Made reservations for pick up to go to the airport, spoke with someone by phone (twice) prior to the day of the trip. The morning of, didnt answer and the phone number appeared to be disconnected.

Great company! Great customer service! The drivers arrived on time with the appropriate (and very clean) vehicles. Our driver was friendly, helpful and safe. Flying into BWI was an unplanned detour but they helped make it more bearable for sure. The next time we fly in or out of BWI, we will definitely use their services again.

GREAT EXPERIENCE-----My very first time flying into Bwi by myself was in 2014 and I used a competing shuttle service company that is national. The experience was awful. I knew I would be returning to Bwi Airport in the summer of 2015. I searched through Google and found Bwi Shuttle Service. I called the company and talked to a real person over the phone. I made reservations and I flew into Bwi Airport on a Tues. Bwi Shuttle Service called and sent me a text telling me they were ready to pick me up. I waited about 5 minutes and a beautiful and clean SUV was waiting for me. Less than an hour later I was at my destination. I called for a reservation for my return flight and I couldnt be happier. The owner of the company picked me up at the appointed time and drove me to Bwi airport with time to spare. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS!
