These guys are awesome! We got a $5K+ quote from Critter Control and they were about a 1/3 the price to set up a pigeon guard around our solar panels, remove the nests and clean the pigeon poop on our roof and gutters (a lot). They also gave us a lifetime guarantee, unlike Critter Control. They were very fair, honest and did great work. I can’t recommend them enough!

My wife and I were experiencing issues with squirrels nesting underneath our tile roof. We researched local wildlife & pest control businesses in the Colorado Springs area and and selected ShOO! Wildlife & Pest Control based on their performance reviews.Initially, I spoke with Kate and explained our squirrel situation, she was knowledgeable, professional and totally customer oriented. She had Jeff contact me to develop a plan to rid the squirrels from our property in humane way. Jeff is exceptionally knowledgeable of the process and set up two traps.Within three weeks, 3 squirrels were captured and taken by Jeff to a safe location to be released. As a matter of fact, each squirrel was captured on different days and when I called to inform Kate of the matter, she informed me that Jeff would be out the same day. Jeff went above and beyond to come to home on Easter to keep the squirrel from being in the heat for a prolonged period of time.Kate and Jeff are second to none, and are absolutely the Best!

I forgot to write this review from last November, but Jeff was great in helping us identify the source of the sounds in our attic space (squirrels!) and humanely trap and re-locate the colony. Directions were clear and communication with the company perfect! Thanks again Jeff!!

We heard some noise in our attic and called Jeff to come out and take a look. He found that squirrels had made their way in to our attic and presented his proposal for removing them humanely. Jeff does outstanding work ridding unwanted pests, in my case birds. He is attentive to detail and only makes recommendations he himself would do on his home; I’ve experienced this and such a pleasant surprise….not attempting to oversell. We used ShOO a few years ago when we moved into our house and some dead aspen trees had become homes for massive amounts of ants that eventually made their way inside. ShOO had to come out more than once to get rid of them and maintained friendly service each and every time, while not charging us anything extra beyond the initial appointment. Today, they came out to spray again since we’ve been having spiders outside the house and making their way inside. The pricing structure is very fair and they excel at communication both before and during the appointment. I also appreciated Jeff’s friendliness to my children. We will continue to recommend ShOO to friends and family. This is one of the businesses that if we ever move out of COS, we will really miss.

Jeff is so professional. He came out and treated our entire house for ants and for mice. We have not had any signs of returning pests and he even brought more mouse baits to the house and I was able to distribute it myself as needed. I highly recommend Jeffs organic treatment for bugs and his humane treatment of any animals that might need to be removed from your property.

There are three main reasons I had such a positive experience: reasonable rates, knowledge of the technician, customer service from Kate.I called two or three local companies in Colorado Springs and got rates, when I called Shoo they were quite a bit less expensive and they had good Google ratings. When the Technician (who I think is also the owner) came to the house he wore a mask and kept six feet or more distance from me and I really appreciated that. We had some very invasive squirrels and he did a great job explaining how they operate and how he would approach the job. He is very knowledgeable and to the point. Customer service from Kate at their main number was excellent. She returned my calls quickly, and answered my many questions each time we spoke.Lastly, we were leaving town so for $49 they checked our traps daily for a week and caught all four squirrels within three days!

I had solar panels installed sometime ago, and they didnt mention that those solar panels would be an enormous unwanted attraction for pigeons , their constant coo coo callings, their unsightly-nauseas droppings, and their nesting underneath. So I contacted shoo pest control. They were able to provide a barrier (that you can not see - bonus!) which immediately prevented the pigeons from going under the solar panel. After about one day, the pigeons gave up on my roof completely. Havent had any problems with their callings, droppings, nesting or any site of them.

Great job of humane removal of the pesky racoon living in our chimney flue. Jeff also installed chimney caps to prevent a repeat.

Jeff came out today to spray my house for spiders. I’m so mad I didn’t do this a year and a half ago! He was super knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. The treatment he used was organic, not toxic to humans or my dog, and should work for about a year! And my house smells amazing due to the essential oils that are in their treatment! :-) It was a great experience. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!

We had a hornets and wasps nesting in out backyard. It got so bad we couldnt even go on the porch! I chose Shoo because they are locally owned and use organic solutions. We have two dogs and two cats so we wanted to keep them safe as well. Booking a time was super easy and smooth. Jeff was on time and was extremely knowledgeable and polite! He explained the whole process and what we could expect then went to work spraying. It only took about 15 minutes and we could already see a difference. Jeff answered all of our follow up questions and really set our minds at ease. The wasps were gone within an hour and the hornets after a couple days. Now we can spend time outside without being worried about a sting! I would (and have) highly recommend Shoo!

Some raccoons had taken residence in my backyard and turned a corner of it into their bathroom. Gross! I had no idea what to do, and called Shoo. They were extremely fast, knowledgeable and way more affordable than I had expected. I could not be more impressed with ShOO! Jeff came to our house last year to take care of a pesky bat that wouldnt leave. Jeff came in on a Sunday, which is a rarity in the extermination business. We had spiders which made my roommate very nervous. He gave my roommate great piece of mind and explained in great detail the actual risks and his methodology, which is much better than just laying down poison and calling it good. I called Jeff to investigate some scratching sounds coming from the attic of my rental home. Jeff got right up on the roof and found where the squirrels were getting in. He placed traps at 10 am and by 5pm the noise makers were trapped. While we have the squirrel repair to complete I can say I am very pleased at the work so far and highly recommend Jeff for any wildlife or pest issues.

They worked me into the schedule very quickly. They were very thorough in examining the house for any possible entrance for racoons. I was impressed that they not only honestly told me that they did not see any evidence of animals living in the house but also explained that racoons will return to the same spot in the driveway to poop and told me how to keep them from doing this. Jeff and SHOO Wildlife and Pest Control did not disappoint.We called them out to handle a wasps nest in second floor roof. He uses natural pest control products and spent quite a bit of time educating us on how to help prevent their return, how not to get stung and how to protect ourselves from them even even they havent built a next in our home.Our dog loved him and we did too.We will call him again if we have wildlife issues, pest issues, or wildlife damage repair needs or if the wasps return.He is an asset to our city!!

I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that isnt an option. I called at 9am today September 9th. The master answered and asked for the usual information name and number in case of loss of connection. I proceeded to describe my situation. Blue and white pitbull, obviously a pet because it has a collar but no tags, has managed to jump my fence and is in my backyard. Was told there are no trucks available they will contact me when one is. It is now 12pm one dog has been bitten by said pitbull. Another has been defiled. Would have called Humane Society earlier but they were closed. Thank you for your non-assistance. Ill be sure to let everyone I know not to call you for services.

Excellent!! I cant say enough great things about Jeff and his ability to get pesty guests. I have used him both at my home on squirrels and commercially on roaches. He came into a commercial setting that Terminix had been treating for 6 months with no results. Jeff treated twice and the roaches were gone! Incredible!! I highly recommend

Awful!!! Had our home sprayed for hornets a week ago and Jeff promised we had 90 day guarantee the contract even states it covered the whole premises. The hornets are back full blown and we contacted him to let him know he needed to come back. He was nothing but defensive and rude stating the whole premises wasnt covered when the contract and him said it was to begin with.He then said he can squeeZe us in tomorrow and cant give us a time because he is booked. And when I asked for an estimate of time because we will be at work he got even ruder. He was really nice when he was collecting our money and business initially, but when it comes through to taking care of what he guarantees hes rude and takes back what he says he will do! Also, he rushed out to begin with and now its inconvenient to get out here.
