Just wanted to let you all know how awesome it was to meet and interact with Robby. Robby stopped by today to give me a quote for cleaning and check on a suspected mold issue. We were able to rule out the mold issue after Robby checked some things. Robby went above and beyond. Super nice guy and represents your company well.

Awesome job! The two gentlemen who came were professional and thorough. They were also here on time. They even fixed where we had a line that wasnt connected downstairs for some reason (thats how the mice got in, I bet). Coolest part was seeing what came out of the ducts afterwards (no mice, which is good, but a few toys). Definitely recommend Mr Bs!

We’ve had HVAC ducts cleaned before so we were expecting a lot more than Mr. B’s performed. Prior cleaning of our ducts took over four (4) hours to complete with less branches and one (1) return. It took Mr. B’s one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes to clean 15 branches and 3 returns in our 2,100 sq. ft. home. During the “cleaning” process they only removed one (1) register and we never saw them use a brush to clean the ducts as they advertise. They simply pushed a small hose through each register that we assume, but cannot confirm, was used to disperse air in the ducts. It’s been over two (2) weeks since Mr. B’s cleaned our ducts and we’ve not noticed any appreciable difference in the air quality or dust accumulation between the pre and post cleaning process. We will not use their service again and neither will we recommend them to anyone. Also, they were slated to give us a follow-up call and we’ve yet to hear from them.

This is a 5+ star service company. The air duct cleaning crew not only did a great job with multiple units, but pointed out an hvac issue that needed my immediate attention. I called the office with a follow up question on poor airflow and the company sent a representative to remedy the situation. Polite, responsive, trained, educated, honest, prompt, customer focused, and fairly priced. All of these qualities I found in my encounter with Mr. B’s. Job well done gentlemen!

Its been a few weeks since my ducts were cleaned and I have so much less dust in my house! We have a fairly new home (4 years old) and I had no idea how much the construction of the home left in the ducts. The team was polite and were in and out in just a few hours. Very happy customer would recommend! My 18 year old A/C finally had to be replaced last week. When it first came on after it was installed, little pieces of gross stuff flew out of all the vents! I obviously needed to have the ducts cleaned. The installer recommended Mr Bs. Mike and Daniel arrived right on time (in shoe covers, no less!) and were SO nice. They worked for two hours cleaning all of the vents out with a giant vacuum and a long brush.I had been very concerned that the process would make a mess, but everything went in the vacuum. My ducts had been painted over several times, so working them loose caused plaster and stuff to get on the floor. The guys brought a shop vac in with them to get those off the floor without me even asking. They put all of the vent covers back up, but then I decided I wanted to buy new ones, so they took them all back down again. I really felt like that was going above and beyond. For all of the work I thought the price was extremely reasonable.

Just wanted to say that the service I received on Saturday was top notch. Our home was serviced by two young men who were not only professional but very nice to talk to. And guess what.....they showed up right on the appointment time. How often does that happen in todays world? It is always a wonderful thing when you get good service.

Mr.Bs were absolutely amazing. Our AC got sprayed by a skunk, and the smell was awful. I emailed them on a Friday morning around 8am and got a call from them at 9am. After following their suggestions and trying everything to deodorize the house, we decided to use their services cause we just kept smelling wiffs of the skunk. They were able to come out the following Tuesday, and after they cleaned the ducts, we could breathe a little easier (pun intended).Daniel and Ashley were extremely professional and friendly, along with other staff I interacted with over the phone. They showed up right on time and knocked out everything so quickly! He was very professional and kind, answered all my questions and his pricing is incredibly reasonable. We communicated via email leading up to the day of service, and when I had to change the appointment, it was done easily and courteously. The team that actually did the cleaning were also professional and courteous (and very tolerant with my very curious 2-yr-old wanting to watch their every move). Great Experience with Mr Bs. Jeffrey and Roger came and spent several hours cleaning all the ducts and the units. They were very dusty from all the renovations done to the house. It smelled clean as soon as they were done. They cleaned everything up and made sure there were no marks on the walls , ducts or dust balls anywhere. Highly Recommend Mr Bs!!

Amendment to the following review: Mr. B, the owner, contacted me after the work was done upon hearing about the issues . He expressed his deep regrets and refunded my money, sending me a hand written check for $350. I was impressed with this level of customer service.- - - - -Chris and Hayden, two employees of Mr. Bs, came to clean our air ducts on Monday, August 22nd, 2016. They hit some traffic on the way here, which is totally understandable. Because of that, they showed up 30-40 minutes late, but I was getting the house ready to get cleaned (moving furniture, rugs, etc), so it was actually kind of nice that they were late.Chris and Hayden seemed like really nice guys. They were kind and respectful in their communications with me. But their work ethic was a whole other thing; they did not do a good job. After an hour and a half, when they were about to finish up, I asked them if they were going to use the rotor brush with the vacuum (Id done a little research before). They said they could do that. They got some of their equipment back out and did so. But if I hadnt asked, they wouldnt have done it.I thanked them for using the rotor brush and they said it was no problem. They packed their things and headed out. I should have looked at the state of our house before letting them go Every space around the air vents were filthy (about 6 on every side of the air vent), which meant it got all over the carpets, couch, guitars, books, our kids toys, kitchen table, and lots more. It took about two hours to clean up the mess they made.More than that, Chris and Hayden left a bunch of smudge marks on the walls, which wasnt a big deal since it easily cleaned up with soap, water and a washcloth, but its the principle of the thing. They came to clean, not leave our house a mess.I called Mr. Bs and spoke to Mark, the guy who books their appointments, and he offered to take $25 off the price after I asked him what he could give me for the trouble. $25 seemed insulting to me (for the two hours of cleanup I did), so I asked for another $50 off (I should have asked for more). He agreed. With the coupon I found online, that meant $100 off. So instead of $450 it was $350. But with the two hours of cleanup we had to do, $100 off didnt seem worth it.

The men that came were so respectful and easy to talk to, answered my questions and I felt they did a really great job!!!

I have not had work done yet, but Mark was EXTREMELY helpful and honest about what steps I should take in my process to getting my home smelling better. I would highly recommend and will be using them myself in the future. Thank you for all the help!

The technicians came out and they informed me that the ducts still had wet mud in them and they advised that they should dry in order to clean properly. Great on the phone. Came out to clean my ducts which are 40 years old and have a lot of original construction debris and dirt in them. They cleaned 2 rooms and told us that my ducts (they are under my slab) had collapsed and they were pulling out dirt and rocks. They were afraid of undermining my house slab and ruining their equipment. They didnt want to do the rest of the house. I hired a plumber to run a camera in my ducts to see if they were collapsed. They were fine, just very dirty and had a lot of construction debris. Hired another duct company who came out and they had no issues cleaning the ducts and removing the debris.
