Gave me a good price for moving from the south back west only complaint is the fact that I picked up through home depot and they did not want to help me load my car until I told them I didnt want the car tow.

This place was clean and checking in was easy BUT my husband made a reservation online for a truck with a lift gate only to find out they had one truck with a lift gate and it was a 60 gal diesel fuel refrigeration truck. Originally online to rent the truck they said it would be $160 and we were charged $300 plus and addition $100 of fuel we put in and $300 for fuel and mileage again when we brought the truck back. When we asked about the original charges they made excuses and then said we did not fill the truck up when we brought it back. My husband kept the receipt for our fuel transaction to prove this did not happen and they continued to make excuses. Never again will we use PENSKE.

Penske itself is a great company will definitely use them again! BUT I WILL NEVER GO TO THE HOME DEPOT LOCATION IN SOUTH GATE TO RENT A TRUCK! THEY ARE RUDE AND PUT $200 OF EXTRA CHARGES ON OUR BILL !! Great place to rent a large moving truck. I rented via the national call center but Nick at the local location handled my rental. I mentioned a week before we needed the truck that I prefer unleaded fuel over diesel fuel. When we arrived Nick had a new truck fueled with unleaded ready to go. Check in and vehicle inspection was fast. He was friendly and offered great tips on all facets of operating the vehicle. This is my first time renting from Penske as I assumed they only did fleet or corporate jobs. I was incorrect. Had I known this years ago I could saved hours of frustration renting from U Haul. Price was lowest when compared to Budget and U Haul. This location was clean, large and staffed with professionals. I strongly recommend Penske truck rental.

Im getting my walk in freezer repaired so i reserved a reefer van. I came in to pick it up only to find out that they rented it to someone else. Penske obviously are not people to trust.

Friendly people. We had an overall great experience with Penske. If you ever have an issue, big or small, they will work with you. We had a small trailer issue and they sent someone out to fix it. I will never use U-Haul ever again. Most of our moves are cross country and this location was our turn it point. Very convenient and very helpful staff. We will deffintely return to pick up another truck and trailer for our next move from them.

We moved from Baltimore to Colorado Springs , we dropped the truck in wrong location- the manager Joe at Penske guided me to the right place, stayed in touch with me until we had it right - first class folks here who go out of ther way providing great customer service

Very friendly people, love their service when we got a flat tire. Followed up to make sure we had gotten it fixed. The only thing that was wrong was they brought the wrong tire. We had to wait two hours.

Amazing service!! I moved out of state and had to have a $100 deposit, which didnt get refunded when we arrived. It was supposed to go directly back on our card but when I called to find out where it was, they were already preparing a check for me to pick up at a location less than 5 minutes from my home. Definitely using them for all our future moves!

Late model trucks, best price for over the road moves.

Our truck and items we rented were ready when we arrived - we drove from Colorado Springs to LA one way. Our online price and AAA discount made it better than others we checked. The truck was like new, safe, easy to drive with power steering, easy to pick up and drop off, couldnt be happier.

Drop off facility was fine, but truck was a disappointment. Inside front tire had severe wear and showed cord, hand truck was damaged, and cab wasnt clean (dead bugs in passenger door storage).

We rent trucks nearly every week. This Penske location is by far the best we have ever dealt with. Terrific customer service, great communication and just an all around positive experience.

Returned our truck this morning and was helped by Royce who was super polite and helpful, the pickup was an issue at Home Depot but when dealing with Penske directly we had no issues. Would definitely recommend

26 foot truck ran great and hauled nicely with no issues. 4 star due to customer service being mediocre.

Fast check in and check outs, and laidback staff but make sure you get every scratch or bump or whatever during the inspection. That and bring it back with a full tank

Horrible trucks!! We almost didnt make it home with their truck then waiting in line for 45 minutes to turn in truck and after they inspected it I was 5 min late and they wanted to charge for another day. Rip off scarey bad trucks.
