I am giving 2 stars only because the company did send someone out fairly quickly to discuss the issue of snakes in my house. I suspect that if you are calling them to capture a critter you will be fine. That said, I called the company to figure out how to prevent snakes from getting in my house after finding a small one in one of our lower rooms. The only thing the technician could do was lay down a repellent around the perimeter of my house. Unfortunately, I feel like this was $160 wasted as I still constantly see snakes around my house, so far I have not seen another one inside my house however I have seen at least 5 snakes around the perimeter of my house where the repellent was used and I suspect it is only a matter of time before another one finds its way in. I suspect the product used is the same stuff you can buy at local home improvement stores for less than $20 and it does a poor job of deterring the snakes from entering the area.

Giving 4 stars only because we did not get a call for a time frame when they would come out. It was early in the morning and we had to rush out of bed. We were only told the day that they would come out. Not the time. Other than that they were very professional and quick. We had to have our crawl space cleaned out of our newly purchased home and then sanitized. The price was a little steep, but we were desperate to get the old owners cat poop and smell out and this was the only place in the area that would do it.

Recently employed with this company...many customers unhappy with the way they schedule and give notice...i was often in a akward posistion because it wasnt part of my job, but it should be done properly yet wasnt. They hace several employees fuctioning in manners that are actually against colorado laws, meaning untrained petsons using pesticides on peoples property, the manager there made to me personally 3 direct orders that violate the law, but hes never worked in pest control, so he doesnt know the laws and doesnt feel he needs to because hes the manager. He was hired from a resteraunt...and now with no training tells his employees to break the law. I had experience so i knew...the new hires wont...literally from sales on everyone there is functioning outside the law. The state has laws about licsenure and supervision and how it must be conducted to gain proper training experience...they have 3 properly trained and certified employees and one is the office lady...meaning 2 employees if thier 12 or so who are out working at peoples homes are doing so legally...the rest are unproperly trained and illegally using pesticides...thus...i am no longer in employment there...use at your own risk

Helpful customer service line.

We hired Critter Control for a mouse problem. They came promptly and did a thorough survey of our property, identifying best practices and likely problem spots, and gave us a menu of choices to address the problems. We liked and trusted our advisor very much and went ahead with remediation. The company did an excellent job in patching the numerous areas where there might have been a rodent entry possibility, and along the way gave us considerable friendly advice and information about the wildlife in our neighborhood. We found the company to be honest, capable, reliable, and motivated to help the consumer while also keeping the animals interest as a priority. We are very satisfied and will continue to work with Critter Control in the future.

Honestly, this company is very unfair and discriminatory. They truly made me feel like I was going to be hired and wasted my time and gas. They told me because I couldnt work with them because I will be enrolled in College soon. I go to night classes at 6pm. They rarely work past 5pm. This is highly unfair to me in regards that they acted like they really wanted me and then totally went in the other direction. Their loss. Their bad review.

Critter Control did a great job! Courteous, friendly, and efficient. The specialist identified the problem and had a solution within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Critter Control.
