A1 top notch first experience with gateway. Had a front alignment on a 97 4Runner with a 3” leveling kit. They got to it done very fast and for a great price. I’m super satisfied would highly recommend them to anyone. My truck was eating my tires up now it rides smooth and such a big difference.

Great service and great people. Highly recommend them for your tire needs.. The only drawback to this place is how busy it is. Theyre good at what they do, so theyre always super busy. Your best bet is to plan a time that you can drop off your vehicle and have services complete without you sitting around for hours.

We was in Pigeon Forge on Vacation, however , somehow we picked up a bad bad tire before coming and two nails. They quickly diagnosed the issue , fixed it with two new tires and also fixed our power steering quickly.I highly recommend these fellas.

My back tire picked up a screw and of course the tire was going flat in a hurry. I stopped and put air in it but that didnt work. I quickly decided I had to get it repaired or my tire would be flat. I pulled into Gateway. They had my tire repaired and I was back on the road in 10 minutes. Talk about service. They were fantastic.

Oil changes and tires are okay. Anything beyond that, I would find a different level of experience. The First Come, First Served is an excuse, especially when they do something wrong or attempt to fix the problem and cant. Our experience lasted an entire month. They had our car for around 6 days total(at different times). They did refund charges for a part and labor(related), but left us with a new issue for someone else to fix, cause they could not. Not impressed that they use after market parts and do not give you a choice between OEM and after market.Update - the after market part installed created the new issue mentioned above. Once an OEM part was installed(by another company), new issue was resolved. A lot of wasted personal time.........

These people lied to us and put us in a huge bind with our truck. We called to have alignment work done, they said they had availability today “bring it on in”! Then they said they couldn’t get to it till the next morning, then the next afternoon.. next thing we know two days has passed and they hadn’t even STARTED work on our vehicle. Every time we called they gave us the run around and lied about the status. If they can’t be honest about something as simple as scheduling then I can’t imagine what else they’re lying about when it comes to the work that needs to be done. I don’t support businesses that lie to me, you should do the same and don’t patron this mechanic.

My grandfather was in a pinch and needed an alignment same day or the next day. We went all around columbia and these guys at gateway promised theyd have it done within the day. They called that night and said they didnt get to it but theyll do it in the morning. We called in the morning asking and they said theyre going to get to it. 4pm rolls around and still no call or anything. My grandpa went back in person to ask about his truck as he was suppose to leave that morning to go home but it was already near closing time for them. They said its not done it wont be done within the day and they could not promise it would get done the next day either. So 3 days later my grandpa was stranded and they never even serviced his car. The dishonesty by the employees who promised service was the worst part. Had they been honest we would have kept looking for another shop.

This was my first time here. The day did not start off great because they put my tires on my old rims instead of my news ones. But they apologized and fixed the mix up extremely fast. They also stayed late so I could pick up my truck. The front desk people were very nice and there is ample seats if you are going to stay while they work on your vehicle. They also offer a veteran discount all year around. I would go back again.

I stopped by this morning to see about aligning front and rear wheels on my 2012 Scion. They went right to work on it. Prices were very reasonable and I was out of there in no time. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous team.

I had a great experience at Gateway. They were extremely friendly and very professional. I just bought a truck from a private seller and needed new tires. Gateway provided excellent service and a great price. Since i just purchased the truck, they even offered to do a checkout of the vehicle at no charge. I sat outside and watched them working on it. The guys really know what they’re doing and are efficient but also take great care when working on the vehicles. The guys up front and in the garage all seemed really organized and couldn’t have been more genuine and happy. Since I was sitting outside, the gentleman that was working on my truck would pop out periodically and keep me informed of everything. The waiting area is very nice. They provide comfortable chairs, puzzles, newspapers, TVs, free phone chargers, free popcorn and coffee, and two very inexpensive vending machines. If you’re waiting with kids, they’ve also got a kids corner with legos, etc. I really can’t recommend these guys highly enough. They seem to really want to help you and are honest, not trying to nickel and dime you or up-sell you on things you don’t need. A+ operation!

Five-star service, 10-star people! I discovered a puncture on my birthday, of all days. I was up the street at Lowes when I called. They said they could fit me in. I was in the parking lot and back on the road in 30 minutes! Just enough time to do my Aldi shopping. At other places, it would be 30 minutes before my car was in the bay. I will never go anywhere else for tires or tire repairs. I could keep gushing, but theres need. Just pick up the phone or drive there already.

Had a slow leak in one of my rear tires, the staff was very friendly and professional. I did have to wait quite awhile due to it being a Friday around lunch but I was prepared for that and made myself comfortable in the waiting area. All of the staff members checked on me while I was waiting and when my tire was fixed I wasn’t even charged due to the long wait. I will be a returning (paying) customer for sure after receiving such great service.

I took my truck here to have a taillight fixed n I spent a 161 dollars n it still didnt work so I take it back up there to see if the tech had gotten any smarter to have it fixed n they told me they had done all they could do with it so I took it to TURNER AND OSBORNE and they have a real tech there that fixed it so neatless to say after 368 dollars later I have tail lights!! I DONT RECOMMEND GATEWAY FOR ANYTHING.!!

I havent been to Gateway in the past couple months, however I always take my car and trucks there for oil changes, tires, brakes etc.Their service is excellent. The only issue with them is service is first come, first serve so you either have to drop your car off and have someone pick you up or wait for your car. Another words no appointments. Depending on what you are having done and how busy they are you can wait quite a while if you dont have a ride.I trust them with all my routine automotive maintenance.

Great first experience! Went in for 4 new tires and a brake check. They were honest and told me my brakes were fine. It was super busy (at 7:30am on a Saturday), but I was out of there in under 90 minutes.Everyone was very friendly--especially Gary!Ill definitely be back for future needs.

They fixed my tire and didnt even charge me. Wasnt expecting that. Very polite staff at the desk. I will for sure be back when I need more work done. 😁

Steer clear of this place if you are a female and need tire or brake work. They will stall until the last minute, try to tell you 6 other things are wrong with your vehicle and become incredibly condescending when you call them out on it.* Edited to add Gateway must also have a filing issue as I have paid for multiple repairs on my entire familys vehicles there.

Had my old car aligned to a custom spec but it doesnt appear they test drove the car after as taking right turns caused the wheel to hit the fender and tear into the tire. I brought it back to them and got an additional charge for it to be fixed. I also find it very ODD that the new alignment specs from BEFORE didnt match the SPEC sheet that i left with from the original alignment
