This is a great family office. They are extremely professional and make my family feel comfortable. They genuinely care about the patient. They have great communication and follow up. I tried two other dentist until I found them and I couldn’t be happier. The pricing is fair. WOW! What an experience! Never in my life have I experienced such great care, attention to detail, great customer service and thoroughness. I got the 5 star treatment and apparently it happens every time you come and not just because you are a new patient. This place is phenomenal! From the very friendly and courteous ladies at the front desk like Kassandra; to Jocelyn the assistant hygienist who took my xrays and made me feel super comfortable; to Hallie the hygienist who spent a lot of time cleaning, scraping and checking my teeth and going over all that was happening in my mouth; to Dr. Trent who was very personable and let me know also what was happening in my mouth. Hallie was super personable and knowledgeable. She listened to everything I was talking about and didnt seem irritated or annoyed with all my talking and I talked a lot lol. I felt like she was genuinely interested in what I had to say. I live in Peyton but wanted a dentist that was close to my daughters school and I choose this facility due to its early hours but now I have so many more reasons. This place is AWESOME!

Dr. Platt and Dr. Trent are always great. They take their time to listen to you and make sure that you know what needs to be done. They are both very good at what they do, and they are committed to only removing the parts of a tooth that are unhealthy. The hygienists are also great! They always remember my name and whatever we talked about the last time I was there, even though it was 6 months ago and they’ve seen a lot of other patients since then.

Be honest right off the bat. I am scared to death of dentist. Ive had two bad experiences with other dentist. I just started today long consultation most of my questions were answered. I felt a little safer. I have a lot of work to get done. So far theyve been wonderful and they spent a lot of time talking to us.

This was our first visit to Dr Platt’s office. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They were very thorough. We are extremely pleased to have found our new dentist.

I love this office. The staff knows me AND my family, has their ducks in a row when it comes to both care and billing, and neither of the dentists talked down to me, ever. They were open with their concerns about an unusual issue with one of my teeth, that frankly was scary and pricey (this is just universal; the procedure at LIDC is right middle market for pricing). They answered every question I could think of, and then added a few more tidbits I didnt even know to ask about. They helped me work through my own personal misgivings, and gave me the right information to make the right treatment choice. They also continued to work with me when my life turned upside down and I had to change insurnace right in the middle of things.When I needed a filling, even though it was larger than expected, they took their time and cleaned it up thoroughly and minimized the amount of damage to the remaining tooth as much as he could.They have so much knowledge and expertise in implants - definitely give them a look if this is what you need and are feeling apprehensive about it - but their general dentistry is top notch.I cant recommend this place enough.

Best office ever! All staff are super friendly and helpful. Both Dr. Platt and Dr. Trent worked on my children who needed extensive work done. We were devastated when we learned of everything we needed to do. They relieved our fears and kept this nervous mama reassured and kept our kids calm. Most people dont exactly enjoy going to the dentist and I am no exception. I have a lot of problems with my teeth and also with pain tolerance (I can be difficult to numb and stay numb), but they know exactly how to take care of that without going overboard. Dr. Platt has always made me feel at ease, and the entire staff is compassionate and friendly. They seem to have some pretty advanced equipment and techniques to solve whatever is wrong, theyre all very intelligent, and I will never go elsewhere for my dental care as long as they are in business. Hands down the best dental care across the board.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were very good about confirming my appointment, and were really understanding of my time constraints as a full time teacher.They were able to work with my insurance very well, so my cleaning was of no cost to me. All I had to pay for was an oral cancer exam.The cleaning was very intense and thorough- they provided me with some really good tips on how to recover from my existing gum disease. Hopefully Ill be in better shape when I go back!I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Very friendly and professional staff!

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. I ended up having to report these people for insurance fraud, as they said multiple times they were in network, and foolish me believed them. Only to come to find out, that they were out of network, and sprung several hundred dollars of new charges on me, which I had to go into debt trying to pay. When I confronted them, they told me that I was lying, as was my insurance, and they maintained they were in network. They were very lovely upfront, but the second you dare to ask a question, or bring up that something doesnt look or sound right, then they are extremely condescending and rude. When by the time you get off the phone with them, and you are in tears, something has definitely gone wrong in the way youre treating people. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Dont bother responding to this review, as you certainly didnt care what I had to say when this all happened at first. Ive tried for over a year to figure things out, and yall never cared then.

Lasting Impressions is really great! I will be going here for all my future dental care needs, and I would highly recommend them to others.The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. They keep you informed and are very open and honest with what youll have to pay and what insurance typically covers, etc. They are really great and helpful with your particular scheduling needs too (like even scheduling an appointment as early as 7am if you have to be at work by 8!).The dental hygienist I had (Sonja) was professional and personable at the same time. And she doesnt hurt your mouth while cleaning your teeth :) Dr. Platt is very nice as well and really seems to know the industry well. Hes knowledgeable and trustworthy and also does a great job with keeping you informed with whats going on. He takes care of you!! And he makes sure any problems are fixed quickly!I was very impressed with Lasting Impressions and would highly recommend them!

I am so excited to find a dentist (and office) that I love in COS. I am normally very nervous at the dentist, but everyone made me feel really comfortable. I dont go to the dentist as often as I should and they were just supportive, not judgmental. Dr. Platt was kind and explained everything to me without making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. The other thing I really appreciate is that I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me on all kinds of dental work. Love them!

From a dental perspective: Ive been coming here since I was very young. The dental coverage my employer offers is not one of the main networks with Lasting Impressions. I still keep coming back here. I live an hour away. Enough said.From an orthodontic perspective: When I got my wisdom teeth taken out by a separate specialist he was looking at the X-ray results and pulled me around to have me look at the image of my roots. He said they were aligned in such a perfect manner that it was somewhat rare for him to see teeth aligned with such quality. It is more frequent that only the visible tooth is made to look good and the roots neglected.I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing!! AWESOME bedside manner. Extremely helpful over the phone even before first visit. I live 3 hours away from Dr. Platts practice, and have gladly made the trip twice, with another scheduled soon. Cindy was incredibly friendly & caring during both appointments, Dr. Platt seemed genuinely concerned & showed great skill. After 2 molar extractions, pain was very minimal, only tenderness really, Janelle was so sweet & helpful, both over the phone and during check-ins & Carolyn truly went above & beyond to make sure insurance and billing issues were satisfactory & met my needs. Beautiful environment, and after horrible dental experiences in the past, these visits far exceeded my expectations.

Everyone is very personable, friendly and helpful.I had the beginning work of an implant done. The work was done very quickly, little bleeding, no pain, and never needed any pain killer.The doctor personally called the next day to be sure everything was going well with the surgery.I also, had some work done on my front teeth. There was a little glitch which Dr Platt is more than willing to take care of on my next visit.My experience was a very pleasant one.Update: The glitch was ironed out quickly and satisfactorily. Its been a couple months since the implant surgery was done. Things healed quickly and nicely, and they were able to finish the implant. Gums are suppose grow up onto the tooth; well see how that progresses. I also had the wear on my bottom teeth fixed. They are a lot nicer now. This office works nicely and well with their patients, very friendly staff and dental assistants. I have recommended them to have my husbands 4 implants done. I think I was the guinea pig. Lasting Impression does nice work and has a bit better prices than other quotes my husband has gotten. Ive upped the rating as Ive been able to see how things turned out.

Dr. Platt and his staff were great to fit me in with my tight schedule. I have been a little nervous about trying a new dentist, getting my teeth cleaned, and having them worked on. I have had some work done by a different dentist and was having problems with some of his work. Dr, Platt gave me options and was willing to work with me on fixing several teeth without pain. He is very honest and does great work. His staff is super friendly and made me feel calm and welcome. Sonja cleaned my teeth and she was so kind and I did not feel like my gums were being scraped or that they were bleeding. I recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for a dentist or is looking for a better experience.

Great staff and great equipment. I visited a competing DDS when I first moved to Colorado Springs and I was told I needed 12 fillings. This was a complete shock to me as I have my teeth cleaned twice a year and my previous dentist didnt mention anything. I had a second look done by Dr. Platt and he assured me it wasnt nearly as bad as the first dentist had said. So we came up with a plan to take care of the ones I have and it has gone smoother than I could have imagined. There was a filling that was a little out of place and Dr. Platt came in on a Saturday morning when the office was closed to fix it for me.Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I feel like I am a pest since I am in there every week and they just treat me like family. Whenever I have a question for Dr Platt - he always makes time, is patient and ever so caring. They never want us to be in pain. If something is mildly painful, they make sure to avoid that and have this AWESOME topical that avoids needles. My kids are even excited to go to see the dentist!!
