Great convenient location to pick up pallets of things we need. They are a little slow, but are workable with. Fairly large yard for a truck/trailer, but full sized semis will have problems maneuvering around. 1 of 3 pallets were crushed, though, and if you are picking up with a trailer (not semi) then dont expect a forklift to load it up, as there is no ramp.

I have always had good experiences with this company, and especially the drivers. Deliveries are generally on-time and when a delivery arrived damaged in shipment, the driver insisted that the end user (me) be notified, even when our receiving department wanted to accept it without doing so. Integrity is a scarce commodity these days, rendering it invaluable.

I have been calling and no one will answer the phone. There is also no ability whatsoever to leave a message. Not happy.

The terminal manager, John is the best. He and his team have been more than accommodating with all shipments and has helped me out of a pinch on several occasions. Highly recommended.

Got a call Friday from Saia in Colorado Springs wanting to set up delivery of my freioght item. We agreed on the following Monday after 5pm amd was told I would receive a call Monday when the driver was a few stops out. I waited for a call until 530 and promptly called this office 9 times with no response. If you say youre going to deliver something on a certain day around a certain time, then do it. I took 2 hours off of work so I could be here to recieve the delivery. Thats money I cant get back, are you going to pay me?

Its almost a shame to 1 star these people considering they have 10+ 1 stars. Sadly enough this is they gave me plenty of reason. Theyve held my package hostage and want to charge to keep it. Then a good threat to sell it. So naturally after theyve been payed I am picking up the package because if you want it done right you might as well do it yourself.

Examine your bill closely. They added a $257 charge to my bill as a lift gate charge. I have a forklift, dont need their lift gate. They reweighed the load added charges even though my supplier has certified scales.They used to be my go to delivery service. Then something in their corporate culture must have changed.I now use R&L Carriers. They are timely and dont add bogus charges to their bill.

Sala called repeatedly to schedule my delivery of 800lbs of Saltillo Tiles. I was away unavoidably. Once contacted and date/time set - driver called when 30mins away. He (Steve) arrived on time and graciously put the pallet in my carport. Efficient office staff (Jamie) and driver.

53 trailers with day cabs and single rear axles have a tough time docking here. Its impossible to do it with a sleeper safely. Also I was told that if I got here by 1730 theyd unload my pallet. I arrived at 1720 after flooring it here only to find everyone gone. Next day the guy told me he was her until 1800. He was outright lying as I knocked on every door twice and even talked to a driver in the yard that said nobody was here.

Excellent customer service. The new changes they have made have greatly improved this place. I would highly recommend to anyone

SAIA was contracted to deliver an expensive musical instrument to my home, from California to Colorado-- a gift for my son. The driver was extremely polite and conscientious. The packaging was completely unblemished, and the instrument is in perfect shape. Thank you so much for making my sons holiday awesome!

If I could give them 0 stars I would, they have had my shipment for a week now and say they are short handed.

Absolutely horrible experience working with this office. My freight shipment was delayed twice, then on the day of delivery, they unloaded at 6 a.m. and left it at their office. Which wouldnt be so bad, if there was actually anyone working there today. But instead, the operations of my job are threatened and I have no one to speak to until 7 the next day because their office workers work the night shift. Do NOT go through Saia if you can help it - you will almost certainly regret it.

No call no show on delivery appointments. Late pickup, unknown delivery. If I make another large freight purchase, I will cancel the order if it is shipped through this company. You get what you pay for, and there is a reason that they stand as the lowest bidder. Avoid at any cost.

Avoid at all costs! Terrible customer service and they have no issues being weeks late delivering your stuff.. not days... weeks late! They deserve negative stars.

Absolute clowns. They lost my shipment! How do you lose an entire pallet full of stuff between Denver and Colorado Springs. Every time I called to follow up, they were talking to someone about it right now. First Google review Ive ever left, btw.

Third day in a row Ive been told it will be delivered today before noon. Still nothing, no explanation. Customer service is very nice and very sorry but doesnt seem to be able to make anything happen.

They dont even answer their phone. Tried several times. It rings everal times then it hangs up on you.

Shipments sit in town for days. no updates. they wont even allow us to come pick up from them when we desperately need our products.

I dont even want to give them a one star rating,but have no choice for zero stars.Never on time drivers lie and say you are closed because they dont want to unload 3 pallets.The worstCant believe they are still in business
