Horrible place to live. Management sucks and changes every few months. Will not respond for emergency maintenance calls. Constant issues they will not properly fix. Plumbing nightmares. Water pouring from ceiling. They didnt even respond in 15 hours.

I wish that I could give this place ZERO STARS! The management is forever changing, this staff is unprofessional and lacks empathy for tenants and living conditions, maintenance does not fix things in a timely manner. The neighborhood is unsafe, tires being flatten including mine and neighbors, gang tags spray painted on entry ways, pool not open for 2 years straight, windows busted out of fitness center that also hasn’t been open in years, no laundry facility for 2 years but they still are included in your “amenities”. I’ve lived here for 3 years and it was a great place to live when I first moved here now it has gone down hill and I do not recommend anyone living here.They charge $900 or more for outdated appliances, mold and ventilation issues, being hung up on by office staff MULTIPLE TIMES… read the reviews - not this many people can be lying about the condition of this place. DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT and please save your calculated comment about how you care so much about my feedback - we know you don’t.

The management group have kept changing and changing over the months. Of that reason, the was no continuation on lease management, resident maintenance, notice delivery etc. If you asked one thing a month ago and verify it again today, you will have two completely different answers. Especially they will ask you to display communication log in writing so that you can prove youve made the phone call.The location is great but the management has been more than frustration. Id advise checking the property yourself before signing the lease.P.S. They will ask you to purchase security bond, which is non-refundable, instead of security deposit. Learned this in the hard way.

Apt 308 horrible experience!!!Since June of last year we have been trying to stay calm but it got to the point where the smell of mild and mildew it’s so bad that is staying in our clothes and personal belongings. The smell it’s horrible!! Coming home after a long day of work straight out to clean water from the floor and carpet it’s not fun at all. The SCDCA is now involved and they will hopefully do something. We want to get out but we do not want to break the contract. We are so tired and frustrated about this situation. We ca NOT live here anymore. Also, the mall box has no door and some of our mail has been lost. I have so much more pictures and videos. The bad smell in the carpet is bad!! I don’t have any more old clothes or towels to clean the water anymore. The cellin problem got some how fixed but it looks like the floor and carpet issue it’s getting worst and worst!! We need solution!

When I first moved into my apartment. The staff and living environment was top notch. I lived there for 3 years. Over time everything slowly dwindled. The management changed and then the office staff began to change every other week literally and was unprofessional and was never in the office to assist residence with concerns. They used to stay on top of pest control but now they dont and there is a bad bug infestation in the buildings and they only do pest control when the residence request it. The gym has been closed for over a year and this has been BEFORE the pandemic started. They kept saying they ordered new equipment and was waiting for it to arrive which was apparently a lie because I have moved out now and its still closed. They closed the laundry room abruptly while I was living there without even letting residences know anything in advance . I just moved out November 2020 because of multiple issues. However there was a new lady that was very sweet and professional that contacted me trying to get me to stay but it was too bad at that point and I couldnt take it any more. On top of the fact that I tried to give notice that I would not be renewing my lease but was told to wait until I get my renewal packet to address that which I was trying to do but NEVER got the renewal packet and now they are trying to say I have to pay them because I didnt give a 60 day notice. Glad I had my email from the conversation showing I did attempt to give notice. When I 1st moved there I LOVED IT but now I wouldnt give it a second chance.😢

I’ve contacted the office on multiple occasions for several reasonings. And will be taking the next steps with the bbb…Following emails were never handled or addressed :I truly apologize for emailing you at such late hours, but I simply feel as though matters such as this such be addressed and answered as promptly as possible. As displayed in the plethora of videos provided for the past couple of months parking in my complex has been almost nonexistent for any resident who is not home earlier than 7 oclock, unfortunately, I do not have that privilege being that my work schedule seldom permits me to do such. I of course have no idea of how parking is regulated but I vaguely remember in the leasing contract it stated only two cars were able to be assigned to a housing unit and after a quick number count, I discovered there are exactly enough parking sports for each apartment to have those 2 car spaces. So, using quick context clues the evident reasoning for the lack of spaces is the 2-car parking clause in the lease is being broken in our complex.As stated in a previous email while parking at another complex I and another resident broke out into a verbal disagreement due to me parking at that complex, and yet, of course, this argument couldve easily been taken care of if my complex was not slam packed every night. As seen in videos cares are parked on grass, and even in spots that are not legitimate spots. Well, that brings me to my next point when I parked in a spot that wasnt a spot, I woke up to a not-so-friendly towing notice but if the 2-car rule was being regulated properly, I wouldve never been in that predicament.The parking situation mixed with the light being out in our stairwell which Ive voiced months ago, and me having to contact Maintenace weekly about another inconvenience (I called for the air vent filter to be changed almost a week ago and still no fix) Im led to believe that things are not working towards getting better.Could I receive the property management company email, so that I can further express my concerns with them?…………I never received the property management company email or contact.Days ago they distributed a note about toilet installation and how they were mandatory and if nobody was at the residence than it’s a $200 fine. I contacted them as i was in Vegas for my graduation trip and was told yet again the manager would contact me back but of course they did not. That fee is very rude being that you sent this mandatory request days before the assigned day, people like myself work or have things planned.

The management team at KRC Foxfire was professional from beginning to end. The apartment was very nice with newly surfaced counter tops, new carpet and fresh paint. The appliances were relatively new also in my apartment. The neighbors are nice and the complex is generally quiet and peaceful. Foxfire is a very good value in a great location.

Horrible management. Had multiple plumbing issues. Toilets flood from neighbors upstairs. Sewage in my carpet and they will not come replace it. Hole in wall they cut to fix it is still exposed. NEVER move here.

From the first moment I came to KRC Foxfire, I was treated very professionally and the staff couldnt have been more accommodating. I had numerous contacts via email and every email was answered quickly. I was also happy to have been able to secure an apartment at ground level after looking at a second floor apartment. The apartments are very spacious and the floor plan is terrific! I couldnt be happier living here. The rent is affordable and the amenities/features are great. I hope to be at KRC Foxfire a long time.

My wife and I made all arrangements via phone and email and loved it immediately. The location, the community of residents made me feel right at home and the security gives me good night sleeps. The management staff are warm, friendly, professional and quick respond to whatever I need attended to. The halls are clean are kept clean. Love the monthly social activities. The schools are outstanding and the area is walking distance to everything you need...seriously!

I am a long term renter in this apartment complex. From Aug 27th until Sept 1st, my air conditioning was not working in my apartment. Unfortunately there were no parts for it on the premises so a part had to be ordered for it to be fixed. I went five days with a portable air conditioner. The portable leaked water all over the carpet and basically kept one room slightly cooler than the rest of the apartment. The average temperature in my apartment for those five days was about 85 degrees. It was of course hotter during the day. Temps sometimes reaching 90 plus. Unbearable is an understatement. But I made due. I went to the office and spoke with the assistant manager about some type of discount for Septembers rent for the five days that my AC was out. I called and spoke to this assistant manager two more times. She assured me that someone would contact me. That never happened. As of this day, Sept 14, 2020, not one person from the office has contacted me about this. I even FB messaged, and still nothing. This is the most unprofessional office staff I have ever seen. The only person that was honest with me and took care of the problem was the maintenance manager. He made sure the right part was ordered and he himself came back when I called about the problems with the portable AC. When the part did come in, he did a great job repairing my AC unit. I have contacted King Rook Capital and Strategic Management Partners by email on this matter. I do not think it is too much to ask for some type of concession. With as much rent as the residents pay here, the least you can do is have a more caring office staff. My phone number and email are on file at the office. Someone needs to contact me. This is not the way I wanted to do this. But it seems to be the only way to get a response.

Two months in so its time to share the great experience Im having so far.The moving experience couldnt be better. Everything can be done online and I had great communication and support from the leasing team.The amenities are beautiful, spacious, lots of storage and the appliances are quality branded.The staff is so great! My couple of maintenance requests were completed on the same day, the pool and external areas are always clean.The location is excellent. Out of the traffic but still less than 10 min away from everything

Great place to live! I just moved out but only because I was purchasing a home. While living here for 2 years, Ive had the greatest experience. The leasing team was always very nice and helpful, the maintenance was exceptionally responsive. It was an overall great living experience for my family.

So far everything is great! I had the pleasure of moving into a renovated apt. and the appliances are beautiful. Its in a very convenient neighborhood. Schools are great and the grounds are always kept clean. Neighbors are friendly and respectful tho I never have any issues there n the staff is great and friendly. I love it so far. The maintenance staff are always professional and courteous especially if I have to call them after late hours on late evenings on the weekend. Any issues Ive had, theyre always out in a timely manner to fix or adjust

I am never one to post reviews on Google so for me this is a big deal. After a recent trip to the property I was greeted by several staff members that made me feel like I was part of the family. The property was in great condition and the apartment that I was shown on my tour had some of the best features and options of any I had seen in the area. The prices were a great value for the money. I very quickly made my decision to turn in my applications and was given my option of my apartment location to reserve. Thank you to the team for helping me turn a hard decision into a very simple one and call your property home.

Great location — neighborhood charming and full of retail from groceries to designer clothes. Layout is perfect for two couples and hard to find. The new team in the office has been a bonus, being responsive, friendly, resourceful, super smart, and able to handle a wide variety of situations, from the simple to the complex. Highly recommend.

I’ve been telling them about this black debris in my water since I moved in they claim they’re going to get a plumber but yet no one‘s been in my apartment to fix this health hazard.When asked when is the plumber coming no response is ever given.On top of the many other things that they haven’t fixed around here.If you want to stay away from slumlords don’t move here

I just recently moved here and let me tell you...SO FAR SO GOOD. I love it here!!! Very beautiful unit and extremely spacious! The neighborhood is very quiet (which i love) and kid friendly (cute lil playground on site). Its very affordable, especially during these crazy Covid times! Ms. Lashonda and Mr. Carlos in the leasing office were both extremely professional and consistent with walking me through the whole application process. Ms. Lashonda especially gave above and beyond customer service!! Od course there will be pros and cons ANYWHERE you go..I just know I definitely made the right choice choosing Foxfire to be my new home! I have a few friends who are also considering moving here as well..be blessed..be safe!

New management is so in a rush to move you in, they SPRAY over the mold in the apartment!!!! My family could’ve died and they literally tried to blame this on me due to their negligence. I’m sure this isn’t what the owners King Rook Capital had in mind. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY or sued for harm caused to potential residents. I wouldn’t put my worse enemy in this community this is apartment 305!! And as of September 2020 the apartment is still in this condition those who still around my old apartment please be careful and have dhec check your home for mold

Love the apartment and layout, great location. I found early on that the environment is not the best. Maintenance is slow to getting repairs dun if at all. They recently came to look at dish washer took it apart said needed a part to never return as of yet. Turned off power to kitchen wall so none of the plugs ,light on hood,or exhaust work. Turned up water heater but still cant take more than a 5 min shower and its cold again. Toilet still leaking one will not flush but every now and then. Pool was open maby one month at the end of the summer. So called fitness center always under renovation and unable to be used by residents. No access to rec center for older kids to enjoy. They can do much better.

My apartment is really nice and I have not had any maintenance or bug problems. But if the leasing office crew is any indication of the maintenance, I have nothing to worry about!

I love this apartments, easy access to major shopping and the highway. The apartments are nice and spacious and the prices are affordable. They have a beautiful playground, pool, laundry center and are upgrading the gym. The leasing agent is awesome, she knows the property and it’s surrounding very well.

I lived there for 2 years and the onsite team was great! Any work order I ever turned which were very few were handled in a timely manner. The apartments especially the bedrooms were spacious, some of the largest in the area having lived in a few others prior to living here. I would highly recommend this complex for its location to downtown and many shops including the mall around it.

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 3 years and had no problems until about a few weeks. I recently had a light in my stairwell go out. I called and spoke with the leasing agent. She assured me it would be taken care. I sent email to all three agents explain that I do not feel safe leaving and coming home because my stairwell is so dark. I have to use a flashlight when leaving and returning home each day when I pay rent reach month to have those types of things handled. On today I called and explaining a third time about the concern I have for my safety. I come home tonight and guess what I am still in the dark. This is totally unacceptable and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. I can not wait until my lease is up and I will moving some where that put the safety of their residents as a top priority.

Im not happy at all. There was a plumbing issue that cause water to cover the floors in both bathrooms and I know there is wall behind the walls. I dried the water myself because it took to long for them to come and I didnt want it to spend more. And they did was spray something and brought a blower two days later. I let my issue with my health be know to the office, I have allergies against three type of household mold. I felt I was push to the side but they will know and pay attention will I bring the doctor bill to them.

One of my worst living experiences ever. I moved in after the impact of floods here in S.C. It was move-in ready. I was initially told by mgmt that my rent would be $850 per month. On my move in date(after over half the furniture was already moved in) the property came to me & told me that my rent was actually $970 per month. I immediately felt trapped in a bad situation. I was unaware that my apartment was flooded months before. From the beginning of my lease & for all of the months after, I experienced plumbing problems. For months only 1 bathroom was usable. There is only 1 electrical outlet in the bathroom and only in 1 bathroom. I requested more electrical outlets but was denied even after they sent contractors to my home to swap out all the outlets(twice). For months the kitchen sink ran all over the kitchen floor. Until I started using pots to catch the water when cooking or washing dishes. Once a repair was attempted, I noticed drain flys/knats in the kitchen and bathroom. I also had problems from the beginning of my lease with all sorts of assorted insects. Baby spiders, albino roaches, little microscopic bugs. The list went on & on. Everytime the refrigerator was opened you cld see the bugs laying there. We got to a point where we had to start eating out bc knats wld be all over the food while trying to prepare it. By the way no ice makers and no timer on the stove either! No wifi. There is a 24 hr fitness, playground & a pool. I got to a point where I caught a few bugs in ziplocks to leave for the exterminators to examine to treat for the right bugs. The office failed to give it to Gregory pest control when I spoke to them during treatment. The issue was never resolved even though management was advised. The a/c unit failed from the beginning of spring through june 1st. May was the worst month because there was absolutely no a/c the entire month! It was hot & humid. I had to spend money on fans. My light bill was $600! The a/c leaked all over my daughters floor. I had a closet door that had come off the hindges for months. I spoke to a manager the 2nd month i was there & she offered a couple of hundred off my rent but quit or either got fired before crediting my account. The temporary replacement was rude! She cut me off, hung up in my face & used a very condescending tone. She waited until after the 5th to give me an answer as to what was being offered and then charged me a late fee. So i ended up with a $25 credit. Dissatisfied, I contacted their corporate office whom i left several messages in all the officers of the company voicemails as well as the general voicemail. I only got one call back which i missed. I attempted to call back but was unsuccessful with reaching anyone. This was one miserable year. Glad its done.

Roach infested place upon moving in. Have been told twice that pest control will be coming I haven’t seen them this is my second week in this apartment and again roach infested.Was told that they hold packages at the office before moving in. Then once I sign the lease they want to tell me that they don’t hold packages because of Covid. My package was stolen because it was put on my step.Gave them a move-in inspection list and no one‘s been in my apartment to fix a damn thing. Based on my start there’s no way I would stay here after the 12 month lease is up

I can not wait to move. Pool never seems to open, fitness center either. And the staff thinks things are funny when you call and completely unprofessional. No customer service what so ever. Roaches everywhere. I left a great review before I moved Because to get you in they talk amazing. Then dont even wave at you in the neighborhood. I had a issue paying my rent with my credit card and could not receive any help. Also made a accidental payment using wrong account and called for assistance to make the payment to my correct account and gets laughed at over the phone saying well you know what that mean right? Late fee.... Like seriously do you think this is some joke? Im a tenant not your sister. How awful I felt hanging up the phone while having issues all day trying to pay my rent when I had the money and the online system locked me out. All they needed to do was put the amount back to allow me to pay it right then problem solved. But I get laughed at about having to pay my hard earned money for a late fee for no reason. Would not work with me AT ALL. Disgusted by the customer service. I mean wow!!! Really wish I wouldve kept my 6m lease now Im stuck here for a year. DONT MOVE HERE

This place was the worst decision I ever made in life. I went though four managers in my year of living here. Also it’s bug infested. I went without heat for two months straight. They don’t fix anything, my toilet in the hallway hasn’t worked since I moved into the apartment. The bathroom had peeling paint in the tub, the ceilings were molded and they paint over everything. This was my first option when I moved to Columbia and I really wish I did my research before I spent my money into this dump.

Lived here for about two years and I have to say that it was a pleasant experience. The location is great and the homes are very affordable. Johnny and his maintenance team are very knowledgeable and promptly remedy any issues I have ever had. I even see them helping residents from time to time with things outside of their job duties such as taking the garbage out for a disabled resident. Johnny even took the time to pump up a flat tire for me when he was obviously very busy. Great staff and great experience. I highly recommend!

Country walk apartments is an apartment complex that is quite affordable for a 3 bed 3 bathroom unit. The maintenance staff is always fast and quite friendly. The complex is near quite a few shops and grocery stores which makes it easy for grabbing things you need. Also the unit has a nice swimming pool that is nice to take a dip in. I would recommend living here if you are looking for affordable housing by a very kind staff.

When we got there to look at a place. There was no one at the office. Someone was sitting on the inner part of the gated area but no matter how much we knocked no one came to the door. We were unable to see the apartment we were hoping to see. We did not like the balcony layout from what we saw looking at some of the balconies. There is no privacy between you and your neighbor.

I must agree Christi is the worst. She does have something to say about and to kids that arent the same race as her. She takes her time on fixing your home. She also wants to charge you for things they should be fixing their selves. Im glad she isnt the property manager. I heard Steve was gone and I dont know who will be in charge of the property? If for any reason Christi becomes the manager again Im going to have to move. The community is nice but definitely lacking professionalism..

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE. Management is absolutely horrible. It take weeks for them to do simple things such as spraying for bugs or replacing blinds or lights. The walls are super then so if you are on the 1st floor you hear everything upstairs. This property complex has had 5 managers in the year and three months Ive been here. The assistants sitting out front swap in and out daily. So it makes it hard for anyone to know exactly what is going on with your apartment. They are rude and disrespectful. I never write bad reviews on anyone because most times I can make the best out of a bad situation. But this is just not the case. If you move here, you will surely regret it.

This was the worst living experience of my entire life! Nothing works and maintenance can’t fix anything. I had no air during the summer and no heat during the winter. We had several electrical problems that were never resolved. Worst place ever!

I have lived here for 7 months and I can honestly say we have no complaints. We had an issue with the central air and they fixed it immediately. Though I have seen many property managers come and go the short time Ive been here, its still a decent place to live. Location and price are a plus.

Because I was late with my rent this month when the kids and I arrived home there were 6 eviction notices posted on the front door with a balloon and all though out our apartment. My children and I were devastated, embarrassed and absolutely sickened. Very unprofessionally handled and undignified. Especially after just having a conversation with the office manager about our circumstances the day before. Insult to injury.

This place is ridiculous. The apartments are in desperate needs of upgrades and they focus on their front office and exterior. You dont even get electrical outlets in the bathrooms. The doors and windows are extremely drafty and noisy. Back bedrooms are so cold you have to put plastic over them just to get a little relief. The pool is awful and never open, there is a car that has had a tag on it for months and no one will get it out of the way. The management refuses to do help with minimal things and basic necessary repairs. They dont answer their phones or return emails. The rent is low for a reason. Find a roommate and go some place else.

I have lived at Country Walk for about a year. The staff has always been very friendly. The maintenance team has been quick to respond whenever I have requested service in my apartment. I really like the location too, it is very close to the mall and other shopping on Harbison Blvd.

Fitness is a large part of my life and a property with a fitness center was one of the selling points when looking for a place to live. It was disappointing to see that most fitness establishments in the area did not offer around the clock access. At Country Walk, I find comfort of a brand name gym close to home. Their health and wellness center offers professional equipment in a private and clean space. Forget about paying an expensive gym fee, there are better amenities close to home.All outdoor areas have a purpose; they all connect with each other and every resident is catered for. The one selling points of this property is the resort-style pool. Every summer day feels like a vacation!The upgraded units at Country Walk feel like I am getting a steal of a deal! The various floor plans, updated kitchens, finishes, and appliances gives comfortable yet affordable living to every family.

**I added pics of what I moved into.** If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the WORST apartment complex Ive lived in. DO NOT move here (country walk, Columbia, SC) The apartment was not in good condition on my move in day. I had to stay in a hotel (I was relocating from another state and had no where to go) because it wasnt ready. It wasnt painted, the entire tub surround was SO horrible that it needed to be replaced. They painted over outlet covers making it look so trashy, nail holes were patched and not sanded down before being painted over. The tub surround was finally replaced but that was done so badly and looks so bad. The fridge was broke. Ive called corporate 3 times now with no response. I was told, while looking at the apartments, that it was outdated compared to the rest of Columbia. I saw that in the model but I was okay with that. There is a HUGE difference between outdated and dumpy. The actual apartment I rented looked nothing like the model. I told the leasing agent that if I saw what I saw on move in day, Country walk would never have even been a second thought for me. Its horrible that nothing seems to be getting done based on all the reviews I read and a few conversations with fellow residents. The location is prime and if they cared to fix it up, they could make more money in the long run. I feel as though if you specialize in renting and apartments, you should do an awesome job at it. This complex is truly failing and I really think they have zero support to do anything about it.

THIS BY FAR has been the worse experience I have had with an appt complex. FIRST I was given a different amount to renew my lease. I was having this issue and OBSERVED two other people in the office with the same issue. The response was I am sorry, that information was incorrect and they increased my rent I was okay because I was leaving on in 60 days. Secondly the I received a letter on my door that the payment method changed. I went in on the 5th to make my payment but the system was down. NO EMAILS or LETTERS was given out to notify us. SOOOOO I have to pay a late fee even after I emailed the complex the error message. A issue they were fully aware of. Heres where I am upset. legally The appt complex has 14 days to complete any maintenance issues or I DO NOT have to pay rent, yet I have always paid my rent on or before the 5th of EVERY month. THEY DO NOT FIX things within that timeframe. Please do not move here I should have listened to the reviews. The ones that say it is a good place are not telling the truth!

I lived there last year for only a few months. Something was always broken. Kitchen flooded when I first moved in, stove wasn’t working properly and heater kept going out. When I went to pay my deposit and first month rent they were trying to make me pay more than I was originally told. Could never keep the same receptionist in the office for whatever reasons. My son’s bike was stolen from the front door, but was later recovered by the lady in the office....this experience was the true meaning of you get what you pay for. I also see that one of the managers left a false review on here acting as if she’s a tenant speaking of how great the place is...smh

This is the most horrible experience Ive ever encountered! I have been a resident of this community for a whole 6 days... prior to moving in I was told there would be SEVERAL things that would be fixed including removing the trash in the kitchen drawers that was left behind by previous tenants. The stairwells are infested with spider webs and just about any bug you can think of. My downstairs neighbor kitchen flooded because I decided to do some laundry. They knocked on my door and asked if I could please stop my laundry because their kitchen was flooded and they had been through this with the previous tenants. My closet did not close. Neither did the majority of my windows inside the unit. There were many other things that had not been addressed as well. I had been back and forth to the office several times regarding these issues that had NOT been addressed. Yesterday after almost a week after signing my lease I was totally fed up with the untimely manner in which it was taking them to make these corrections. They took my money under false pretense that these things were being fixed as I was signing my lease. When I called the front office I was hung up on by the office manager APRIL via telephone after never receiving a call back regarding the matters in which we had discussed. When I made my way to the front office I was then not given a chance to even speak I was immediately told I need to leave. When I refused to do so APRIL had her office staff call the police on me. Im 9 months pregnant By The Way. What kind of threat did I really pose to have the police called on me?? So there I stood rubbing my belly unable to voice my concerns, or complaints because APRIL in her words wasnt doing this today. Im a professional myself and in all my years of living I HAVE NEVER been treated so unprofessional in my life. To stand there 9 months pregnant awaiting the police to come just so I could ask a question had to be the most humiliating thing Ive ever encountered. I would NOT recommend this place to anyway. April was very rude and she speaks to you in a very condescending tone. She really showed me her tenants have NO VOICE when shes not in the mood to do this today. Im still awaiting to hear from corporate regarding my issues. This was THE WORST decision Ive ever made when I signed a lease with them. Seeing the reviews now I wish I had read them prior to moving in. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

This has been my WORST experience!! When I moved in the roaches were horrible and they’re not much better even with the office sending pest control out every other week for about 2 months there roaches are visible every day in this apartment but, we’re being charged monthly for pest control 🤔🤔 I’m currently working with a law firm to see if this is even lawful to do so especially if you can’t keep the pest under control. They use Gregory pest control and the pest control guy said all of these apartments have roaches because they are old so DON”T let them try to tell you otherwise like they tried to tell me. Also the maintenance crew is non existent unless it’s a fire I guess but other than that I only see them hanging out in their shop.. The office staff well, let’s just say is about as useless as maintenance when trying to get an issue resolved 🤦🏽‍♀️ Just do yourself a favor and find yourself a nice place to live because this isn’t it‼️

This is by far the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. My roommate and I moved in at the end of December and we have had problems since the very start. In the middle of January we had no heat and someone came to fix it several times and it wasnt fixed until the fourth time someone came by to fix it. The laundry room we are paying for doesnt work 90% of the time. The manager and other office worker are very rude whenever the residents have a problem that needs to be addressed. Its now the middle of May and our ac has been out for 7 days now. Our ac was working just fine but the lawn company they hired cut a line to our ac unit and the apartment complex has done nothing to fix it because they say its not their fault but it really is. I am completely disgusted with this place. Only reason I cant move out is because Im leaving for boot camp in November so I dont have time to sign another lease somewhere else. Please do not move here!! You will be entering a whole lot of bs.

I have always wanted to move into this community for years. Finally moved in and it is not what I expected. Even though the admin staff (Walter) and the maintenance staff (Ernest) have helped with what they could (with their hands tied from Corporate) the experience is not what I would recommend to future residence.

I moved into a three bedroom apartment in September 2014 with my daughter and granddaughter. initially the apartment looked fine, new carpet and fresh, bad job of paint. As soon as night hit the roaches were all over, on the walls, floor, kitchen, everywhere. we lost our desire to eat. Couldnt get them to help with the bugs so i bombed every week for months, finally got a handle on the bugs. The the FIRE! we lost everything and the apartment manager could care less, at least the red cross came in. 7 or 8 apartments were completely damaged i believe it was the wiring because at that time they were over 40 years old. worst apartment ever.

And I am very upset about it because I sleep on my couch we do not sleep back there in the back due to the other issues the termite issues. The property is run down and this is supposed to be an upgraded unit and if its upgraded I dont know what funds are money that used to do so but its not a good job. I mean I cant even blow dry my hair without the lights going out and you have to go outside in the storage room to redo the breaker to cut the lights back on. That is very unsafe and that is an electrical issue. When I first moved in it was a snake in the grass by the Neighbors, cant use storage mice running everywhere, foundation fallen, paint falling from ceiling, cant open dishwasher without opening my stove. Hot cold water mixed up, cant use some electrical sockets, closet doors off hindges I put this in my initial move in list still not fixed. They have had 3 to do list from me and still no luck. I supposed to move in another unit after being there 1 month and I am still in the same one. But in Feb termites ate a hole through my wall and they acted like they called termite ppl but in reality they didnt. They stated since they have no move in inspection they cant do anything. Wow!!!

This is such a great place to live. The garden style apartments are wonderful. The units have been recently updated (kitchens, floors, finishes, appliances). Another advantage is the location, which is strategically placed minutes from downtown Columbia and the Harbison Recreational Center w/ parks, wellness, running/walking trails! The property director, Zanthia, was super friendly.

Absolutely the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. I put in a work order 4 years ago and when I moved out it still hadn’t been fixed. Also when discussing prices/balances with the office staff be sure to get them to print out and sign whatever you’re told. I called back 3 times and was told a different (higher) amount each time with nothing changing from each call (just different questions). Also had to contact DHEC because of black mold that was the result of water damage that they were aware of but never fixed. When it came time to move I was also blamed for all the damage resulting from the water damage (Even though it was determined I was not at fault). Save your money and choose another complex in the same area, for the same price you could have a much better quality of living.

We have had problems with our apartment from the start. Toilet rocks on the floor. Master shower does not divert hall bath has no hot water at sink and the tub handles leak. Our ac is currently going out and the maintenance man told me three days ago Ill be there first thing in the morning. That morning has still not came. They will tell lies saying you werent home to cover there own self. Im so done with country walk. And if I could give no stars I would. Do yourself a favor and save your money. I have already called coorperate and still no phone call back. Next is getting ahold of legal resources.

I never even moved into this place! And I wouldn’t suggest you do either! There’s a reason they have over 30 apartments available! I talked to Joyce about moving in on the 1st of September she told me it would be 350 to move in and the first month free! Last week when my fiancé and I went to fill out the paperwork she changed it to 350 PLUS 53 for “utilities” for September bringing the total to 403 I said ok fine whatever. Then she sends me an email today saying our move in date is August 30th and we are to pay 350+53+51! I don’t even know where the 51 comes from and we have said repeatedly we’re moving in on September 1st not August 30th! I told them we would NOT be moving in because of these reviews and the fact they are doing a bait and switch! If there’s this many problems BEFORE WE EVEN MOVE IN I know they’ll be even worse problems when we move in! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
