I came in for an alignment because I had just put new tires on my vehicle. I knew my cars alignment couldnt have been that far off because it drove strait and the steering wheel was strait. I just wanted it checked to be sure.A-1 charged me $85 for a 4 wheel alignment. Upon completion I was given before and after measurements along with the manufacturers specifications for the vehicle. My vehicle was in spec for every measurement before any work was done. When calling back to ask why work was done even though it didnt need to be. I was told the tires will wear less this way and no refund will be issued.If the vehicle was already in spec, how would making any adjustment make an improvement?It seems like A-1 is just trying to pocket as much money as they can and dont care about their customer.

Took forever with the alignment. Supposedly one of my tie rods werent tight enough, so he took it off and tightened it. Did not tell me he was going to charge me for it or how much. Thought I was paying $75, ended up paying $150 and my alignment is still off.

Always the most accurate and expert alignment I can get in town. Complainers need to look in the mirror.

Strange Experience. Vehicle registered to A-1 came onto our Condo Property to clean carpets and broke a water spigot that cost us hundreds of dollars in water and repair bills. Never got any satisfaction from A-1 about responsibility for damage
