Front receptionist was awesome, Im sorry I didnt catch her name. Hygienist was professional as was the dentist. Dentist was very honest and straight to the fact that what I needed was beyond his scope of work and recommended I see an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. He was thorough in explaining my options. I appreciate, to the point, honest people. Only issue I had was when he said, let me know if this hurts and I said sure, let me hold your hand and he only chuckled.

It appears that with the addition of Dr Batra, Stetson Hills Dental will continue with a top notch team to meet their patients’ dental needs.As always Caitlin does an excellent jobcleaning my teeth. I confident that I am receiving the best care I could ask for.

I have gone to Stetson Hills Dental (SHD) several times and have had a good experience. My wife, on the other hand, has basically had nothing but problems with SHD. They have failed to notify her of her first appointment, she came to her first appt on a certain day at 7am but they failed to contact her and let her know that they had cancelled all of their appointments for that day in order to due some sort of staff training. Then they set another appt for this week, contacted ME instead of her, and told her when she called that they have to cancel her appt due to a staff training!!!!! This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable, SHD.

This is how going to a dentist should be. Ill start by saying I havent been to a dentist in 10 years, so I was bit apprehensive about being seen. Stetson Hills did an incredible job at making me feel comfortable and clearly outlining everything being done, what needed to be done, and letting me choose how to go about my treatment. My dental hygienist DJ was knowledgeable and good at his job all while keeping a casual feel, and Dr. Wagner was personable, professional, and straight to the point. Would definitely recommend Stetson Hills to anyone looking for a good dentist!

The day of my appointment, I showed up at the dental office at 6.45am to find a locked door. When I used their check in text message system, I received a reply saying that my appointment had been canceled because I had not confirmed that I would be there.... When I explain that I DID confirm TWICE (first time two weeks prior to my appointment through an automatic text message, second time the day before my appointment through a phone call where I actually got to talk to someone), they texted back apologizing and saying they would call me be back at 8am to reschedule a new appointment. It has been five days, never got a call back. I do not recommend and will definitely not try to reschedule an appointment.

It’s been 11 years since I’ve gone to a dentist. They explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable even tho I’m sure my teeth are a wreckEdit: they called me July 8th to say I owed 30 dollars I said no my insurance paid for it and they said okay we will call you back. I never got a call back so I assumed they figured it out and realized I didn’t own money. Today I get a phone call saying I owe money to a debt collector. Instead of calling me back they sent it to a debt collect and lowered my credit score.

This dental office is excellent! Kaitlyn and Dr. Wagner are great to work with and I’m more than happy with my experience with them.

Dr. Wagner was very considerate and kind. He took the time to hear my concerns and history, answer my questions, explain everything in detail, and find a plan for treatment and prevention. My hygienist, DJ, made sure I was comfortable and pain-free during the entire visit. He showed me videos of my teeth as he was examining them, and went the extra mile to pull up images of tools that would help with my sensitivity. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. They even went the extra mile to print out my insurance information and benefits for my personal reference. I usually dread going to the dentist, but this experience was wonderful all-around!

My very first experience here since my previous dentist moved away to be near his newly widowed mom. I arrived early and was greeted warmly and immediately taken back to the exam room. I wasnt left to sit and wait forever in a freezing room. DJ was amazing, pleasant and professional. He cleaned my teeth painlessly while showing his engaging and warm personality.Dr. Wagner was likable from the start as he reviewed my massive dental history. Im no newbie to dental work. He praised the previous dental work I had done and never chastised me for grinding my teeth. Then he made suggestions that would help but was never pushy.It was a pleasure to be there and I now have a new dentist.If you want to feel comfortable and welcome from the start, this is the practice you want!

I have always had a great experience with this dental office. At first I thought I was lucky enough to have gotten a great hygienist ‘assigned’ to me. However, I have now had the pleasure of interacting with 4 different hygienists and all of them have been wonderful. Dr Wagner is a pleasure as well. I always leave felling like my mouth has had a spa day and was taken care of by the best.

Updated:I broke a tooth... No tooth pain so it wasnt an emergency. I scheduled an appointment to check it out and see what needs to be done. The new dentist, Dr. Batra was great getting the sharp edge of the tooth smoothed out until I go back for a crown. I still recommend this office!First dental appointment in many years so this is a new office for me. Making the appointment was really easy and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. Kaitlyn was fantastic taking the x-rays and doing the cleaning too. Dr. Wagner was really nice to meet and was not pushy with scheduling work. I havent had to do any work yet but the new patient experience was really great.

Ive always struggled with dentists and their honesty, including my mother and wife. I had 2 different dentist lied to me about certain issues. this dentists gave me a strong vibe that they are incredibly honest and they dont push nothing on you. definitely found my long term dentist and I really do hope they remain this way

Every single person in the office is incredibly kind and friendly. They are great at what they do and make you feel very comfortable. I’ve struggled with anxiety at the dentist for a long time, I have absolutely NO anxiety here, even if I’m getting a filling (I even kindda look forward to my check ups). They will take great care of you and your teeth and make sure you are comfortable throughout your visit.

After moving to a new area I needed to find a new dentist so today was my first visit - they were great! I do a lot of research before deciding on healthcare options and they came highly recommended.The hygienist was really friendly and did a great job; and so was the dentist. They have great technology for x-rays and pictures and they can put them on the monitor while discussing different issues - which is really helpful.They werent pushy at all, but provided options to help make an informed decision, without feeling pressured. This is refreshing because while I loved my old dentist office they were very focused on sales.So far Im really glad I chose Stenson Hills Dental and I look forward to going there for years to come.

Love this Dentist Office. They are always polite and kind. They take their time making sure you are well cared for and NEVER prescribe treatment that isnt necessary. Having anyone you can trust in the medical field is rare, and I am so happy to have this office for my dental needs.
