Great 👍 food and shopping. When done check out the antique shop behind it. Its very big with lots to look at and buy. Be carefull you leave there with an increased middle and less room in the car because of you finding something you could not resist.

The last of its kind on the dwindling frontier of good local truck stops.Hamburger steak and double coleslaw. Both were exactly what I was looking for.Good staff too. When Im back on I-70 will definitely be stopping in again.

As far as truck stops go this one is the best! Or at least its the best one that I have ever been to. Theres a tattoo parlor above the place an awesome bar in the back called the back door Lounge, great food, firework shopping, boots shopping, great showers, leather seats in the lounge, remote control for the TV in the lounge, in the flea market to boot. This place is great.

The restaurant is excellent. I had the steak and eggs and an took an omelette to go. The steak was very tender and cooked the way I like it. I reheated the omelette the next day and it was still very good. Their pre cooked cheeseburgers to go are also excellent. Their restrooms are small for a truck stop that size. I was just passing through, so they may have additional restrooms and I just didnt see them.

Love the quarter pusher machine. Although it seems someone has always pushed the paper money prize right over the win border right before I get there.

Top include having allot of need to have truck items, they also have some cool gaming items to entertain yourself for a bit.

Great place for eating, gas, ànd lodging. Very friendly staff always. Stayed there a few times and am coming back again. Good weekly rates too.Always clean and yes friendly.Nice stores to shop in too.Not many but they are great stores to shop in.

By far the nicest and most helpful people Ive every met. Our ac went out during a roadrunner and they were extremely friendly. Even the other patrons there were helpful. The food was just as good. Highly recommend stopping here for trips

Very clean and organized on the inside. The parking lot was very rough but if trucks run in and out all day everyday then some of that is to be expected. Bathroom was clean with plenty of toilet paper. Staff was friendly and courteous.

2 out of 2 times the hot food was extremely old. Just got a cheeseburger out of the hot case that was made at 5:30 pm. It is now 8:30 pm. Got 3 bites down before I realized it. Dont go in here in a hurry for food! Note: 90% of truck stop shoppers are in a hurry. Seems like they are trying to run customers off. Ill never stop there again, will stop elsewhere and recommend you do the same friends.

Larrys Boots is awesome! Hands dowe great, however if you are driving a semi and fueling here be very careful review your reciept, mine had a 100 cash advance added until i noticed. Just be aware of ur total.

Such great atmosphere and good food! It is one of those places where you will get a friendly smile, hot coffee and customer service. Breakfast is served all day which I took advantage of.

This is our favorite place to stop on Saturday mornings. Always such great food and service. They also have the best country fried streak Ive ever had!

Chicken tenders are just terrible. Made fresh from some horrible premade box. The price was double what it should have been for the quality of the box meal. If you hate truck drivers so much dont run a truck stop. BTW this place is packed with state troopers.

I ordered a half order of French Toast and it was cold when brought to me. I got waitresss attention and asked if she could take it back and get it fixed. When she finally brought it back to me, it was barely warm and sprinkled with ALOT of powdered sugar!! I could pick it up with my fingers, hows that supposed to melt butter!! ALL the cook had done was throw it on the grill for a second and sprinkle with sugar and send it back!!! Thats pretty pathetic!! I dont send food back a second time for the same problem!! TOTALLY DISCOURAGED!! 😡😡😡

Its a glimpse and a taste of how the great truckstops of old were. Minus the snowflakes, Karens and crybabies that get offended constantly. Plenty of parking, large store with basic needs and an excellent restaurant with great food at reasomable prices and a family atmosphere. This truckstop was featured in a reality TV show during the mid 2000s. If your passing through, need a place to park and take a 10 or a 34 then dont hesitate to stop here. Even non truckers will enjoy this slice of American nostalgic truckstops.

This place felt so homey. Just stopping for food and gas on a road trip, we had a blast here. Our food at the little diner was amazing, and we loved the hospitality. Our cook Ron was amazingly talented. Very yummy, hot, and fresh! The food and the cook lol. We would come here a million times more. Even had some fun in the store playing the mini casino games. Awesome place to stop!

Apparently nobody told them how to cook food. You would think that the black man running the grill would put a little spice on the chicken, but nope. Breakfast wasnt any better. Apparently nobody told him that the cheese goes in the omelette not on top. I will say the biscuit was good.

We live about a mile away from here. Once in awhile when I do not feel like cooking breakfast we will go up here for biscuits and gravy, and omelets. They have great down home cooking. The place is pretty quiet. The serves and all of the people we meet there are friendly as can be. If you are wanting a home cooked mal and do not want to cook it, this is the place to go!

The last Truck Stops from the old days, The Best !!Without Trucks and Truck Stops like this people wouldnt have electricity, money, water, food, jobs,, hospitals, homes, schools. No busses, boats, cars & pickup trucks and no gasoline and no electric cars. To create those batteries for these cars is HARD on the environment. Without Trucks and Truck Stops you have nothing.

No hyperbole whatsoever, this was, hands down, the most delicious breakfast i have ever ordered, anywhere, ever. We stopped by for dinner on Sunday, and i expected it to taste good; i wasnt expecting it to be THAT good! I think it was called a Scrambled special. It was $9.99, and it was worth even more. The waitress worked her butt off too. I will definitely go back! I seriously cant stop thinking about that food.

They have recenty finishe some remodeling , primarly the restrooms.They need to get the contractor back to increase the flow rate on the urinals and toliets.The food was good but they need real butter.

I stop in here for breakfast or a few beers now and then .the foods okay. Lots of parking but its on a hill so its makes for odd sleeping angles . Not the best truckstop around but far from the worst.

So decided to try this place, sat down and ordered a Togo dinner. After waiting 45 minutes and still no food, I was told the grill stopped working and it would be a little while. I asked for a refund and was told they dont have the ability to refund debit card payment but someone was coming in that could. After being here an hour the waitress finally just gave me cash back. She is the only reason I gave 1 star. She was super friendly. Wont be back.

Broke down and had to change a tire here. I thought this place was a more friendlier place from what I saw when they had those TV shows but I guess the shows were wrong. Had a guy walked out of the shop with either his girlfriend or wife, looked at me then walk back in the shop and didnt even ask me if I needed help. Ill remember him when I go inside and have breakfast . I I will pass the same courtesy to the waitress inside as the mechanic did for me .

Bar used to be upstairs live bands used to be a great place to stop the owner has destroyed this place restaurant used to be really good now its below average for the price the owner made his money from us truck drivers then slaps us in the face hopefully hell be either out of business soon

My husband has two booths at the Antique Mall at Midway. Books of all kinds, vintage magazines, records (vinyl) from all genres, DVDs (not bluray), some CDs, most items from 1900. Some older (vintage/antique). I love walking the isles in the back and seeing so many things I grew up with. Wonderful walks down memory lane.
