If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. We called multiple times and texted as the website instructed, and we were met with no response. We decided to drive to the address listed on the rental site. The owner came out and stated that she had given her moped guy the day off, so we were unable to rent any. When we asked why she did not answer her business phone, she said that she did not have the phone at the office building. She also informed us that if we wanted to rent mopeds the following day, we needed to go to their rental stand which was 20 minutes away from the office building. She then gave us an address that was not even on her website. After driving to the rental stand the next day, we were informed that the owner had left early for the day. We arrived at 4:00 and the website said they were open until 6.
