Ed is the Only truly honest sellers. He goes well out of his way to help potential customers get the best solutions for mobility scooters, wheelchairs and lift chairs. Hes the best price in town, matches internet pricing and has delivery and set up too. Something breaks? He goes out and fixes it. Genuinely caring and good guy. BUYER BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not give this man a penny unless you have you product in hand! He will give you a song and dance about needing to order the Scooter and has to have the money up front. We are out $1500 been trying for months to get it back.

Rented a scooter first for my dad, and returned a few weeks later to purchase a used model. It required a service call after a few months and the owner repaired the wiring at no cost and delivered it within 24hrs. Impressed with scooter options, timely service, and buying from a small business that cares!

I have been dealing with ed as he has been communicating with me and giving me all the information I need, so I am now pleased with the work that he is doing with me to make sure that I get my scooter in an appropriate place of time, so thank you very much and I have always had confidence in Ed so I am glad to see that its back. This is the only legitimate small business owned shop in town. Cant get ahold of them? Well, hes booked pretty solid. As far as ripping people off? I seriously doubt it! Hes a great guy just really busy.

My husband called from our home in the Philadelphia Pennsylvania area1-2 weeks prior to our arrival date of 11/22/18 in order to secure a scooter rental. The scooter was to be delivered to our hotel prior to 11am so that when we did arrive it would be ready and waiting. HAH!!!!!! No such luck and the phone number listed on the internet was NOT ACCEPTING calls!!!!! What a crock!!!! Im no longer able to walk more than 10-15 feet without severe pain in my back so having the scooter available for me on arrival was definitely extremely important. Thankfully, our hotel had a wheelchair that they permitted me to use for our entire stay FREE OF CHARGE. If I could give a minus or a letter grade it would be a minus or an F. No way will we be contacting this company again. Had my husband read these reviews prior to his phone call, in no way would he have contacted this particular company. I believe that when I was unable to contact this company in Colorado Springs my husband called the 800 number. The person who returned his call was from Haverford, Pa. Not much help when theyre from our neck of the woods.

Ordered a scooter, my check was cashed 5 sep and scooter never ordered. It was for my dad who passed away 12 oct. Refuses to pay back. Owner has left me several texts to pay me but never shows up. Going to to BBB and filing a fraud claim.

I paid for a new scooter to be ordered and delivered in approx 1 1/2 weeks. It was never ordered. I was lied to several times. Now, 1 1/2 months later, I am having to contact BBB just to get my refund. Beware!
