Clean Air Columbia has helped us cool off in our 1930s home! Our ducts had such large gaps we were losing 30% of our cooling into the walls, floors and basement. The service from Clean Air was impeccable. They arrived on time (after I had to reschedule at the last minute which they were able to accommodate). The gentleman helping me were polite, efficient, and finished their work in no time at all. Lastly, there is a clear difference in the air before and after. Our AC is running better and allergic reactions to dust in the vents was immediately improved. Well worth the cost.

We found this business to initially service our dryer vent on a home we bought. The receptionist was so nice and informative and we decided we should get the ducts cleaned as well as the home had been vacant and we had our hardwood floors refinished along with we wanted to be certain everything was clean and clear for many reasons. They came the very next day for our dryer vent, got it working and they were quick and efficient and went over things with my husband…above and beyond what they came to do…the following week they did the duct cleaning and the entire team was professional, kind and as trustworthy and efficient! They cleaned my dryer vent on this visit. It is vented through the roof so he had to climb up there and cleaned it from there. He did not have to pull the dryer out-cleaned the vent, etc. on it in place. Scheduling was easy, he arrived right on time, did the job quickly and left virtually no mess. We contacted Clean Air Columbia recently to clean our vents and ducts. Steve was great when setting up the appointment, and Les and Tyler were friendly and efficient when they came to do the work. They were right on time and seemed to communicate well with each other, and they were both really thoughtful about making sure the pets in the house would be safe, which I appreciated greatly!Its too soon yet to tell if HVAC efficiency will improve, since we havent turned on the system yet, but regardless, its nice to have gotten it done!

Our house had some drywall dust in the ductwork. Clean Air came out and cleaned out the ducts. We had 2 people working from home at the time. They made sure to not interrupt us during meeting times. They cleaned up after themselves. It has been 2 weeks and we have noticed that we don’t have all the drywall dust on our furniture. We would recommend them!

The overall experience was great. The two guys that came to do the cleaning today (08/12) were nice and got the job done. My only complaint is that they cleaned and treated every vent and duct in the house, EXCEPT one.I know it was one I pointed out to them, and both confirmed out loud that they saw it. I know they saw it because they went so far as to close the vent, but not take it off and give it the full treatment as all the other vents and ducts. It’s above the fridge, but it’s a short ceiling, and if they have step ladders, they’d be able to reach it.There is still a ton of debris in that vent. I have photos and video of the vent being clogged by the debris they didn’t clean.

I live in a condo and had a very long dryer vent, about 36 feet, which runs under my unit. Steve checked in the crawl space and found the problem-my vent line had come apart and was blocked. I needed a exhaust for my dryer. Steve came out looked over the situation said he didn’t normally do this kind of work but after looking it over said it shouldn’t be that difficult to do.
