Thanking my lucky stars for Ryder I tell ya what! My last truck.. well, let’s just say It was the worst accident I ever seen. There was a sound like a garbage truck being dropped off the Empire State Building. So I rented a truck from Craig at Ryder and since then all of my wildest dreams have come true. If you’re looking for a good rental truck ask for Craig. And be sure to tell em Large Marge sent cha!

I was a walk in customer and the counter person, Brian, was a stand in for the regular employee. Communication was excellent and the delay very reasonable considering my needs. The equipment was clean and functional and did the job with no fuss or muss. Brought the truck back early and was not charged for the remaining time unlike a unnamed competitor which starts with U. I will need another truck shortly and will have no hesitation giving my business to Ryder again. An A++ experience.

I couldnt get parts for my truck until the next day and had to stay overnight.The guys there made me feel at home.From a clean shower to fresh coffee the next morning. They are very professional and courteous. This is by far the best Ryder Ive been to

The service was fantastic. I needed a replacement truck because I had a breakdown and they had one brought in. That truck got there before I did. When I talked with the service manager he was very thorough and friendly.

Craig has excellent customer service he helped me with the needs I had great service great experience

Told me I would be getting $300 back for my deposit when turning my truck back in and instead charged an extra $30 for gas and didnt give any money back from deposit. Thanks for screwing your customers over.
