rotors. Im told a micrometer will reveal damaged rotor which should be in the final report. Also the tech had problems with the folded rear seat and said it was not functioning. Removed a small mat that was on the seat back and it opened several times without issue. I cant feel the vibration described by the inspector. Going to have the test done at another site after having the dealer verify the condition of the rotors.

I recently took my car in for rotors and pads after being given an inflated estimate elsewhere. I spoke with one of the owners, Trevor, directly and he took great care of me and my car. The work was done thoroughly, quickly, and for a much better price. I will absolutely be coming back.

This auto shop has been excellent for the upkeep of my 2013 F150. Recently during a visit to have my oil changed, my mechanic Tommy pointed out that the cab of my truck hadnt been properly reattached to the frame after body work was done to repair damage from an accident. Obviously I am very thankful for Tommys observation! Knowing the staff is that observant during a normal oil change is just one of the reasons I trust this shop with my truck.

My daughter took her car here for an inspection. They found 7 items that needed to be repaired at a cost of over $2,000. When my husband saw the estimate, he was wary of several of the items that were listed. Not feeling confident, we decided to get the car inspected at another facility. I asked around and got high recommendations for another auto shop, a family owned auto repair place that has been in business for generations. They inspected the car and found only 3 items to be repaired. So one has to wonder if Columbia Auto Care saw a young woman walk through the door and saw dollar signs. I’m so happy we decided to pay for a second inspection and was able to save my daughter over $1,000 at a more trustworthy shop. One has to wonder if the mechanics here get paid on commission. I have no idea. Buyer beware!

I am waiting for my wipers to be fix!!! I have a brand new 2020 truck broke my windshield wipers! They kept telling me I should have turned it the Auto key off! Regardless wheoit was on or not how does it brake just like that! New truck! Maybe old car wash machines! Had to drive in rain and pull on the side of the road and call a tow truck then get my daughter from her volunteer service. Only people who help me were Geico, Tow truck guy, and Lyft. I will be going up there with my bill after I finish at my dealership and the BBB!!! 2020 June this happened!!

Great car wash and inexpensive considering the level of service! They pressure-wash larger debris by hand, then you do the typical drive-through car wash, and they towel dry by hand.

Have been using this Carwash for my 3 cars for at least 6 years going there at least 1 time per week ! Till today I brought my work truck there that I hav brought there many times before this truck I use for work and I bring it 1 time a month to this place ! A man that i never seen there before a large heavy guy that don’t speak good English came over as employee usually does to take your cash for Carwash he immediately started in a very raised voice waving his hand in my face saying go go go I didn’t understand what he was doing or why so I attempted to ask the heavy guy and he kept waving his hand in my face very rude and angry an saying go go another employee seen this and came over and explained a new rule while he was doing that the heavy guy came back over and did his go go go routine again ! I don’t no why he tryd to intimidate me or why he couldn’t explain the new rule like the other employee but I called to ask manger and was told someone named Trevor handles that a he’s gone for a week! So if u have a problem with this place u might get the treatment I got! I’m upset I have to find a new Carwash after once a week with at least one of my cars going there but I refuse to give my hard earned money to peps that treat customers this way

Better to wash it yourself and save $20 bucks. Guys who towel off the car are suspect and they often forget to armor all the tires. Plus the watered-down stuff the put on the tires comes right off as you drive away. Save your money and find a stall where you power wash it your self, etc.

Have had a good amount of work done over a few years time and have been very happy each time. Good work, fair prices, but most importantly they have mechanics who know what they are doing. Nice service managers as well. Will return next time I need the A-Team lol.
